We're adjusting the design direction of Kallari's Brand (RMB-Skill).
Currently, Kallari has been able to use Brand (RMB-Skill) from long range to deal high amounts of poke damage, which is not in line with her Melee Assassin role.
To make her fit the role of a Melee Assassin better, Brand (RMB-Skill)'s base damage has been drastically reduced, while the damage amplification against targets affected by Brand has been greatly increased.
The cooldown for Evil Vow (R-Skill) has been adjusted cooldown to make her think harder about when to use it.

We've made the decision whether or not to purchase this item easier by moving the item's power into the ally health recovery and shielding-related effects.
Also, certain stats and the cooldown of the item has been adjusted to make it more appealing to heroes with Health Regen skills like Rampage and Khaimera.

This item's activation condition was very tricky to achieve.
The skill's activation radius has been changed to make it easier to heal allied heroes.

Before : Upon dealing or taking Basic Attack or Skill Attack damage from an enemy hero, increases the hero's Movement Speed by 5% for 5 sec. (1 sec)
This effect can stack up to 3 times. At maximum stacks, additionally increases the hero's Movement Speed by 25% for 5 sec. (20 sec)

Now : Upon dealing or taking Basic Attack or Skill Attack damage from an enemy hero, increases the hero's Movement Speed by 4% for 5 sec. (1 sec)
This effect can stack up to 4 times. At maximum stacks, additionally increases the hero's Movement Speed by 20% for 5 sec. (25 sec)

Dev Comments
Certain heroes were performing extremely well with this item.
The stack count has been increased to make activating the effects harder and the max stack effect has also been adjusted.


[Spirit's Fang]



1. Effects
Before : Upon dealing Basic Attack or Skill Attack damage to an enemy, increases the hero's Movement Speed by 10% and deals physical damage equal to 75% of the hero's Physical Power every sec for 2 sec to the target and nearby enemies. (15 sec)

Now : Upon dealing Basic Attack or Skill Attack damage to an enemy, increases the hero's Movement Speed by 10% and deals physical damage equal to 70% of the hero's Physical Power every sec for 2 sec to the target and nearby enemies. (15 sec)

2. Stats
Before: Area 6m
Now: Area 4.5m

Dev Comments
After the item's effect was changed, it could now apply its effect to enemies that were far away, making it a more appealing purchase.
However, this led to certain ranged heroes performing too well with the item. We've reduced the item effect's damage and area to bring that playstyle in line with the others.

This item was intended as a core item for basic attack-reliant magic damage heroes, but has since become a core pickup on all magic damage heroes.
The item's stats have been changed around the board to bring it in line with the item's intended use.
The item's Magical Power-related stats have been reduced to decrease the impact it has on heroes' Magical Power Coefficients. The item effect's magical damage has been increased to compensate for the loss of Magical Power.


[Carbon Alloy Crossbow]



1. Effects
Before : Every successful Basic Attack on the enemy increases the hero's Physical Power by 10 and decreases the enemy's Attack Speed by 8% for 5 sec. (Stacks up to 3 times)

Now : Every successful Basic Attack on the enemy increases the hero's Physical Power by 9 and decreases the enemy's Attack Speed by 6% for 5 sec. (Stacks up to 4 times)

Dev Comments
This item's activation condition was very easy to meet and therefore proved to be too strong in the early game.
We've reduced the item's Attack Power-related stats and increased the maximum stack count to make the item more about dealing stacking damage to an enemy.

[Hero Passive Removed]
- Rampage and Kallari passive skills are removed.

We've heard a lot of your concerns about certain heroes getting updated Passives first while others did not.
After reviewing the data, we've concluded that it would be best to remove Rampage and Kallari's Passives for now.
We envision Hero Passives allowing individual heroes to be able play more into their unique roles and create more interesting combat situations. However, we may have been a little hasty about adding them, so we will continue to work on them and introduce them to the game again at a later, more opportune time.

[AI battle]
- Enable AI battle.


Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Revenant's Storm of Bullets (Q-Skill) no longer works on summoned underlings
- Fixed an issue where High Priest's Consolation item effect was getting triggered when Murdock's Ultra-Precise Shot (R-Skill) and Muriel's Faithful Vow (R-Skill) become available.
- Fixed an issue where in a custom game, when 2 or more players enter the game, if a specific player leaves the draft window beforehand, the remaining players except for the player who left the draft window go to the lobby instead of the waiting screen.
- Fixed an issue where a character falls through the ground on Solo Lane.
- Fixed an issue where unreleased hero information was visible in [Lobby] - [Profile] - [Basic Info] - [Played Heroes].
- Issue where movement becomes impossible when moving a hero to a specific location near the Prime Spirit will be fixed.
- The Terms of Service Agreement not working correctly.
- Clicking on the login screen gives no response.
- Enabling an automatic sanction system through reporting.
- Sudden spikes in CPU memory usage during gameplay.
- Server slowdowns or game freezes occurring when Super T-on appear in the late game.
