EA Content Overview


FORGOTTEN VIADUCT

  • A new stage with new enemies, bosses and characters to unlock

CHARACTERS

  • 4 new unlockable player characters
  • Cleric: Built around debuffs and regeneration, has a magic short range attack that deals its total damage evenly spread among all hit enemies.

  • Shield Maiden: Has a shield besides her main weapon which she can also use to attack and knock back enemies. The attack of the shield scales with her block strength.
  • Sorceress: Queen of Thunder, can cast Chain Lightning to either focus single enemies or spread it among the enemy rows.


STAGES GENERAL

  • Ember Grounds enemy spawns got adjusted for new boss encounters.
  • Increased number of Abilities that can be found on Ember Ground.
  • Haunted Caverns have an upgraded look and design, making it more spooky.

  • Abilities can be ‘levelled’ 10 times. The possible trait types for each level vary.
  • When abilities reach level 3 and 6 they can be upgraded with ability scrolls.
  • All abilities have currently 2 upgrades, most upgrades must be unlocked.
  • Damage dealt and max. DPS reached for all abilities are now listed at the end of each stage.
  • Damage from effects are listed separately as they stack and can influence each other.
  • Added a new damage type: Lightning, which can cause Electrify status effects.

Chronicles of 2 Heroes: Amaterasu's Wrath - mallendary
Hi heroes!

Ayame's and Kensei's main quest during the game is to retrieve the Three Sacred Treasures to defeat Himiko and Amaterasu.

You might be asking what these treasures are:

⚔️ The Sword - Kusanagi no Tsurugi (草薙劍)
🪞 The Mirror - Yata no Kagami (八咫鏡)
💎 The Jewell - Yasakani no Magatama (八尺瓊勾玉)



Each relic represents one of the three primary virtues: courage, wisdom, and benevolence. According to legend, Ninigi-no-Mikoto brought them to Earth. He is a legendary ancestor of Japan's imperial line sent by his grandmother Amaterasu to pacify Japan. Ninigi eventually passed down the treasures to Emperor Jimmu, so you could say there is divinity to the ruler of Japan. In fact, these three treasures are a central element of the enthronement ceremony since 690.



It makes sense that you will need god-like powers to face divine antagonists like Amaterasu herself.

Fixes

Copter Strike VR - Hyper Gamey
-added a new desert environment map. It was originally designed for a new game mode only but it was set up for the multiplayer ones as well (well except football)
-added a new cosmetic setting that allows the player to change their helicopter exterior skin to a digital camo skin (the colors of the teams will remain the same, red green and blue, but there will be a camo pattern on the helicopter)
-added a new cosmetic setting that allows the player to change the color of some objects from the helicopter cockpit
-added a new cosmetic setting that allows the player to change the texture pattern of some objects from the helicopter cockpit
-added a new game mode, Desert Strike, where the players have to destroy the defense AA sentry guns of the 4 bases present on the map. There are 4 difficulties: doable, maybe doable, nuts and insanely nuts. Depending on each there will be more or less sentry guns spawned in each base. The spawn points of the sentry guns are random for each game so that it doesn't feel too repetitive. Each time a sentry gun is destroyed a heal pickup will spawn in its place, allowing the player to restore their health points. Each time a player dies a revive pickup will spawn in the base that was closest to that player. In short, in order to revive your teammate you'd have to destroy all the defense of that base and then pick up the revive pickup. This game mode comes bearing gifts as well. The players who successfully fcomplete the mission on 'insanely nuts' difficulty will unlock the 3 new cosmetic settings mentioned above.
-fixed an issue with the altitude limit which made the helicopter pop down too fast if it reached the max altitude. Now the altitude limit should be smooth. It is also bigger now, 140 meters above the ground.
-added map voting screen to Co-Op game modes, so that there is continuity and the players don't have to go to main menu and recreate a lobby after a game
-made the helicopter sticks hitboxes larger so that they can be grabbed easier

What are the dates for the United 1944 Closed Beta?
The first Closed Beta for United 1944 is running from May 19 to 21 from 4pm to 8pm CEST (designed for Europe-based players) and May 26 to 28 from 4pm to 8pm ET (designed for North America-based players).

