Additionally, we are proud to announce Among Us VR has implemented the ToxMod tool by Modulate, a leader in the fight against toxic online behavior.

This tool allows us to increase our efforts in targeting toxic behaviors like racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexually explicit language, harassment, predatory grooming, and excessively loud audio (i.e. disruptive screaming — we know you hate that, and we do too!). This is all in an attempt to foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all beans to enjoy.

In case you missed it, our previous patch introduced the ability to customize your lobby settings — meaning ALL OF THE VARIETY! From the duration of cooldowns and meeting length to the strength of player vision and number of Impostors… there are now eighteen (18) adjustable setting options available to help you craft the PERFECT game of Among Us VR.

The Time of Awakening has arrived. Springtide Bloom calls its children to share an ancient secret capable of granting true freedom. Help the enigmatic Bloom Herald unravel the mysteries of the ethereal Wispybloom on April 26 through May 23 and collect Springtide's fertile bounty of event-specific rewards. Harvest with caution, as swarms of vile Wispy Wasps guard the blooms with fury!

Truth Seekers must be level 25 or higher to embark upon the quest for enlightenment. Springtide Villages are located in Monarch's Bluff, Everfall, Brightwood, and Weavers Fen.



"I hear them," she murmured. "They're calling."

Hashiki Kimani was alone deep within the forest, surround by the stillness of nature, and yet she tread with purpose, her attention fixated on some unheard sound. Distant gleeful laughter — Or was it singing? — filled her head.

“Yes, I am here!” she replied to the silence, arms open in embrace. “I am… home!”

She turned about, enraptured by sights only conjurable by the imagination, spinning atop the damp grass as if she were a lost child suddenly found. Lights twinkled in her eyes, like dancing fireflies, but no such light reflected back out into the night - only the pale glow of the silver moon illuminated her unescorted waltz.

“Thank you, thank you!” she cried, “Yes, I’ve longed to see you all, as well.”

Hashiki’s head turned as she spoke, her attention drawn to many directions at once. “Of course! …Oh? Truly? That’s wonderful news! When? …But that’s so sudden. So much has happened as of late. …Yes, I agree entirely. But will they be prepared in time? …Oh! I am honored beyond words. Yes, yes, however I can be of aid!”

She nodded attentively, absorbing all that she could, assuring with the utmost certainty her devotion to this most gratifying new mission that remained secret to all but herself.

“And yet to leave you so soon,” she sighed, then warmly knelt to the earth, her head bowed in dutiful reverence. There she remained, for many a moment, before rising suddenly, changed.

“I will inform the people of Aeternum,” said the Bloom Herald. “I will shepherd those who seek the Truth. I will assemble your Children of the Bloom. Of this and my love, you have my undying pledge.”

With long strides, she departed the forest and set for town. When dawn finally blossomed over the horizon, many locals and travelers bore witness to the salient Bloom Herald, decorated with otherworldly gifts from her beloved Folk, singing and chanting, "They're here! They've come!"

Craft Wispy Spritz, lure Wispy Wasps into their blast radius, and reap Wispy Wasp Goo in exchange for Springtide Tokens. Additional rewards can be earned through Springtide Centerpieces, Party Bags, Prismabloom Harvests, and the Event Shop as the infestation continues.



Every Settlement will feature an ornately decorated Springtide Centerpiece, surrounded by a pile of colorful gift baskets. Each Centerpiece can be looted once per day for the following rewards:

Diamond Gypsum

• Drop Rate: 100% (must be Level 60)
  
• Limit: 6 per day.

1-3 Wispy Spritz

• Drop Rate: 100%

25 Event Reputation

• Drop Rate: 100%

Players also have a chance to receive the following rewards:

1-5 additional Wispy Spritz

Located at the center of each Springtide Village is a pile of party bags ripe for the taking from all who celebrate this festive season!

