This is a pretty surreal moment for me. I just hit the "Release App" button and a game that I made is now available on Steam! Of course there's still tons of things I want to add to the game and I am going to add a lot of them over the next few weeks but there's currently a playable game out right now for purchase.

If you do buy my game thanks so much! I hope you enjoy it and are excited for future updates as well.

Here's the release changelog:

Gameplay
Zones
There are now multiple zones that you progress through as you play
You have to take a good enough photo of each fish in a zone to unlock the next
There are currently 3 zones with 3 fish in each with more to come
At the start of each day you pick a zone on the map to go to

Tasks
These are goals to aim for each run
You have 3 at a time, 1 of them being the zone unlocking task until you've unlocked them all
Once you complete a task you will get a new one at the start of the next day
They do give points when you complete them but they can't be spent yet, they are tracked though so you'll be able to spend any you've already earnt once the update is out

Audio/Visual
Added fax machine sound effect when the new featured fish is revealed
Fish and scenery further away can now be seen in the back of photos but don't add any points
Added a new song that plays during the montage at the end of a run

Fixes
Fixed unpausing issue when reviewing photo
Added a map step to the tutorial
Limit featured fish to coral reef only during tutorial
Fixed fish being able to be featured multiple days in a row
Changed tutorial comments to only show when there aren't well framed fish
