--Out Of Memory when Loading (Intel 13th generation CPU’s)--
We have identified an issue on some Intel 13th generation CPU’s where upon startup the game will display a message about being out of video memory or the crash reporter will pop up referencing an issue with decompressing a shader. If you experience this problem, you will likely also see it in other DX12 games.
If your CPU is overclocked, try setting it back to the defaults. If you’re not overclocked or that doesn’t work, try installing Intel Extreme Tuning Utility:

[ Armor ]
ARMOR OVERVIEW: We made a few tweaks to various armor types to give them unique benefits that were applicable for all difficulties. We felt that the baseline Heavy Armor values (at approximately 35% Damage Reduction) were in a good spot, especially with our recent changes to certain enemy affixes, so we adjusted the other armors to bring them up to par in their own way. Armor-based Damage Reduction is typically the easiest type of DR to get in the game, and due to its importance at higher levels, the lower-value armors were becoming less than desirable.
Adjusted Light Armor Damage Reduction Value from approximately 15% to 25%.
Adjusted Medium Armor Damage Reduction Value from approximately 25% to 30%.
Adjusted Ultra Heavy Armor Damage Reduction Value from approximately 45% to 50%.
Increased Light Armor Evade Invulnerability by 2 frames.
Increased Medium Armor Evade Invulnerability by 1 frame.
Increased Ultra Heavy Neutral Evade Invulnerability by 1 frame.
DEV NOTE: No changes were made to Stamina Cost Penalty. These are original values. Additionally, Heavy Evade and Ultra Heavy Flop have their original iFrame value as well. The only changes regarding iFrames were to the two lighter Weight Classes.

DISCLAIMER It has been three long weeks for everyone involved at Nightmare Studios, as we've been diligently working to resolve the issue with lobbies. We have conducted numerous tests with this new system, and it is designed to function just as you would expect. If you continue to experience any problems, kindly open a support ticket on the discord and provide the log along with a detailed description of the encountered situation.
The colors in the game have been updated and minor bugs have been eliminated, something has been added from the little things, the balance of the strength of the enemies has been slightly redone. Unfortunately, some players may experience the problem of broken saves after the update. Next, expect bigger updates with new locations and bosses.
In previous versions, some players reported receiving underpowered items (such as Mana Shot spells, Health Lost Disk, and Rubbish artifacts) after extended gameplay sessions. These items were intended as placeholders to catch a case of extreme item depletion situations. A glitch prevented the reset of the duplicate item prevention mechanism, resulting in the unintended distribution of these weak items. In the 1.1b version, this issue has been fixed. On a side note, this issue highlights the successful implementation of our new memory management system since players were able to explore the complete range of in-game items without crashing.
The game now accurately retains your selected language across sessions.
The "non-pixel font" glitch that occasionally disrupted text rendering for specific languages has been resolved.
An issue that caused broken strings to disrupt in-game texts during language changes has been fixed.
Unnecessary reloading of text data during language switches has been removed.
A new language detection system has been implemented. When you start the game while not having a preferred saved language, the game will attempt to match any of available languages.
While we've made significant enhancements to the language system, changing languages during gameplay might still be prone to error. For optimal results, we recommend resetting the application by closing and reopening the game.
We've tidied things up a bit by removing inaccessible dummy scenes.
Thank you for playing Spell Disk Survivor and thank you for your valuable feedback.
For Custodians wondering what’s next after our Mid-Sector update, here’s a small tease of what’s to come. Sector 2 will be called Shattered Peak and it's right around the corner.
• New Experimental Feature: Localization! Town of Salem 2 now supports localization and we are first testing this with Simplified Chinese. We hope to support a total of 11 languages at launch. The language of the game can be swapped from the login screen. • New visual feature: Interior Lighting! Set your quality slider set at 3 or above to view new lighting in the Player House. Hint: add a wall candle to your interior decor! Enter --args --unlit to completely turn interior lighting off. • Werewolf kill cinematic added. • Added a new checkbox to the Settings popup to control whether or not to show the nighttime kill cinematics. • The Metal Stove, Book Table, Candle Stand, Candle Nightstand, Book Nightstand, Coffin, Blood Moon Totem, and Snow Totem interior decor items are now interactable.
Improvements
• Updated chat system to announce death information at the same rate as the announcements in the Header announcements. This change keeps the suspense going while the death announcements are being made. • With the introduction of execution animations other than being hanged, updated the 'They died to the noose' message to 'X was convicted and put to death', which is more generic to the type of execution. • The Experimental Chat is now the default chat. For a period of time, you may revert to the old chat using the --oldchat arg. • The Previous Game Results screen will now always show role icons in front of the role name. • The Twitch integration will be less chatty during Trials. • Friends list is now sorted in the following friend status order: On Home Page > In Lobby > In Game > Offline.
Bug Fixes
• Fixed bug where rampage serial killer attacks were not being cleared after night ends. • Added some missing will found/not found messages to the chat system. • Fixed Z fighting in kill cinematics. • Soul Collector counter animator made to be more robust. • The werewolf scent targeting feedback message and rampage targeting feedback message now display correctly. • Fixed rim lighting and layering issues with various silhouettes, particularly during cinematics. • Chat, Last Will, Death Note, and Notepad will no longer allow entry of vertical tabs. • Fixed an issue where the Traitor tag was not displaying properly in the graveyard in games with the Town Traitor game modifier. • Fixed an issue where the role icon would not display in the Graveyard if settings had Role Icons turned off for chat. • Fixed an issue where the traitor role was displayed in incorrect color in player popup. • Fixed the hover outlines on Graveyard items and expandable hidden roles.
