This month was a busy month, as we released Retchid on August 18th. We've been mostly focused on fixing bugs and implementing feedback we felt fit well with the game. But we also got in some time to work on Episode 2.
Some of the things we worked on after release, this month:
Main menu functionality, adding more options and fixing how it all works under the hood
Brightness adjustment in the main menu
First pass player shadows
Enemy hit feedback animations to make it very clear you hit them and they reacted to it
Balance tweaks for enemies
Various tweaks to audio
We also started working on Episode 2's first level E2M1: Garbage Disposal, which is also the main entrance to the Industrial Complex. The industrial zone is gritty, and unkept, compared to the cleaner office/lab environments of episode 1.
Today we'll also release a patch with a flashlight and some other tweaks.

It was such a blast with you at Gamescom! Many of you visited our small booth in the Indie area and it was overwhelming to see you all having a great time with CyberTD. Such a great experience that we want to repeat as soon as possible!
But after Gamescom is before launch. There are only three weeks left before you can start protecting cyberspace from mutated viruses once and for all. The release date for CyberTD is September 28th, so be sure to check out the extensive demo now and add the game to your wishlist.

Boss capsules can only be obtained through Boss Battles! They allow you to obtain boss capsules with their own exclusive cards (and perhaps other surprises).
! Boss Capsule pool cards are not craftable and can only be obtained via boss capsules.

There's now a new reward system: each boss will have an associated boss capsule.

Customise your deck and establish your reputation as a Psycog with Card Backs!
Each of your decks can have a different Card Backs. You can choose to associate a Card Back with your deck via the deckbuilding interface.
The Card Backs are available as rewards in the ranked season and in the genetic pass.
An exclusive Card Back will be distributed to the Champions of the previous season as well as to all Champions at the end of the current season and at the end of future seasons.

Improved game stability when opening capsules.

How many battle pass levels will be available in the closed tech test? In the closed tech test, 20 levels of our free battle pass will be available to unlock. However, at launch the battle pass will contain 40 levels for players to progress through.

Will there be other chances to play Headbangers: Rhythm Royale before launch on October 31st? Currently this is the only planned tech test for Headbangers: Rhythm Royale.
