We're releasing hotfix 1.9.0.3 today to address an issue that could be caused by failing a hunt.

Thank you so much for your support! Some adjustments have been made according to everyone's feedback:

1. Added screen brightness control options during combat
2. Added SSR spatial reflection option (city map is obvious)
3. The mouse is no longer hidden by the pause menu when the tutorial prompts
4. After the tutorial is complete, the prompt is displayed normally
5. Increased the height threshold to reduce falls
6. Fixed load ceiling tip at Level 5

There are a lot of difficulties in indie game development, especially in human resources and QA testing. Thank you for your great players!

Next Monday we plan on updating the AOE systems and emitters so that they all have different functions, costs, and upkeep.

Now, to some that's a "Woo yeah" but others may be thinking... 'hold on, what happens to our current aircon units that are currently cooling our grills?"

Well, that's the thing! The functionality of heaters and aircon units is going to change,

So your grills will blow up.
they will blow up because whatever you are using to set their tempreature, will change in functionality.

Now, there are multiple ways to solve this;

  • You can remove your grills before the update lands. (recommended)
  • You can pause within the 30 seconds it takes to for the grills to explode ingame and adjust them when the update is live.
  • You can take the L and just let them explode. (not reccomended)

I will leave the decision up to you!

Hello everyone and welcome to the InfraSpace Improvement Update!

This update has been in the works for 2 months and we're bringing you lots of bugfixes, performance improvements and even some new decoration buildings and small extra features!

In InfraSpace, you start out as a ship stranded in space. If you start a new game, you will now get a small movie to introduce you to the situation. Our 2d artist Adriana has been working on it for a while, so I hope you like it!

New Features

  • “Pixel buildings” so you can highlight parts of your city
  • Color wheel for pixel buildings and trains so you can have them in any color you want
  • Lots of new decoration buildings for your enjoyment, like crashed ufo, ferris wheel, new parks, fences, parking lot, …

We added lots of new decoration buildings, this screenshot only shows a couple:



The new pixel buildings can be used to make any kind of shape ingame:





You can use the color wheel to customize pixel buildings, fences, and trains:



Performance Improvements

Improving the performance of the game has been one of the primary focuses of the Improvement Update. And I think we were quite successful: especially in large saves, your fps could increase by 50% or even 100%, depending on your city layout and city size.

  • Pathfinding Performance has been vastly improved, which is especially relevant for large saves
  • We removed one source of regular stutter (Visualization mode verification ran every 5 seconds)
  • No hanging when placing long roads, especially in large saves
  • Improved terraforming buildings performance

Bugfixes

  • When you place roads they are now built in the shape you expect
  • Fixed terrain decals below roads not being rendered correctly
  • Fixed green grass not appearing in grasslands and forests after terraforming
  • Fixed a bug where you could connect different types of pipes
  • "Road missing" icon no longer appears when a pipe is connected to a building
  • You can now exit move and delete mode with escape
  • The targeting station now has an animation
  • Fixed the price calculation when placing gondolas. Now dependent on distance
  • Fixed height and length of roads not being shown anymore

Even very long and steep roads are now built in the shape you expect them to be:

- The issue where the Icy Arrow (Verity) and Fire Torrent (Origin) Skill Runes cannot be transferred or grown will be fixed.

- The issue where the buff effect of the ‘Preemptive Strike’ Link Rune does not activate in some circumstances will be fixed.
- The issue where the buff effects of the ‘Preemptive Strike’ Link Rune that activate on hit also activate as DoT will be fixed.
