Crocogame is meant to be a challenging game. However, the enemy damage was too high, especially on lower difficulties, where the players were still figuring out the mechanics.
- reduced base poison and enemy projectile damage. - reduced base damage on many melee enemies. - increased ranged viper skill cooldown from 10 to 12 seconds. (ranged viper skill launches 3 projectiles in a cone).
More balance patches will follow if the game is still too hard.

The Coyote Time, a small window of time after leaving a platform that allows you to jump, has been fixed in modern platform game development. This mechanism has been in the game since the release, but it was experiencing some inconsistencies, and this update corrects it, making the Coyote Time work properly.
Hot fix for an issue where some players were getting stuck in a state where their main quests weren’t advancing after a certain point. If you’ve cleared The Docks, Dark Forest, and The Caves and have a bug where you haven’t seen a particular cutscene at the bus stop that involves the Artifacts and Bobo, take the bus to any location. Upon your return, this cutscene should re-trigger and advance your main quests again.
Diplomacy rewrite has been completed, and as of now we're adding a few last-minute changes and other fixes, including achievements - which have to be custom coded in.
Among some of these include a number of bugfixes, stability fixes, some small changes like icons for faction leaders and effects if they are killed (unrest increases), some rewrites to dialog (diplomatic insults were way too insulting - downright offensive), adjacency bonuses for buildings (certain buildings give bonuses to other buildings - the way you construct your planet matters), and other small things including...
...mod support for the Steam Workshop! We will be releasing a guide upon release on how to create mods for the game, and a command line tool to upload them to the workshop.
Of note, we have removed playtest access as we near release, and we've received the feedback necessary to finish the project.
Possible (tentative) release in less than a month, depending on a number of factors.
