About the game: Shinehill is a narrative adventure with an open world. The main protagonist is an alien who has a dislike for humans and is sent on an important mission to Earth. Due to circumstances, he find themselves on the island of Shinehill and are now forced to work undercover while carrying out their mission, simultaneously fulfilling tasks for the local inhabitants. Various game mechanics will assist you in accomplishing the main character's mission or simply provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience!
What to expect in the Shinehill Demo:
Meeting, befriending, and interacting with village residents
Quests and activities
Fishing and interesting mini-games
A small farm
Resource gathering
Cooking
Battles with forest inhabitants
Books containing tales and legends of the island
Sunsets and sunrises
Several houses and locations
And this is just a small part of what will be in the full version of the game. We will tell you more about what exactly will be in it a little later, so stay tuned for updates!

Welcome back to the Dreamweaver's Journal! We hope you are all well as we ease into fall (at least here in the northern hemisphere). As usual, we have been hard at work developing Dream Tactics, and we are happy to report that we have been making great progress. Speaking of which, here are some of the features that we have been working on and are most excited about!
The World Map
We started the month by creating an area map! This feature makes it much easier to understand where you have been and where you have yet to explore. Let’s take a closer look.
The map grows with every step you take, marking along the way the areas you have visited. Of course, front and centre, your party leader icon marks where you are in relation to the level. In addition, the map is colour-coded to help describe more about what you have to explore:
Red sections mark that there is more to explore in that direction.
Green sections mark where the entrances and exits to the level are.
Willow
The Dream World’s resident mad scientist, Willow, has created a top-secret research facility deep within the nightmare region of the Dream World. Within the labyrinth of labs and testing facilities, you can find Willow pursuing her passion of studying humans and their unparalleled power within the Dream World.
Willow's specialty is minion mastery. She possesses the ability to summon enemy pillows into battle that she can manipulate as she pleases. While normally summoning enemies is a disadvantage for the player, Willow’s cards synergize with these summoned pillows by means of their Minion status effect.
Charm is one of Willow's most powerful cards. It lets her brainwash a pillow into doing her bidding, which means it will pursue and attack other pillows, offering valuable assistance to you and your team. Normally this card has a very low hit rate, but when played on pillows that were summoned by Willow, this card has a 100% chance to it.
If brainwashing pillows are too subtle for your tastes, you can always use Detonate Pillow. This card allows Willow to turn any regular pillow into a powerful bomb that can wreak havoc on the enemy forces. Simply summon a pillow somewhere behind enemy lines and then follow up with Detonate Pillow for an easy one-two punch that can deal some serious damage to your opponents.
Detonate Plate
Detonate Plate is one of the new pieces of equipment that we have implemented, and it is quickly becoming one of our favourites! Detonate Plate is an item meant to be equipped on your tankiest and most defensive units.
Specifically, when a unit wearing Detonate Plate is attacked by physical damage, they cause an explosion that damages all nearby enemies. The damage produced is proportional to the amount of damage the unit's defense stat has mitigated. In other words, the more defense the wearer has, the more damage they will deal with Detonate Plate.
