Pirate Dragons - Calandryll
Today's build adds powerups to the game. Your ships will occasionally float crates into the air that contain powerups. Break open the crate to gain damage boosts, regain health, recharge your breath weapons, and more!

This build also includes a bunch of updates and fixes.
  • Updated the economy to change how much gold a town has based on resources purchased by convoys.
  • Gold is now removed removed from a town when the player sells items.
  • Fixed a bug with the Dismiss Ship button.
  • Updated the Dismiss Ship button to only work when you have 4 ships.
  • Fixed a bug with event spawning
  • Added about 50% more spots for events on islands.
  • Updated the Docks UI to show your sail colors on the ships.
  • Updated the start positions for ships and your dragon in battles.
  • Lots of balance changes to combat and the economy.

PSA: I've seen an increase in reports of crashing while loading levels, and it seems that this can be fixed by simply verifying your game files. So if you're getting crashes, try that!

If you have already collected relics for residual ghosts, they will be back at the location for you to grab. A relic will not be allowed to leave the location until the ghost associated with that relic is released.
There is a tutorial that explains the releasing process in the Wiki. I would recommend reading that to get familiar with what is required.

- Implemented Releasing for residual ghosts.
- Accessing game menu no longer unequips Conrad's right hand.
- Changed the Smudge HUD icons to the corresponding leaves of the plant to help distinguish between them better.
- Made some UI adjustments.
- Adjusted Video-Cam's Night Vision appearance.
- Adjusted Auto-Cam and video camera screen size (optimization).
- Adjusted archive pickup locations.
- Modified the siding on the house at Evergreen Ln and Polk St.
- Fixed bug where master volume bar would not update when adjusted at the start game screen.
- Corrected bug where smudges would lose positioning in players' right hand.

  • redesigned the games artstyle, made it more dark, gloomy, red-style with light effects

  • rebalanced worlds, each world now drops 7 different items
  • increased the games difficulty, wanted to make it more challenging (now im not even sure if the game is winnable / players can reach last worlds, need more testing)
  • reworked mods from items
  • removed temporary some weapons, will be added later in new worlds
  • weapons and companions can now gain EXP and level up, up to 10
  • removed the currency system
  • inventory now increases with player level

Throne of Bone has returned for another playtest!

Just about every aspect of the game has been iterated on since the sneak preview playtest in the fall, so patch notes don't really apply here. Now that the core experience of the game has been identified, subsequent updates will be more frequent.

* Fixed color of ghosts of buildings under construction that were not recognisable from paused ghosts.
* Fixed ocean clipping occurring inside of the container ship module.
* Improved exception handling so that the player has a better idea of what went wrong, and made error messages copyable to clipboard for easier reporting.
* Fixed incorrect unpreviewed snapping to ports on construction.
* Improved heuristics for sorting priority when balancing buffers, trucks now more closely obey specified job priority.
* Improved path-finding that was giving-up too early in some cases when the goal was not directly reachable but "close-enough" destination existed.
