Sign up now to join the play testers for Existence: The Outer Reach. We are accepting the first 100 participates to try the game on August 1st. You will have access to the game for 7 days to try it out and provide your feedback. You will also be included in all future play tests as well. You can sign up by visiting the store page and selecting Request Access to be a play tester.

Multiplayer offers a PvP and Co-Op mode, but we have not set up lobbies yet, so you will need to invite your friends in order to have someone to play against. Or join our Discord server to find a game. Be prepared for intense action as you will likely be required to command multiple fronts on different planets simultaneously. We'd love to hear what strategies work best for you!

We are excited to announce that we will be releasing an update with a new game mode soon. The update will also have an improvement to the viewfinder in camera mode and a couple bug fixes.


We know this new mode will not be for everyone. I imagine most of us enjoy the game for its casual and relaxing features and don't really want to be rushing around. This new mode will just be for players who want to try something a little different.

You can choose between 5, 15, 30, and 60 minutes to find as many morel mushrooms as you can in that amount of time in the map that you choose. The records are saved and you can keep trying to beat your high score.



In addition to the new mode, the update will also feature an update to the viewfinder in camera mode. We have found it was a bit difficult to track down animals as they were running around when you could only see in the middle of the screen. Everything outside of that was blocked by black outside of your viewing area. In the new update you will be able to see outside that area as well. It will still be a little darker outside the viewing area but now you will be able to see everything in view even if it is not in view of the camera.






We have added 120 and 180 Minute day lengths you can now choose when you start a new game.


We have stopped the secret event in Indiana Country from making you lose days. This was causing an unintended bug to weekly tasks.

We believe we have finally fixed the Single Season Achievement Bug.

We are still working out some stuff with the update but we hope to release it soon. We are looking for a few people to test the update before going live. If you are interested send me an email to wes@abramsstudios.com.

This time I got some advice from AlbertPa, developer of Waterfall Prisoner (a game that you can find on Steam and that will be released the next month!). Thank you, Albert.

The main feature of this update is that players will now be able in free mode to view the completed endings of each quest when choosing which story they wish to play next.

A new and formidable challenge awaits you in the virtual battleground. Operation Boss Blitz is a special event where a team attempt a lightning-fast speed run to take down the fearsome new Double Boss.

Event Rules:

1. Video Submission: After completing the Double Boss encounter in each difficulty tier, teams must record and upload their successful attempts to a video-sharing platform (YouTube, Twitch, etc.). The link to each video must be shared in the #event-submissions channel on the Discord server.  (will update the discord ASAP for submission)

2. Integrity and Fair Play: Any form of cheating or exploiting glitches during the event is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified from the event.

3. Reward Eligibility: Teams will be eligible for rewards based on their best clear time in normal difficulty tier. However, a team member can only receive rewards once., even if they manage to beat their own previous record.

4. Fastest Clear Reward: The team with the fastest clear time, will be crowned as the champions of the event Boss Blitz. In addition to the participation reward, they will be granted an exclusive grand prize, which will be announced at the conclusion of the event.

5. Participation Reward: Every team that successfully participates in the event and submits their video for each difficulty tier will receive a special participation reward. The nature of the reward will be revealed at a later date.
