- Improvements: After finishing any stage with 0 lives, next stage will start with extra life.
- Improvements: Balanced overall difficulty settings and enemy behaviours.

- Fixed problem with wrong lives counter on boss fights
- Fixed problems with co-op mode finishers on lvl2 Boss
- Fixed problem with softlocks on Levels 2 and 4
- Fixed problem with Mutant Shop's items not displaying correctly after getting back to main level
- Fixed problems with abrupt screen cuts and camera movements on pre-boss sequences
- Fixed problem with Skinny's Walk animation loop on Karolina's cutscene
- Fixed problems with avatars and missing cigarette smoke graphics

A new Physical Exorcism game, Gathering 4 Fatal Stories, will be available in 2025!

[Introduction]
A horror mystery adventure game with ghost story elements. They say if three people gather at 4:00 AM on April 4th and finish telling three horror stories, a fourth participant—the evil spirit in the story—will appear. You attend such a gathering, but the initiator seems to be up to something...

This game is the sidequel to Case 03: True Cannibal Boy (scheduled for release in September 2023) and complements the story between Lily and Sally. However, the stories of the two games are independent of each other and can be enjoyed separately.
