The demo for Another Crab's Treasure is coming to Steam for a limited time!
The chance to hear from you.
Aggro Crab will be using this chance to take feedback from the community! We wanna hear your thoughts as you play. What you like, what you don't like, bugs, and general thoughts. At the end of your playthrough, make sure to check out the feedback form in the main menu to help improve Another Crab's Treasure!
We'll also have a dedicated channel in our Discord regarding the Demo. Use these channels to report bugs, discuss with the community, and share funny videos of you getting owned by a crab. This will be available on Demo Launch Day.
Ok, but what can I expect in the demo??
Short answer is:
Three boss fights.
Two separate areas to explore.
Try out selected Skills, Shell Spells, and Adaptations.
Test out the Assist options to adjust gameplay to your liking.

The Moon Caves (Tutorial)
Whether you're a veteran or new soulslike player, we recommend you start here to understand the basics. This isn't to say it's an easy level, of course.
Explore through the caves, and end the level with a fight against a rather polluted crustacean.
The Expired Grove
Once you've gotten the hang of your abiltiies, (or you just no longer fall off cliffs and feel pretty proud of that) - WELCOME TO THE EXPIRED GROVE.
Explore the long forgotten village, now a gunked and polluted wasteland. Dodge or block the incoming barrage of arrows from corrupted villagers as you trek through a dense forest and across oil rivers.
Throughout this level you will face one miniboss and one big boss at the end of the journey. Try out the different shells you come across, and don't be afraid to grapple across some treacherous terrain.
Assist Options
New to soulslikes? Or maybe just not a fan of punishing gameplay? Try out our ASSIST OPTIONS!
Another Crab's Treasure was designed to make soulslike games more accessible. You can find these options in the settings menu when paused. Toggle specific needs to adjust the game to your liking!

"A Kingdom Worth Protecting" provides a look into the world of Lil' Guardsman and the Sprawl, with introductions to some of its most colorful characters and scenic vistas!
Don’t worry: we keep things as spoiler-free as possible.
Slash & Zappp improvements: Previously Slash and Zappp card picked a random grid location and if the card in it was of the right type, it would activate it. Now it will do 4 such attempts to find a card of the right card type before giving up. This should result in Slash/Zappp more consistently triggering an activation, would causing an infinite loop with just 2 Slash cards and 7 non offense cards.
Bugfix for some custom cards After starting a new game some people faced errors related to the custom card they created in a previous game. These errors should now be fixed, and those custom cards should be acquirable again.
In our latest Fantôme update, we've brought significant enhancements to enrich your gaming experience. Loading screens are now your source of wisdom, providing valuable hints and strategies to conquer the supernatural challenges that await.
But that's not all—we've fine-tuned animations and scripts for ghost guards and the menacing madman. Ghost guards approach you more seamlessly, intensifying the gameplay. The madman's attack animations and scripts have been optimized, ensuring an even more heart-pounding encounter.
