Fixed an issue in the tutorial where clicking or moving in any direction before pressing the continue button would deselect it without the possibility of continuing.
Welcome to Taiwan Night Market, the paradise for street food lovers! In this game, you play as an ambitious verdor trying to make a fortune by bidding on the best locations for your stalls and attract customers with your most delicious food. Can you outwit your competitors and be crowned the king of the night market vendors?
In Taiwan Night Market, every round you bid on the locations on the map and open stalls of 4 types of food and drink. If you can connect stalls of the same type together, they will earn you more!
Then, the customers will swamp in and buy the food they want at the first available stall they encounter. The locations are crucial for the traffic of customers, but bidding at the right amount is critical to win. At the end of the game, the player with the most money wins!
First of all, Steam Community Items are now available, so go and collect your cards, badges, emoticons and backgrounds!
Second of all, from today’s update, we introduce a new functionality - NPC navigation! As long as you’re no more than 60 meters from an NPC, his or her face will show up on your compass. Simply follow it to find the NPC. We hope this change improves your experience and makes exploration more fun, but as always, please feel free to leave feedback. Depending on your needs, navigation features will be further improved in the future.
The full patch notes are as follows:

Hey All! It's been some time since my last development news post, so just to keep all in the loop, development still going strong, I can also confirm that this game will have some pretty slick boss fights that are in development, and that the enemy roster has increased a great deal since the old demo. Eventually, there will be a new trailer dropping and a demo update together (some point later this year) so keep an eye out for that, all in all thanks for all the support so far! - KS
Long time no see! I'm here to announce a second part of the major update that about to be released in upcoming weeks. Let's roll!
First, the long awaited Third map is coming along with this update. And, as usual, the new map will feature a new entity that will stalk you. But fear not! By working together with your friends you can survive and make your runaway. A new map has it's own mystery, challenging puzzles and, of course, a creepy atmosphere, this and not only this you'll find out by your own really soon..
And that's not all! A new update will bring tonn of new features and Quality of Life fixes. A big focus has been made to interaction with items (more details in near future).
This week is announcement week, with a new feature planned for release in the minor update next week!
This week we have launched Steam login for our issue tracker. This is something that players have been asking for, ever since we launched our first issue tracker. This is something we continue to work on as we plan to continue and improve our support into the future.
Previously, the issue tracker didn't have a login, and players would just click the "report a bug" or "request a feature" buttons. They would then be asked to approve the creation their support account, where the username and password was just generated. This was super easy for players, but in the situation where you delete your settings file, change Windows user account, or reinstall Windows, your account would be lost.
With Steam sign-in, you don't need a Geometa account, and sign-in is handled by Steam. We don't see your Steam username or password, we only see your Steam account number which is just the number in the address of your public Steam profile webpage. This allows us to hold the least possible info about you, and still provide support.
This means you will be safe from losing access to your issue tracker account in the future. Signing in with Steam will also automatically connect to your existing Geometa issue tracker account so still have your current issues and comments.
This also means you can now login through the website rather than only through the game! We do need PC specs to reliably provide support, so you will need to login through the game for the first time. However, from then on, you can just login through your browser. This is a trial feature as this means that we don't get the info on what version of the game you have. We will see if this works, or if we need that info.
Steam sign-in also has the benefit to us for verifying game ownership! Stormworks piracy remains rare, but there have been occasions where we have spent hours and hours helping players solve their technical issues, only to discover the cause is a dodgy pirate exe file! Yeah, that's pretty frustrating when that happens...
We will continue hard at work on all the upcoming updates, and catch you next week!
