Added Invernal difficulty level for War of the Branches and Invernal Spiral game modes.
Added several new enemies and items to procedural modes.
Added a new node type to Invernal Spiral which allows you to add up to 5 abilities to your deck.
Improved deck editor search functionality for when keywords like “summon” were searched to not fully exclude non-summon abilities that had interactions around summons.
HP, Shield, and Attack additional abilities costs are now searchable in deck editor search text.
Added a new “Safe Mode” launch option which can be accessed by holding F8 when you first see the Splash Screen. This will launch into the game with minimal graphical settings.
Added a “Finish” button for Experience Vial / Ability Pack steps that will show up when the “Quick Mana Vial” option is enabled. Clicking the button will skip the display of all remaining vials and ability packs, but you will still receive them.
Optimized performance of several special effects.
All debuffs should now correctly be affected by Resist and Nullify traits.
Mage’s Omega Sigil should now work correctly on abilities which deal damage multiple times.
Fixed bug which had enemy name’s overflowing out of their card slot in certain languages.
Fixed bugged interaction between Mage’s Cyclone buff and Blade Storm abilities.
Fixed bug which would incorrectly clear offset of enemy’s combat hand cards when mousing over an ability which targeted them.
Dual Wield +2 now removes Guard traits from the defender on successful attack.
Shadow Emissary now also taps the enemy when you successfully defend with a Club, but no longer deals +1 damage if your attack hand contains a Club.
Mage’s Inevitable abilities can no longer be resisted.
Mage’s Flame Blade abilities now have combat damage also reduce Max HP instead of preventing healing. (Same goes for Rogue’s Acid Edge abilities)
Hunter’s Repeater trait now also grants Safe Attack.
Issue where a message will sometimes appear when logging in, stating that the player has unused Seasonal Points remaining from the previous Seasonal Event (Added on 5/10/2023 at 3:30 AM (PDT))

Things addressed during maintenance
Along with the scheduled maintenance, the expiration of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1-6, Material Storage, Personal Shop usage, PSO2 Personal Quarters usage, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 6 hours.
*The expiration for the above items expiring before the end of this scheduled maintenance has been extended by 6 hours from the original expiration.
Characters that completed the application for Ship Transfer before the beginning of the scheduled maintenance have been transferred.
*Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance are processed in the order that they are received. There is a limit to the number of transfers that can be performed during each maintenance, and if the maximum number of applications is reached, applications will be rolled over to the next scheduled maintenance.

When logging into PSO2 Blocks, each character’s location will be set to the Gate Area.
*Characters may be moved to the Bridge depending on their progress in the story.
*You can obtain the above item via the Receive Campaign Items option on the Visiphone in PSO2 Blocks or Receive Campaign Items in the System Menu in NGS Blocks.
*Rewards are distributed to the account, so please be mindful of which character you use to receive them.

Build Detail
The building progress visualization module has been installed for Residents which helps clarify status (and just looks cool).
Previous text display for the mission suffered some artifacts when rendered without high quality settings, and had issues with certain fonts and languages.
We redid all the text visualization to look crisp and clean at any quality or resolution (view the image below full size). We also implemented ways to share all the format and styles across the mission display such that we can change it in one spot and have everything update (e.g for user configurable text scaling and accessibility later).
Tech details ahead: Text previously was decent (msdf), but is now using the latest MTSDF form for best quality and scaling - if you're curious it looks like giant colorful blobs of letters before being shown!
A little more tech related details on "how to fix the muddy colors and make them look better" by fixing the tone mapping.
For a small bit of history, when I started this project I implemented it as a blank void where I played with environment lighting. The left hand side was the default exposure for the environment, the right side is the exposure turned all the way up. I thought it looked a lot nicer, and continued to add grass, and then a whole game...
Along the way I must have had trouble with the look and for some reason hardcoded an extra "undo that exposure please" into the global display outcome (not a good idea!). This was kinda ruining all the colors, squashing them.
Once I noticed it, I realized all the colors, color grading, and tone mapping were based around this invalid setup. That meant redoing the look from the bottom up, making sure all the colors come through as intended, and just LOOK at the difference ✨
It's not that the game looked bad, but when compared with the new one and what I had intended visually, you can see how flat and muddy it was in comparison.
Bonus points
With all the colors cleaned up, I also added a debanding pass which smooths out all the gradients and colors and makes everything really satisfying.
Hello, Captains. It’s time for another STF challenge. Loyalty is important and in this challenge you will be fiercely loyal to two contacts of your choice. How will you help them meet their goals? How will you crush their enemies and those who work against them?
As always there are a few requirements for this challenge, including for the first time in a Community Challenge a specific map seed to use for your playthrough. The requirements for this challenge are:
When you pick your two contacts to champion, Faen cannot be one of them.
Drive your reputation to -100 of lower with all other contacts. It may not be possible to fully meet this requirement due to faction politics, but the goal is to get all other contact reps as low as possible.
This specific map seed must be used: st-v02-28-12-95189000
Some ideas for what we’d love to see:
Screenshots of your chosen contacts, your reputation screens
Stories of how you built up your chosen contacts and the challenges of having (and making) so many people very angry at you
Your strategies for hitting the reputation requirements, choosing your particular contacts
Any other creative ways you want to share to tell us about the risks and rewards of being fiercely loyal: memes, interpretive dance, gifs, etc
No matter what you choose to share, please include one screenshot of your reputation screen showingn your chosen contacts and all of the people you've made very, very unhappy.

Earlier, I watched a video talking about how men are starved for physical touch, which kind of surprised me. I always just kind of assumed that guys didn't like that sort of thing. And then I read the comments and they were so sad! They said things like "the first flowers a man gets are at his funeral" and how some of these guys went years and years without getting hugs, handshakes, or compliments! D;
So, um... This is a bit awkward to ask, but, uh... Do any of you guys want a hug? Like, obviously I can't come over to your house and give you a hug in person right now, but I'd be up for virtual hugs. :3 Maybe?
