Team up with some of Los Santos’ most daring guns-for-hire and take back the city in GTA Online: San Andreas Mercenaries. Lead the fight against Merryweather Security’s forces as one of the Los Santos Angels and engage in explosive guerilla operations while conducting high-stakes, high-flying raids all across the state.

PROJECT OVERTHROW

Charlie Reed’s got an impressive résumé — beyond his work as an aircraft mechanic in the Hangar, he’s an ex-military operator with significant experience assisting in various Heists around Los Santos over the years. He’s also been working on a plan called Project Overthrow — a multipronged attack on Merryweather Security to knock them well and truly off their perch.

The way Charlie sees it, Merryweather have amassed enough defense contracts, illegal R&D, and good old-fashioned criminal rackets that ripping them off in a series of high-flying schemes is a win-win scenario for him and your smuggling operation. Project Overthrow features six new missions for 1–4 players that will put your mercenary skills to the ultimate test: conducting reconnaissance, recovering valuable equipment, performing audacious rescues, and fighting your way through the teeth of Merryweather’s well-oiled war machine.

Project Overthrow is launched from the new Operations Terminal upgrade for the Mammoth Avenger, available at Warstock Cache & Carry.

LOS SANTOS ANGELS

Also initiated from the new Operations Terminal, the Los Santos Angels can take on three private contracts in daring LSA Operations. Each of these presents an opportunity to acquire an Outfit for first-time completion and rotate through optional bonus objectives with each replay for an additional pay bump.

These include jumping out of a chopper and onto the deck of an aircraft carrier under cover of darkness, calling in a bombing run, and using an EMP blast to knock out a government installation. LSA Operations can also be launched by calling Charlie directly from your iFruit after your Operations Terminal has been installed.

FREE TRADE SHIPPING CO.

It’s a new day for smuggling operations, as Hangar properties are being upgraded to host a suite of new abilities and features. A fully equipped Hangar can now store and customize the Avenger, as well as upgrade your personal arsenal with an Mk II Weapons Workshop.

Charlie’s ex-military associates have also taken to hanging out around the Hangar: Ask dishonorably discharged helicopter pilot and recent Los Santos Angels recruit Rooster McCraw to source cargo for a small fee.

You’ll also find free Snacks and Weapon pickups around the property to help you prepare for any fight ahead, and those looking to sharpen their skills at Flight School will find a convenient access point added inside the Hangar.

Four new Source Missions have been added to the Free Trade Shipping Co. on the Hangar laptop alongside three new Sell Missions — all for smugglers who prefer the driver’s seat to the cockpit. Perform deep sea dives, oust private militaries, and more in this expansive update to the Air Freight Cargo business by choosing the Land option when launching.

NEW AVENGER UPGRADES

The utility of the Mammoth Avenger has expanded in a big way. Owning a Facility (or Hangar) is no longer required to own and operate an Avenger, which can be called out to your location via the Services section of the Interaction Menu. Those who do own a Hangar with a Workshop will be able to customize their sky fortress with new mil-spec upgrades, including front-facing machine guns and missiles, as well as a Stealth Module or a Missile Lock-On Jammer that can be activated while on autopilot.

The Operations Terminal is an interior upgrade that unlocks access to Project Overthrow and the LSA Operations detailed above. This can be purchased directly from Charlie in the Hangar, or when customizing your Avenger in the Charlie Upgrades menu. If you’re down to join the fight but don’t yet own a Hangar, the Operations Terminal can be purchased when upgrading the Avenger on the Warstock Cache & Carry website.

Another exciting new upgrade available for the Avenger is the Mammoth Avenger Thruster. If you’ve left your mobile sky base on Autopilot high above the city but you’re stranded on the ground, simply call the Mammoth Avenger Thruster directly to your location using the Interaction Menu. When nearing the rear cargo bay of the Avenger, hit D-pad right to dock inside.

One Lonely Outpost - Ashe
Hi everyone!

With Steam Next Fest rapidly approaching and our release date a little over a week away, we are excited to announce something we know many of you have been hoping for.

There will be a public demo on Steam for everyone to try!

If you aren’t a backer, now is the perfect time to take your first bite of One Lonely Outpost. The demo will be available throughout Next Fest which starts on June 19th at 10:00 AM PST and goes until the 26th at 10:00 AM PST. Play around, get to know your faithful companion named Qwerty, and let us know what you think!

We also wanted to share some of the smaller improvements made to the game over the last month. So without further delay, here are our newest changes!

Updated Storage Locker Customization
We noticed that the original color choices for the storage lockers just weren’t quite giving the look we wanted. After a little bit of creative input and experimentation, we switched it up and changed them to a wider range of colors that now all look unique.

Omni-Forge & Refinery Interface
For a good while now, both the Omni-Forge and Refinery have been missing a handy-dandy interface, but that is a thing of the past. Now you can see the items as they are being processed. Just drop your items in and go about your day!

