Sengoku Period - Oni Outfit (M/F)
Black Hole Outfit (M/F)
other outfits:
There are also new profile banners, and we've captured a preview of the latest banners that can be obtained from the Lucky Crystal Shop.
You can now choose a starter unit for the run (instead of the default assault rifle unit), this has been one of the requests during the early access.
All units can be selected (including the rare ones), except those that can't move (for example the Sniper unit).
Unit Visibility Tweaks
One of the major points of feedback during the early access has been, that the gameplay can get a bit noisy with all the effects and it's hard to tell where your units are etc.
There have already been a few updates to address this previously, but here's another update focusing on the specific effects for the units.
Following units' effects got tweaked:
Flamethrower Unit
Meteoroid Storm Unit
Fire Arrow Unit
Fire Arrow Storm Unit
Bazooka Unit
Heavy Artillery Unit
Also following tweaks were made for better visibility:
Shortened how long the flying enemy body parts emit particles
Limited maximum concurrent number of various explosion effects
I hope this is a big help, but please continue to give feedback if things get too noisy and which units/effects you feel are the cause for it.
Other Updates
[community feedback] Dragon Enemy should be now easier to kill, for example with Sticky Bomb Unit
[community feedback] Hopefully fixed the bug, where the enemy wave wasn't correctly marked as finished and prevented the spawning of the portal
A Dialog for achievements is now shown on the main menu (only for the "skill" based achievements, not for example unit unlocks etc)
Units now should move more "smoothly" when there are only a few units on screen / should be less janky at the start of the run
Removed Bazooka and Flamethrower units from the demo version
Lowered Unit Transformer building chance from 30% to 20%
Remember to give feedback, thanks everyone for the support!
Hi, Brain Show community! As promised, today we are delivering in an update the option to fill the lobby with bots. There is even the possibility to launch the game without a single player. Who wouldn't want to bet with their friends about which bot will win, right? This is just how we suggest such an idea.
List of changes:
Added the option to play with bots
Added a panel containing a tutorial on how to control the game with a phone using the SteamLink app
Reduced the life taken by weapons in the finale
Adjusted the amount of life points received at the rescue question
Shortened the duration of the round with dynamite
Improvements:
The volume sliders in the options menu can now be held down to change their value faster
Corrected the font on some of the panels to match the rest of the panels
Pausing the game no longer interrupts background music
Improvements to the operation of the options menu
Fixed a bug that caused the lobby to stutter when a player canceled readiness at the last minute
Added button click animation in the menu
Fixed bugs related to volume settings
Corrections in questions
Other changes and fixes
That would be enough. We encourage you to share your opinion and ideas, because every feedback is important to us, and it is an opportunity for you to influence the further development of Brain Show! Enjoy the game.
I'm glad to announce a significant update for my game on Steam! This update is aimed at enhancing your gaming experience, and I've made substantial efforts to implement the following changes:
Fixed numerous critical bugs: Various issues reported by players have been addressed and resolved. The gameplay is now smoother and more enjoyable.
Updated user interface: I've dedicated special attention to improving the design of the game's interface. It has become more intuitive and user-friendly.
Localization in Russian: I've added a translation of the game from English to Russian, allowing Russian-speaking players to enjoy the game in their native language.
Improved lighting: I've carefully worked on lighting issues in different parts of the game. Visual effects are now more realistic and appealing.
I hope these changes make the gameplay even more engaging. Thank you for your support, and enjoy the game!
