New Additions
Editor Bookmarks
You can now add bookmarks to your maps in the editor. This was a feature request that spanned back about three years. Bookmarks are another useful tool to keep track of what you're doing while creating maps in the editor.
To create a bookmark, simply click the "+ Add Bookmark" button at the bottom of the editor, or press CTRL+B.
To edit a bookmark, you can left click one of the yellow ticks in the timeline.
To delete a bookmark, you can right click one of the yellow ticks in the timeline.
Multiplayer Server Rewrite
Over the past few months, we've been working on rewriting our original multiplayer server, so that we can provide a better experience for everyone. The original server was buggy, had frequent disconnection issues, and was becoming increasingly more difficult to add new features. With this rewrite, things should be more stable and also open the door for us to experiment with new realtime multiplayer features.
However, we made the conscious decision to remove/change some of the features the old server had:
Auto Host is now an option that can be applied to any multiplayer game instead of having their own dedicated lobbies. This should remove the clutter in the multiplayer lobby, as well as give the host more control over when the matches start.
Team mode in multiplayer is no longer available.
The jukebox screen is no longer available.
The #announcements channel in-game has been removed, and will be replaced with a #first-places channel soon.
The #offtopic chat channel in-game has been removed.
If you experience any bugs with the new server, please report them on GitHub, so we can put out a fix ASAP.
Other Additions
In the miscellaneous section of the options menu, there are now settings to prioritize the game mode and difficulty rating that is automatically highlighted when you choose a map in song select.
Increased performance during gameplay — notably during intense scroll velocity sections.
Increased performance while scrolling through a lot of maps in song select.
The grade in the results screen is now skinnable.
Added the skin.ini option to change the y position of the song progress bar.
Added a setting in the options menu to to enable "Tap to restart" during gameplay. This makes it so instead of holding the restart button for a brief period of time, simply tapping it will trigger a restart.
Increased the range of the audio and visual offset settings to -500 to 500.
The experimental theater screen has been removed.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the sound effect volume not being consistent with the master volume.
Fixed the "Player Profile" button in the leaderboard directing to the incorrect user.
Fixed a crash in the editor when placing an object without a timing point.
Fixed an issue that does not render objects in scroll containers.
Fixed time signatures and timing lines not being copied when copying timing points in the editor.
Fixed duplicate scroll velocity and timing point selections while shift clicking in the editor.
Fixed an issue with replays failing when missing long notes.
Fixed an issue where the the 7K+1 scratch lane was not ignored when using the Inverse, Full Long Notes, Randomize, and Mirror modifiers.
Fixed an issue where the game would not launch with some controllers plugged in.
Fixed a crash when changing modifiers in multiplayer while being host and not having the selected map.
Fixed duplicate ghost users in multiplayer.
Fixed disbanded multiplayer games showing up in the lobby.

Added a new Bakery gamemode, where you can bake a variety of exciting things. In this new mode, your customers only order a flavour - it's up to you to decide what to make them. Start with chocolate cookies and work your way up to 3 flavours in 5 varieties!
Coffee now a base dish. You now have access to coffee as a dish in the headquarters that you can start a run with on any map type, and enjoy your laid-back cafe in any setting. You can now also franchise coffee normally and use the Variety card to create the restaurant-coffee shop of your dreams!
New cosmetic UI. The outfit selection mirror in the bedrooms has been upgraded, allowing you to browse the full range of cosmetics before choosing what to wear.
New cosmetics, new player colours. To give you an excuse to use the new mirror, we've added a new set of pastel colours to choose from. To celebrate PlateUp's anniversary we've also added a new set of party hats, including a candle and a sparkler.
New dish stats on cards. To help you make the most important decisions in your restaurant career, we've added a new info panel at the bottom of dish cards, showing you how difficult the recipe is, how long it takes customers to eat, and how much they pay for each portion
Balance
Dishes can now have a per-dish eating time. Most dishes are still set to the default for now, but coffee has a longer eating time than other dishes and some cakes have different eating times. This is shown on the card when you select it
Stuffing is now -30% customers (rather than -15%)
Fixes
Items that are shared are now only drawn for one customer while being eaten
Improved quality of all UI panels
Improved snapshots system and dish icons
Tweaked pot stack to look less like a counter when empty
Added a snowflake icon to the freezer and frozen prep station blueprints to make them clearer
Fixed a bug where desserts could sometimes stop being ordered
Added more slots in the practice kitchen for recipes with lots of ingredients
Rogue Station is about to leave early access this coming 22nd of August! Thanks to everyone who helped during early access and provided feedback. This was a personal project I wanted to make for a long time and want to keep working on.
As a small thank you, I set up the early access depots separately so I can include the soundtrack (also releasing on the 22nd) for free. This will only apply to anyone who purchased before the 22nd of August 2023.
What does this full release mean for the game?
Updates are planned for a long time after the release. This is something I very much enjoy working on and, now that the game will be fully released, I will focus more on content.
Feedback and suggestions are always welcome and will keep guiding priorities after release.
The game’s price won’t change.

Today we released the August Update, also known as "End of the Road".
This update is HUGE. It's so big we must say no one should use this as references for future updates ever.
"End of the Road" must be unlocked. The way of unlocking it is rather simple, so probably many of you will have it unlocked it by default. Triggering it? That's another story. Triggering this content might take some tries and definitely some time. But we think it'll be worth it!
It's important to note the content is tied to a Trigger Warning. Once unlocked, "End of the Road" must be activated on the menu, and there you can read the Trigger Warning. The tone of it can get heavy at times, definitely heavier than "Monster Roadtrip" usual tone. But we'd say this is not the heaviest content the Monster Prom franchise has ever seen. "Monster Prom" already has plotlines that are probably heavier than this one. But back when "Monster Prom" we didn't have a Trigger Warning system!
