Hello everyone, thank you all for being so patient waiting for the Dungeon Experience! I wanted to let you all know I'm not dead and still working super hard on the game. On Steam I may seem non-existent, but most of my goblin like qualities can be found on Twitter. I also wanted to say to people still waiting for release since the very beginning, I really appreciate it so much, truly.
This week we just hit a HUGE milestone and have the games grey box done (basically a solid draft) of the whole game playable from start to finish. Me and the team have been going goblin mode chasing this milestone for awhile so its pretty exciting to see the game in all its glory and can really see how awesome it is shaping up. We're getting a small group of testers starting soon to look me dead in the eyes and tell me my poop jokes could be better.
Some of you may be like "hey Jacob, I've had like 10 children since you first announced this, why isn't it done" That is true the game went through a lot of iterations and reworks before we landed on something good. 3D was also a bigger hurdle than I expected vs my original 2D point and click adventure (Paradigm). However the momentum we have now though has been amazing, especially since our new programmer came on board a little while back so I can focus much more on the said poop jokes and not coding. Soon we're bringing some more contractors on board, so it's really exciting to see how it's shaping up. I also hope you named your 10 children all Jacob.

Episode 2 is now in production! I am currently coding the scenes while enquiries are going on about Render Farms. Hopefully by the time I have coded a good chunk of them, I’ll have a render farm sorted (using current game sales revenue) and be able to push out content much faster!
It's so exciting to be working on some NEW content. The past month has been spent testing existing content, developing screens, points systems etc. It feels very refreshing, and I am extremely excited to be pushing on with the more interesting and creative part of game development!
The game is coming along great, but we need your help in improving "The Guestlist". We have decided to launch a beta to receive some feedbacks on the game.
We are still doing some finishing touches on the beta, and it will take place around May 2023, for the span of one week. In the beta, you get to play a small portion of the game, kind of like a demo.
There won't be any major story spoilers and it will take place in the middle section of the game.

Apologies to everyone, during March and April, my development was focused on exploring new art styles, so the updates were delayed. In this update, there is a significant change to the upgrade system again. I have removed random stat upgrades and repeatable upgrades, and added 41 new upgrades, including 25 stat upgrades. Here is the playtest v9 changelog. I don't have enough time to translate it at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience!
