Fleet Battle
Multiplayer
  • New multiplayer option comes to Fleet Battles.
  • Host or join sessions over LAN or Internet (Steam).
  • Play games of up to 8 players, with 2 opposing fleets
  • For the first release, teams are automatically assigned and the fleets are chosen from the first 2 players.
  • For games of 3 or more players, players will be grouped onto teams where they can individually control different turrets and share the victory objective
  • Create a player profile (name, avatar) and join together in a chat-enabled lobby before playing
Campaign
  • Change Allegiance mode: the player can now choose sides between the Royal Navy and Imperial Fleet during the campaign battles

Stationeers - Not Simon
We had a couple of things that didn't make it in to the last update that we wanted to get finished off before moving. These mainly centered around pain points to do with slow process cycling larger airlocks, and a few oddities of the heat exchanger.

Powered Vents
We’re introducing Powered Vents as a way to get around some of the limitations of speed in our atmospheric system. These powered vents can move a lot of gas by drawing from atmospheres beyond the grid that the device is actually in, and they can output a very large amount of gas as well. This can help with pulling a vacuum or filling a room fast.

These vents have a flow rate indicator to let you easily tell if the vent is being provided with enough gas to be working at full capacity. This feature has also been added to the active vent.



Direct Heat Exchangers
The direct heat exchangers have two inputs and act directly on the two input networks' atmosphere allowing you to equalize the energy between two networks in a straightforward manner. There is a large and a small version, each coming in three variants: gas + gas, gas + liquid, liquid + liquid.


Updated Suits
We’ve revamped all the suits! The basic suit and hard suit have kept the same look but have been updated with much higher fidelity! The emergency suit has been given a complete rework to make it obviously different from the basic suit.


Key Bug Fixes
  • Fixed safety limits being ignored on active vent.
  • Addressed error spam from plant cartridge when trying to display the value "1000".

Gust of Wind - Salautja
After 3,5 years of development, Gust of Wind was just released in Early Access! So if you're up to an about 4-hour stealth experience set in barren but atmospheric sandbox levels, I'm quite excited about what we can offer you, and looking forward to getting people's thoughts about it!

Updates will come with fastest possible schedule when need arises. I'm looking forward to working on the game with player feedback, and adding on new content!

Summer is hot and the heart is burning, game creation does not stop.

The overall progress this month is still okay. The previous slow progress was because when I was making Chapter 7, I found that many previous problems had not been solved, so I have been doing some small work to solve the remaining problems, improve basic functions, and improve the overall stability of the game. Now it’s finally done! So the progress has become a little faster~ Let’s talk about these small works:

Overall progress
Chapter 7 was finally completed this month. I redesigned the map and expanded the enemies. There is still a boss at the end of the level that has not been done. This will be left for later, because I want to keep several big bosses at the same level.

Chapter 8 was also completed recently. This chapter is mainly used for narrative and process promotion, so the level does not need to spend too much time on design. More importantly, it is to ensure the game frame rate. I also made drastic changes to some redundant scenes.

Chapter 9 is also being modified and expanded.

Basic function improvement
Here it is actually some game background functions, such as data storage and retrieval, game configuration, and flow delivery between sub-levels. They are all programs and there is not much to show, so I won’t show them. Of course, if you have any feedback on any functions in the future, I will update them in time!


Last month was mainly busy with these things. Of course, there was also some material production, so I won’t say much. The game is still under intense development and it’s time to work harder! I will try my best to persist! Of course, if you like The Righteousness: SanGuo, I hope you can add it to your wish list and introduce it to more friends. This will be a great encouragement to me!

Battle system, Shop and status UI updates!

1. combat system.
TRPG's combat system allows you to enjoy a combat experience.
It can be broken down into two main parts.
Battles can happen if you stay up late into the evening!


1) Your Action Turn
During your action turn, you choose what actions you want to take. In the current version, fleeing is not updated, but eventually there will be 3 options: attack / reload / flee.
If you choose Attack, you will specify who you want to attack and start making judgments. Shooting and Dexterity judgments are one-sided as before, while Martial Arts and Swordsmanship are compared against each other and the result of the action is chosen based on the results.



2) Enemy's Action Turn
There are two options for the enemy's action turn. "Dodge" and "Counterattack".
Dodging has the advantage if they are both successful, i.e. the same number of judgment points. Counterattack is the opposite, giving you a disadvantage if you both succeed.






2. Shop


A place called "GUNSHOP" has now been added to the map in Upper Arkham. You can go there to buy firearms, ammunition, swords, drugs, and throwing objects.







3. Staters UI
A total of three UIs have been added.



1) Stat UI
You can check your character's stats when you create your character and the debuffs you currently have.



2) Inventory UI
You can check the items you currently have. It is categorized into equipable, consumable, and key items.



3) Skill UI
You can check the skills you specified when creating your character.

This is the biggest update since the Early Access release.
After the next "Debuff System" update, we will no longer be updating the demo version.
