On April 12th, 1961 a new era in humanity’s quest for the skies began: for the first time in history a manned craft orbited the Earth. Yuri Gagarin became a legend, and to commemorate his heroic flight, April 12th was declared the Day of Aviation and Cosmonautics. Celebrate it with us in War Thunder!

From April 12th (11:00 GMT) until April 17th (07:00 GMT)

Play 3 battles using USSR aircraft (rank III or higher, with an activity of not less than 70%) to receive the “Space exploration” decal.

Complete the task in random battles, except for Enduring Confrontation missions and [Assault] mode. Track your progress in the hangar by clicking Nickname → Achievements → Holidays → Day of Aviation and Cosmonautics.

You can find the decal in the “Holidays” tab in the Customisation menu.

Today, during the technical work, the following changes were made to the game:

  • Fixed markers in some tasks of the "Might of the Forgotten" event
  • Fixed work of the second wind amulet.
  • Fixed the Lizard mount model.
  • Fixed the impact of the end of the siege on being in the bottomless dungeon.
  • Loot picker pet animations have been fixed.
  • An alchemical cauldron has appeared in the bottomless dungeons.

Word Attack - bsagames
Added new escape boards which contains new rotating blocks. The rotation is within a 2x2 area and the block fills 2 of these cells. Dragging the block to the left or right rotates the block rather than moves it (presuming there is free space for the block to move into).

Other changes in this update
- Shrank the default font size in the UI, increased the vertical size of UI components and enabled wrapping of text within UI components. This increases the amount of text that can be seen, which improves the ability to handle translations into other languages.
- Changed most of the single player games (except the Battle-Board game) to return to their setup screens when the game round ends. This undoes a previous change made when I decided that it would be better to go back to the menu rather than the setup screens when navigating the workshop/designer screens. I still think that under that branch of the menus the navigation works better that way, so that navigation stays the same.
- Fixed a timer issue where by if the timer had not run out at the end of certain games, it would continue to run down to 0, and if you were waiting to start a new game round then that round would end before it had started (if you started a new round before the timer had reached 0 then the timer would already have reset and the game would run as expected).
- New music (used in the slide game).

We are really blown away by the number of you folks that played our Dr. Fetus' Mean Meat Machine demo! As well as by the massive amount of feedback - thank you so much for that! ❤️

You also brought up a number of issues in the demo, and we are working on fixing those at the moment. We recently updated the demo build, and that's the fixes/additions/improvements that come with the update:

  • Fixed endless chains bug
  • Added 180° rotation when stuck between two columns
  • Better distinguishable preview icons
  • Chains now resolve after finishing a level
  • Updated missile FX
  • Updated breakaway tiles FX
  • Additional minor fixes and tweaks

Astral Ascent - Xsoul
Time flies! That's right, we released Astral Ascent exactly 365 days ago! So, as Kiran says, it's our One Year Anniversary! 🎉



Yes, Kiran & Ayla will have an introduction cinematic as we did for Octave & Calie!

First thing first, I would really like to fully appreciate how much the game changed since April 12 2022, the amount of changes is really big including -
  • 2 new worlds
  • 2 new playable heroes
  • Many new rooms
  • Major reworks like Auras' one
  • Countless iterations and polish all around
All these changes contributed making the game much better than it used to be and, honestly, much better than what we imagined! We hope it's better thanks to all the great feedback we receive daily but also because everyone in the team is having so much fun playing Astral Ascent.

All the updates we made improved the game and even if we initially announced a final release to be Q3-Q4 2023, we think we should aim a Q1 2024 final release in order to have enough time to properly polish every elements.

We hope you will understand this change of plans but be sure that this is for the best of the game. Whole team is working their absolutely best to deliver the best possible game but we are a small team and we do not want to compromise game's quality or push ourselves too hard to release later this year.

This is actually great news because it will allow us to improve everything you are waiting for and even more. So, what is next?

Next month - May 15 - we will be releasing an update including -
  • Rework of Sun Room - you will be able to change your spells affinity there now
  • Re-balancing of spells and new Perks
  • Bug Fixing
  • Elite modifiers polish
  • Red Fight Rooms - a new type of challenges during runs
  • Oloon will have one more category and many new colors for better customisation




Then the next month - end of June - we will be releasing a major Update, this one will be focused on NG+ and Zim-Zim experience.

We do not want to spoil too much but Zim-Zim should have a second version where you will be able to pay new upgrades with Destiny Fragments so farming NG+ will now have a purpose and you will also become stronger by farming NG+.

Each level of NG+ will now be unlocked by completing the previous one instead of having to collect enough Destiny fragments and we will change NG+ structure, levels and elements.

We have many more things planned but we prefer not giving a too precise roadmap and being able to adjust things if needed but you will have an update every 1.5 months approximatively. And we also have really exciting plans for post 1.0 Updates!

Tropico 6 - Freeky
Update 20 – Hotfix #1

With Hotfix 1 on Steam, Microsoft Store (and other PC platforms), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, we have now fixed some issues occurring with Update 20 in Tropico 6, such as all Tropicans turning male when loading a savegame after Update 20.
We are also still working on the other reported issues.

Please stay tuned.

  • Fixed an issue, where all citizens became male after loading the game.
    (Please note: Savegames which are affected by this issue cannot be restored to their original state and will start with an all-male population. However, women will be able to immigrate to Tropico again. Newly created savegames as well as older ones from before Update 20 are not affected, so please use an old savegame or start a new one.)
  • Fixed an issue, where special citizens disappeared in the Almanac and criminal roles became hidden after loading the game.
  • Added sound when selecting the Eternal Flame.
  • [Festival] Fixed the “Customer Service” edict sometimes not being applied correctly.
  • [Lobbyistico] Fixed a quest that did not accept the Eternal Flame as objective.

Bramble: The Mountain King is home to a wide array of creatures. Whilst some may be friendly, others are not - be careful who you trust as you journey to save your sister Lillemor.

Talk of Trolls in Norse mythology can be tracked back all the way to the 13th century. These evil creatures feature heavily throughout Scandinavian folklore and stories - the development team on Bramble: The Mountain King drew heavily on these when designing the Trolls in the game.