Each Village Party Bag pile can be looted once per day. There are 4 Party Bag piles in the world. These reset at 5 AM local time. For example, if a player receives a fourth Springtide Token from the Party Bags at 4:58 AM, they’ll be able to get another at 5:01 AM.

Hello Escapists!

Coin Crew Games has been hard at work testing The Tournament of Puzzles update and putting the finishing touches on our second DLC, Escape Academy: Escape from the Past. We wanted to take a moment to share some updates with everyone!


First off we wanted to thank everyone who partook in our Steam Playtest of The Tournament of Puzzles earlier this year. The feedback was immensely insightful and we were thrilled with the results and everyone’s thoughts. After ingesting feedback from the Steam Playtest, we made the decision to re-center the experience on PvP play. The dev team is in the process of building out new mechanics that lean into player on player interactions and maximize the frantic nature of trying to solve puzzles faster than your opponent.



As a result, The Tournament of Puzzles is going to be coming out later than we’d originally hoped. We are now targeting a Q4 2023 release across all platforms. But there IS good news as well, which is that we’re going to be running more tests in order to build an experience that we’re all happy with! We want your involvement to yield an update we’re all proud of and one that you’ll have a hard time putting down. Keep your eyes peeled for more Steam Playtests and take a look at this Digital Trends article to gain some more insight into our new design direction.


We’d also like to take a moment to share our biggest learning from releasing our first DLC last fall: Escape from Anti-Escape Island released in a buggier state than we were happy with, and you all rightfully gave us that feedback. For Escape from the Past, we’ve spent extra polish and QA time to make for as smooth and frustration free of an experience as possible. This is also a part of the reason we’ve decided to give The Tournament of Puzzles more time in the oven. Not only do we want the design to wow everyone and fuel all sorts of puzzle rivalries, we want it to be a smooth, bug free experience.

Speaking of our upcoming DLC…


For those of you who caught the Nintendo Indie World stream this morning and watched our full Nintendo Switch, Complete Edition, Trailer you may have noticed some brand new footage from our upcoming DLC, Escape Academy: Escape from the Past. This DLC is included in the Season Pass and will be released late Spring 2023!



Escape from the Past, is a prequel that puts players in control of familiar faces Sandra Solange and Eel Barnes as they begin their journey from Academy students to the unstoppable team of master Escapists we meet in Escape Academy.

After an “accident” at an Academy sporting event, Headmaster Horatio Windsor believes that SOMEONE at the school wants him dead. He enlists Sandra and Eel to go undercover in order to investigate each of the suspected faculty members. As the "accidents" keep piling up, players must successfully navigate (and survive!) five, all new rooms while piecing together clues spread across each in order to deduce who the killer is. It's an Escape Academy whodunnit!

I have decided to no longer work on this game.
What was meant to be a small update to my older game grew to be quite an undertaking.

The game is in a playable state, but I'm just not satisfied with it - and for that to change, I would have to work longer than I can allow myself at this point.

So I had to make this decision. A little sad, but that happens, I guess.
I am planning to de-list the game soon.

We know from your feedback that the drawer puzzle in A Little to the Left is your clear favourite and so we thought it only right that we should give you more of what you love, but with some extra-satisfying twists! We’re incredibly pleased to announce that our first DLC pack, A Little to the Left: Cupboards & Drawers, will be available on both PC, Mac, and Nintendo Switch in June.



Inspired by the game’s most popular puzzles, this upcoming DLC unpacks 25 new assortments to thwart. We’ve heightened the complexity, but not the difficulty, by introducing tactile layers such as operable drawers and hidden compartments nestled deep within puzzles.

A Little to the Left: Cupboards & Drawers is stuffed to the brim with disordered hoards and closet deposits. You must pit your wits against bits, bobs, knick-knacks, sundries, odds, and ends across an advanced selection of multi-layered puzzles teeming with hidden compartments and other new interactive elements.



We’ll be announcing the release date soon, but for now, we hope you enjoy our little announcement trailer.
