Currently, Kallari has been able to use Brand (RMB-Skill) from long range to deal high amounts of poke damage, which is not in line with her Melee Assassin role. To make her fit the role of a Melee Assassin better, Brand (RMB-Skill)'s base damage has been drastically reduced, while the damage amplification against targets affected by Brand has been greatly increased. The cooldown for Evil Vow (R-Skill) has been adjusted cooldown to make her think harder about when to use it.

Dev Comments We're adjusting the design direction of Twinblast's No Mercy (RMB-Skill). We've doubled down on Twinblast's dual-wielding theme by drastically decreasing the cooldown of No Mercy (RMB-Skill). It has been changed to allow for quicker actions than before.
Dev Comments In order to make missing it less punishing, Deadly Chain Whip (RMB-Skill)'s cooldown has been drastically reduced and its travel speed and range have been adjusted to improve the skill's accuracy. Electro Storm (E-Skill) and Blazing Chain Whip (R-Skill)'s damage has been adjusted to make it more effective when attacking enemies.
Dev Comments The hero dealt lots of burst damage, but had issues surviving due to a lack of sustain. Damage has been increased around the board and stats have been adjusted to boost survivability.

We've heard a lot of your concerns about certain heroes getting updated Passives first while others did not. After reviewing the data, we've concluded that it would be best to remove Rampage and Kallari's Passives for now. We envision Hero Passives allowing individual heroes to be able play more into their unique roles and create more interesting combat situations. However, we may have been a little hasty about adding them, so we will continue to work on them and introduce them to the game again at a later, more opportune time.