We’re counting down to release and are just as excited as all of our wonderful supporters for that day to come. Follow us on Twitter and find us on TikTok - yes, we just started! - for more content. If you’d like to hang out with the community join our Discord and check out the official subreddit!

The Riftbreaker - voidreaver
Hello Riftbreakers!

We have just updated the experimental branch of The Riftbreaker with a patch aiming to address the most prevalent issues with The Riftbreaker after the launch of the World Expansion II.

This update is (most likely) incompatible with any current mods. Please remove all mods before playing. MAKE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR SAVE FILES! Make a copy of 'The Riftbreaker' folder from your documents and keep it safe.

With all these warnings out of the way, here’s how to access the experimental branch:

  1. create a backup copy of your save folder (Documents/The Riftbreaker)
  2. disable Steam Cloud save backup for The Riftbreaker
  3. go to your Steam Library
  4. right-click on The Riftbreaker
  5. select 'Properties,’ then 'Betas,’ and use the following password: IknowWhatImDoing

After that, you will be able to choose 'experimental' from the drop-down menu. Download the update, play the game, and let us know if you encounter any issues. We also have a channel on our Discord: #rb-experimental-feedback - we highly encourage you to join in and share your feedback.

Angel Wings: Endless Night - RumR Design
Hi all,

We're back again with some insight into the development process of Endless Night.

Today's topic is "Art and Concepts" - in essence, we'll dive into what makes Endless Night so unique and different from the original Angel Wings, and we will also explore the never-ending question...

(say it with me now)

"Why is this taking so long?"

Dreaming Up a Nightmare
Endless Night takes inspiration from all of the horror classics - the Resident Evils, Silent Hills, and Fatal Frames of the world were all major influences on the concepts and development of our brand-new foray into the genre.

While Endless Night doesn't seek to capture the heart-pounding frenzy of fighting off hordes of monsters (we are still a visual novel, after all), something that caught our attention in the best of these games was, above all, the atmosphere.

Cold, Eerie, yet Familiar
The above words are aspects that stuck out to us in many horror settings - while there's a time and place for more graphic, terrifying imagery, our major goal while designing Endless Night was to create environments that are not just spooky...but hauntingly lonely.

The thought of treading through a foggy forest, visiting an abandoned mansion, or sitting in an empty church - while we may be lonely, we're not entirely uncomfortable. In a way, Endless Night attempts to build on the themes of the original Angel Wings by putting us in places we've never been, yet oddly enough feel like home.

We're Never Really Alone, Are We?
That said, any great adventure requires a trusty companion or two. As mentioned on the Store page, Endless Night will be introducing a new cast of characters, as well as bringing back some familiar faces. As seen in the screenshots, Nuri will be one of a few members making her return, albeit with an updated look.

In addition, we're excited to introduce our new cast. Our first member is Lilith, whose design we revealed in the previous Dev Update. Lilith is your first encounter in the haunted mansion, carrying with her a strange, glowing orb. Will she be your ally through the darkness, or is there something more sinister at play?

Find out more when Angel Wings: Endless Night releases this summer! Until then, looking forward to the next Dev Update!

Hell Let Loose - Wombat Medic
We’re sorry, everyone.

What we’d hoped would be an exciting and immersive trailer for our next update - Devotion to Duty - has unfortunately fallen short of expectations. We understand that you were eagerly awaiting the trailer, and we deeply apologize for the disappointment, frustration, and sense of let-down felt among the community.

Hell Let Loose has always aimed to provide an authentic and immersive experience, and the latest updates haven’t reflected this as well as they should have. We hear and value your feedback and are dedicated to actioning it across future updates.

Team17 and Cover 6 Studios’ vision is to remain true to the game's origins, retaining the core strategic squad-based shooter Hell Let Loose is known for, while inviting more like-minded players, so everyone can enjoy the game.

Like Hell Let Loose, communication is the key to success, something we are continuing to work to improve. With an initial focus on improving the Hell Let Loose experience, we have been slower than we had hoped in addressing the core gameplay and meta, with our latest updates having fallen short of expectations. Although such changes won’t happen overnight, our commitment remains unwavering.

We want to improve on each update we deliver and are learning from and embracing your experiences and feedback. We will take steps to address this in future updates and are revisiting the ways in which we can actively work with you, with a renewed focus on delivering the best possible Hell Let Loose experience.

In our next Dev Brief, landing on Friday the 16th of June, we’ll be outlining the initial fixes for the patch releasing on the 22nd of June. In subsequent dev briefs, we’ll deliver an overview of when fixes for other known issues come online, while determining how we further improve the quality of life of Hell Let Loose, keeping you up to date with any progress and changes.

Thank you for all of your heartfelt feedback, passion, and continued support.

We’ll see you all on the frontline.
