Hello there Space Pilots!
On this patch I made a change to help with the frustration of not having a checkpoint system during levels (Its a huge challenge at this point)

I decided to add 9 lives for our space cats so you could respawn right away if something went wrong with one of your battles!

Also added some quality of life improvements that were requested through feedback and reviews

1. New Feature: Added the ability to respawn using one of your nine lives instead of restarting a level
   
2. Quality Of Life: Added an option in the option menu to stop focusing player on new turn
   
3. Quality Of Life: Added an option in the option menu to stop focusing on enemy ships between turns

We've released Beacon's Bluff 1.04 Update for Windows and Mac OS!

This update fixes a crash bug experienced by some Windows users on certain graphics cards near the end game.

It also includes the following improvements:

• More gameplay balancing and tuning.
  
• Significantly improved cutscene animations.
  
• Other minor bug fixes

The lighthouse needs keepers. Get to it!

Weapon Tuning:

1. Adjusted BFM missile volley to 6 instead of 3 before recharging
   
2. Heaven Shot-Gun weapon set, Increased the range on bullets

About the price

In the beginning, I set the price very high, mainly for two purposes, one is to deter those haters who threatened to brush up on bad reviews, and the other is to better raise crowdfunding. However, I later found out that platform sharing and taxation can greatly reduce the effectiveness of crowdfunding, and haters can still refund and write bad reviews. So I decided to adjust the price to an appropriate position. In any case, this work will eventually have to be made available to the public. As the game is updated, the price will gradually adjust back.

About DLC

As the author has promised in the past, the game's body will contain everything, and there will never be DLC. The author himself hates the idea of making money with a lot of DLC.

About English

Because I'm Chinese, my native language is Chinese, and of course this game was made in Chinese. For the English version that many netizens are eagerly looking forward to, I don't have the money to hire a human translator, so I can only use translation software to translate the Chinese text into English for the time being. For non-native Chinese speakers, it is at least better than not understanding the plot and dialogue at all. I will do my best to proofread the English names and places as much as possible. The game has a lot of text, so I will adjust my priorities and update the English version as much as possible.
