Total Conflict: Resistance - Thunder


  • Implemented realistic basic ballistics (not yet tied to the wind and the earth's magnetic field) for small arms (including stationary machine guns 12.7 and 14.5 mm). Finally, all weapons and armored vehicles have a realistic physical model for projectiles and bullets.
  • Introduced a basic rear sight correction for all weapons (now the rear sight is set at about 100m, depends on the muzzle velocity.)
  • Added muzzle velocity for all weapons, data was taken from authoritative weapon sources. Now you can understand how 9x19 differs from 5.56x45, etc.
  • Fixed the balance of some vehicles and weapons in the global campaign.
  • Added economic information about your resources in the global campaign (to be finalized).
  • Fixed damage for 23mm, 25mm and 30mm projectiles (increased x2 times against light vehicles).
  • Added the ability to change weapons to the mouse wheel in battle.
  • Fixed penalties for "imperialism" (penalties reduced).

Instead of adding 1 New Location this patch, 2 New Locations was added.

Happy Friday, friends!

A little late today, but it's still Friday here. We're a little slow this week as some colds have spread through the house. Hoping we're on the tail end of it.

Tomorrow, May 27th, at 11am PST, I'll be hosting our monthly community event where we jump on the official US server and play together. Like I mentioned last week, I'll be working on finishing up the Windless Woods storyline. I'll be on our discord voice channel chatting with anyone that wants to join.

Michael's been finishing up the Mystic skill tree this week. He's done a lot of backend work fixing other spells and such to make things work properly. He did stream once this week, so feel free to check that out here.

I went through all the food and drinks in the game and replaced the "Luck" stat with crit chance. As of right now it's a straight transfer, but I may adjust some to be something else with any feedback the dedicated testers give me. There are two items that I replaced the "Luck" stat with the new "Lucky" stat: Astronomer's Tea and Key Slime Pie.

Next week I'll be readjusting the loot tables for the chests in Azura and Farmlands like I've discussed before. Then it's back into dungeons for me! Hoping Michael gets the skill trees wrapped up in the next week or two and then it's just testing everything and fixing bugs before releasing it to you all.

Generate current favorite data from past favorite data

In version 4.0.1, I changed the specifications for favorite poses and favorite expressions, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Since it is difficult to programmatically convert them into a form that is easy for users to understand due to patch processing, etc., I have developed software to generate data for the present from past data.

The past data will not be deleted, so you can continue to use version 4.0.0.

When the application is launched, the number of pieces of past data is displayed.



Generate favorite pose data

You can load characters from the top right button.
Load the character you wish to use to generate thumbnail images.



Take a thumbnail image and enter a name to generate a pose or skip generating poses.

The Finder or Explorer will open the destination for the new pose data, so you can easily see how it is generated.



Work is completed on all poses.

Generate Favorite Blendshape

Please load the character you wish to confirm the application of the shape key.

Loading a character is for confirmation, so it is not necessary to force it.



For each blendshape, give it a name of your choice and generate it.

You can also check the Finder or Explorer to see where the new data is saved.

Once all blendshapes have been created, you are done.



When the work is completed, the favorite data will be reflected in the latest version.

Data from previous versions will still exist, so you can continue to use version 4.0.0.
Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers - Purple Moss Collectors
Version 0.5 of the demo has just been released!
This release is mostly focused on some of the most highly requested changes and improvements.

New stuff!
  • Adds a highlight effect when score is equal to max score to show that blackjack effect is active
  • Cards are now shuffled back into draw pile much faster

Balance changes!
  • Changes opponent AI to respect changed bust limit rather than standing at 17 or higher
  • Opponents will now stand at 4 below their current bust limit
  • Fixes Aces so that they can increase back to 11 as long as that wouldn’t cause a bust
  • Locked cards cannot be discarded anymore
  • Changes Cue Card so that it cannot send itself to the bottom of the draw pile
  • Changes Bartender health from 10 → 5
  • Changes Decromancer health from 130 -> 99

Bug fixes!
  • Fixes a bug where the game would crash after opponent played a card that plays into the hand
  • Fixes a bug where if the Cue Card was the last card in draw pile, after sending a card to the bottom the draw pile would appear empty
  • Fixes a bug where the player could still hit or stand briefly after losing

No new Basement stuff in this release, but I've started the work for it so it will definitely be in next week's version!
