In August, we had the chance to team up for a video with the great Kaiser Cat Cinema channel. From day one, we felt connected to their work, and we are delighted to do this collaboration. Their content, animations, and voice-over have always stood out, and we're honored to join forces with them. Also, some of our developers played the mod Kaiserreich. It hasn't only added depth to our team's creative journey but also aligned with our passion for innovative narratives.
This month, our team members, Ata, Ilke, and Ozgun, had the opportunity to attend the renowned Gamescom event in Cologne. They went deep into the world of gaming, meeting industry professionals, showcasing Torpor Games, and discovering exciting new titles. The experience at Gamescom was precious, we learned a lot, and we're thrilled to have been a part of such a vibrant gaming community.

This region boasts quite a number of unique characteristics, such as the Sandhills and an impressive amount of rivers.
Nebraska's landscape is characterized by its vast and open spaces, with much of the state being part of the Great Plains region, which stretches across much of central and western Nebraska. These prairies provide habitats for various species of wildlife and offer a true sense of freedom and tranquility for visitors and locals alike.
With so much open and natural space, Nebraska provides the perfect conditions for a variety agriculture businesses. Therefore it is of no surprise that you'll see and deliver to many farm areas, growing a variety of plants, crops, corn, and more.
In the Sandhills region of Nebraska, you'll find a unique and striking landscape of rolling sand dunes covered in native grasses. This area is known for its distinctive beauty and relatively untouched nature, which makes this special environment a peaceful sanctuary that feels far removed from the bustling world.
Given the states vastness and open areas, our teams aspires to portray Nebraska's reality, however, this comes with a few challenges. We continue to remain mindful and aware of the players POV, to create create a journey that has purpose and matches expectations both gameplay and scenery wise. We have thrilling news for you – the DLC "The Gloom Below" is on the horizon, shedding light on the story's continuation after the events of the Mind Ending in "The Chant." It's set to be released on 12 September.
"The Gloom Below" takes players on the next leg of their adventure, following their escape from the horrors of Glory Island, deep into a surreal and twisted fusion of The Gloom and the physical world. Collaborating with the cursed Anton Family and following the stories of trapped cultists, players must fight their way through unpredictable encounters and gather the ingredients necessary to destroy the heart of The Gloom.
The new content will add additional lore, upgraded abilities, new weapons and some new enemies too, as well as having significant focus on the combat and action elements of the game, giving users many more hours of horrific pleasure; each death leads players closer to their escape so finding the right build will be essential.

For those who have yet to experience “The Chant” and to celebrate the release of the DLC, we are permanently reducing the price of the main game, so there is no better time to get into the cosmic horrors of Glory Island on 12 September.