How can I get access to the United 1944 Closed Beta?
Just go to the United 1944 Steam page and click on the “Request Access” button just below the game description. You will enter a random selection process managed by Steam to select players.

How do I know that I’ve been selected for the Closed Beta?
You’ll receive an email from Steam confirming that you’ve been selected. Also, you will find the game UNITED 1944 Beta pop up in your Steam Library.

What territories are included in the Closed Beta?
Due to high demand, we have made the decision to split the beta into two territories and two weekends to accommodate more players and guarantee better quality of service. Here is how things will work:
  • The first weekend (May 19-21), the servers will be based in Europe (Frankfurt).
  • The second weekend (May 26-28) the servers will be based in North America (East Coast).
Please note that if you’re based in one territory, and decide to play when the servers are based in another, you’ll experience ping & lag issues and we may not be able to guarantee optimal network performance.

We highly encourage you to play with servers located in your region.

Are more beta tests planned?
Yes. If you don’t get in this time, you’ll still have an opportunity to play, as more beta tests will follow in the coming months with more capacity. Make sure you also follow us on Twitter to be up to date.

I’m a content creator, can I come play the United 1944 Closed Beta?
Content creators are welcome in this Beta. However, keep in mind this first Closed Beta is small, and access will be managed via Steam Playtest. Hence, the participants will be randomly selected by Steam. We plan to do one fully dedicated beta for content creators, so stay tuned to the Discord server or Twitter to be up to date.

Can I stream and/or create content on my channels?
Yes you can. We just ask you to be aware and communicate to your audience that the footage you are streaming is from a beta test and may not be representative of the final game. All music is owned by us, so you should not get any copyright strike.

Are the system requirements final?
No. These are only tentative and subject to change, as we still didn’t work on optimizing.

I want to share feedback with the dev team. How do I do it?
We will be collecting feedback from the Closed Beta through Discord. You can join the United 1944 Discord with this link. Go to #feedback channel and share your feedback with us. Dev team is always checking the channel and will use a reaction when the feedback entry is seen.

What should I do if I find a bug?
Go to the bugs reporting channel in the Discord server and use the template that is pinned. DO NOT open a ticket for a bug.

The abandoned frozen waters of Franz Josef Land welcome our captains! Meet the first location with destructible fortifications!

“Franz Josef Land”



The new location for naval battles called “Franz Josef Land” will become one of the northernmost locations in War Thunder. Here, players will witness the harsh lifeless expanses of plateau-like islands covered with basalt and permafrost glaciers. But even these uninhabitable islands have been mastered by man. Here you can find two polar stations, military bases, as well as a few abandoned villages.




In the Dominance mode for this location, we plan to add fortifications with a different set of weapons that provide fire support for bases. Destruction of such fortifications will grant players additional points. We want to make naval battles more varied and dynamic, and we're interested in your opinion of the new gameplay option. We look forward to your feedback as soon as the update is released!

Valheim - IronMontilyet
This update is for the Public Test branch of Valheim, and may therefore be unstable. Before we launch this update to the Default version of the game, we want to make sure to have a chance to discover bugs and adjust the balancing, to give you the best game experience possible.
Access the Public Test branch by right clicking Valheim in your Steam library, and then select ‘Properties’. In the new window, select ‘Betas’ and type in the code “yesimadebackups”. The Public Test branch should now be available for you to choose from.
As always, remember to be considerate towards players not partaking in the Public Test, in case they want to avoid spoilers.
As the password indicates, please make sure to make backups of your save files before playing.

This patch includes a lot of optimisations for many underlying systems of the game – this to improve in-game performance for both small and large worlds, network performance, load times and to drastically decrease save file sizes. We hope that these changes will be a significant improvement for some of you.

This does mean, however, that this patch is extra prone to have introduced some new and obscure bugs that we have yet to find, so any additional testing and bug reporting on this is greatly appreciated! Be sure to report them in our Discord in the public test channel or by filling out this form.

On a very important note, this patch makes your saves significantly less backwards compatible than other patches, so make sure you really do make extra backups this time. As always, we will do our best so that you will be able to continue with your save files when this goes live, but there is always a risk that you might have to restore your backups when playing on the public test.

Should this patch not be problem free, we will roll it back for the time being, and return to it at a later date. Therefore it is extra important that you make your backups this time.
