To claim your items, first link your HAWKED account with your Twitch account:

• Log in here (using your Steam or MGLauncher account).
• Make sure to log in with your correct account depending on the platform you use. If you register a new account, rewards will automatically be assigned to that account.
• Select ‘Link with Twitch’, and make sure you confirm the connection.

Simply rack up enough viewing time, then claim this loot from your Twitch Drops Inventory to receive it in-game. Any Twitch Drops earned will be available throughout Open Beta and into the full release of HAWKED.

Counter-Strike is at its best when teams compete on a level playing field and when ability is the only limit to their success.

Over the past few years, we’ve seen professional Counter-Strike drift away from that ideal. The ecosystem has become gradually less open, with access to the highest levels of competition increasingly gated by business relationships.

We think that Counter-Strike should be an open sport. So we’re going to add new requirements to running large-scale competitive events. The finer details are still in progress, but here are the broad strokes:

• Tournament organizers will no longer have unique business relationships or other conflicts of interest with teams that participate in their events.
  
  
• Invitations to all tournaments will use our ranking system (detailed here), or otherwise be determined by open qualifiers.
  
  
• Any compensation for participating teams—prize pool or otherwise—will be made public and will be driven by objective criteria that can be inspected by the community.

Since tournament organizers have existing long term commitments, these requirements will take effect as of 2025. There will be some rough edges to the transition, but we’re committed to the long-term health of Counter-Strike as a sport and are looking forward to its bright and open future.

We're working hard to get Cart Life ready for its official (re)launch later this year, but are taking a quick break to announce that Cart Life is in the Tiny Teams festival! Put together by Yogscast, Tiny Teams showcases "the best games you never heard of" made by little teams like ours.


Cart Life is a “retail simulator” about three everyday people trying to make it as street vendors. You guide each of them through the early days of their new ventures selling newspapers, coffee, and bagels—in some ways it’s like that old game Lemonade Stand, on a larger scale. But Cart Life is also a story game, with characters you’ll care about and an open world with tons of little surprises to discover. Oh, and did we mention it has chunky grayscale pixel art?



Cart Life was originally released on Steam back in 2013 after it swept the Independent Game Festival, but its solo developer Richard Hofmeier removed it from sale a year later. Richard has now teamed up with members of AdHoc Studio (former Telltale devs who worked on The Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Borderlands) on a revamped version planned for release in 2023.

• Revamped barista mechanic. In the original game, all you needed to do was type in the text that was displayed during the sale. Now it's an actual coffee-making sim with multiple steps and recipes!
  
• New endings for Melanie & Andrus. Some original endings have been updated (both in looks and interactions), plus brand new ones have been added.
  
• Moon cycles. The moon now waxes and wanes as the days pass, just like real life.
  
• Updated save system. When you finish playing as one character, the game will now remember the relevant choices you made and the ending you got. You'll see these reflected in the gameplay when you play as the next character.
  
• Lots of cosmetic changes. Eagle-eyed Cart Life players will spot some of them in the new screenshots below.

Honestly I'm not totally sure what this is but some guy at A.MAZE told me I should apply to this so I signed up for it and was accepted. It runs from August 3rd till August 10th. This game will be streamed for around an hour during a 3hr slot on Monday 7th from 5-8PM BST. Maybe you know what it is and will check it out. I'm sure I'll understand more later.
