Level building has proven to be the most time consuming part (so far) in CHROME SWEAT's development process. As a result, I've been putting a ton of effort into that space as of recent. Since each level supports different playstyles and different strategic options, it does increase the total development time. Fortunately, good progress has been made so far.

- Added a summer event. It lasts for two weeks and as long as it lasts, there will be an event campaign where you can get pet stones and uhm some random stones. You also get a few from the daily free draw. It is possible to get a pet token from the stones and a new event equip: Creators Vest. If it is equipped to any pet, it will increase your creating speed by up to 25% (additive) + 10% (multiplicative). - As there are always some people who are surprised that the event equip is removed after the event ends, even if it is written at multiple places, this time you have 7 days bonus time after the event ends to spend event currency for anything. After the 7 days of bonus time are over, all left over event items you still have will be auto converted to pet stones. - It is now possible to get previously missed Candy Canes or Spectrometers again on the special purchase page for either money or pet stones. In the future, it will be the same for all missed event items one year after the initial release.
More content and revisions are included in the new 0.14.0 demo update as we move closer to the Early Access release of Denizen!
Missions
The quest/mission framework has been overhauled to allow for NPC storylines that include multiple missions. There has been a new mission added to the demo that you can access by visiting the new NPC's safehouse in town.
Forklift
As part of the new mission, you can try out the new forklift vehicle. In the Early Access release of Denizen, you can work as a forklift operator in a larger warehouse.
Body shop
You can now take your car to the local body shop for repair, paint, and window tint. Paint your car in any color you like with a solid, metallic, or matte finish.
Used car dealership
The used car dealership is in business! Stop by and pick from a selection of used automobiles. In the Early Access release of Denizen, there will be several additional dealerships to visit in the city.
Hacking and lockpicking
Hacking and lockpicking minigames have been added. These minigames are used in some missions and other parts of the game.

What's next?
Work continues on the Early Access version of Denizen. More news on that soon!
I wanted to make the world of Skullborn more accessible to more players so I have decided to drop the price of the game.
As a thank you to all of the early adopters of the game, anyone who purchased the game before today will be able to create their own custom block. You can name it whatever you want and give it whatever texture you want. You will be given an unlimited supply of this block and eventually I may make these blocks discoverable by other players or by trade.
Here's how to create your block:
First, to prepare do these things:
Make the texture for your block. It must be 16x16 pixels and must be SFW!
Pick a name! It must be less than 20 characters and also SFW!
Also must be in our Discord to send the image! Also make sure you have access to the #in-game-chat channel If you don't see it then go to Browse Channels and make sure it's checked there.
Then:
Go in game and type the name of the block in chat, and press Enter! (make sure you're in Global chat which is purple)
Immediately after: go into Discord
go to the #in-game-chat channel
write the same name of the block
attach the texture
add @Snubber and send!
This will allow me to verify your in game account! Please be patient and I will add it to the game! If I have any issues with what you send me I will let you know in Discord.
Added validation checks for keywords when loading a world so that those keywords/resources (and relevant quests) are exclude from dialogue options in worlds where those resources (and potentially races in the future) don't exist. This should prevent, for example, a snowmoss gathering quest from being triggered in a world where snowmoss doesn't exist
Rooms in the inn now recover all Stamina
Camping now recovers all Stamina
Updated all resource-gathering quests to have a 84 day (12 week) time limit temporarily while we make some adjustments to resource generation. This should help with being able to complete quests on time when struggling to find resources.
FIXED:
Fixed several issues that were causing quest-related NPCs to go missing, preventing some quests from being completed
Fixed bad directions being given for snowmoss, which was preventing the gather snowmoss quest from being completed
Fixed the herbalist job so that it can produce herbs to be sold in the Market
Fixed the description of honey so now NPCs accurately describe which types of hexes it can be found in
Fixed a bug where NPCs will give directions to an exhausted resource node when being asked where to find a specific resource
Fixed a bug that caused the camping menu when using a campsite to disappear
Fixed a bug that caused a stray window to appear when resting at a campsite
Fixed a bug that causes conversation windows not to be cleared properly when quitting a game while in a conversation with an NPC
Fixed a bug that caused dialog options not to display for some NPCs
We have just released our v2.21 (118182) Hotfix for THE LONG DARK (including Survival Edition), and TALES FROM THE FAR TERRITORY on Steam following the release of v2.20.
GENERAL
Gameplay - Fixed an issue where containers disappeared for players using Interloper or Custom game modes, resulting in missing items. Please note that some players may recover their lost items if the Lost and Found box was present in the same room as the impacted container, however, items will not be recovered if the Lost and Found box was not present.
