In today's update, we have added support for controllers and keyboards!
We encourage you to give it a try, even with a controller.

I think you'll be able to play it on the Steam Deck as well! Please be sure to check it out!

You can check the keyboard layout by selecting the tutorial button on the mode selection screen.
(We plan to make it available in the currently unimplemented tutorial screen in the future.)

Note:
We have provided the "Logiart Grimore Official Layout," so please set it from the controller layout.

For a while, you will see a small three-color icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
This indicates the current controller operating mode and is implemented as a debugging feature.
It will only be visible in the early access version.

- The background music (BGM) now plays after the puzzle game start jingle.

Hello happy Glitches around the world. New public build for Glitch Arena:

Maps
- New layout for TheDig, with visuals .
- New visuals for Trikuiti.
- Smooshed gets a pretty nice redesign.
- Most duel maps get small changes.
- Teleporter visuals and sounds

Gameplay
- shooting a nailer into the ground (as opposed to wall) gets you a speed boost rather than vertical. Best to do in slide.

Movement
- Not sure if this was already in public but there is now a standard and 'arcade' movement mode.
'Arcade' movement is as Glitch has always been, or perhaps a bit faster. 'Standard' (uncheck the arcade option) is has slightly less air control, slower speed buildup (no change to max speed), and longed dodge cooldown (keen to see how this plays for you). In short, still Glitch but more towards traditional quake movement.

This is a major update to Tranzient, built with the latest version of Unreal Engine.

I hope you're all doing well and looking forward to a well-deserved weekend. After fitting Gamescom into our milestone schedule, we've been quite busy catching up. But don't worry, we're doing fine, and production is right on track.

For those of you who follow us on social media or visited us at Gamescom, you may have seen what we've been working on recently, particularly a new quest location in the game. I thought it was a great opportunity to record a new developer stream, take a stroll around, and chat a bit about exploration, building your tower, and, of course, the new town:



I actually enjoy making these kinds of streams/videos and would love to do them more frequently. However, as you can imagine, finding the time isn't always easy.
