Hiya guys,

A quick hotfix to address an issue introduced in the 0.1.6 release which would cause the game to crash on launch for some users when a gamepad was detected. Thank you to everyone who reported the issue on the forums/discord and for Mondseele for testing it with me.

CHOMPY
Hey Kaiju fans, this is just a short update to keep you all in the loop. We’re super hard at work on the Kaiju Fight right now. In fact we’re so dialed in, we sometimes forget to do updates (our bad, we know). We’re working on the structure of the fight (timing and flow, that kind of thing) and we think we’re on the right track. Stormcaller here will have a few different attack modes. One of which is a big old chomp attack seen here.



SPARKY
Another little thing we wanted to show off is some of the little touches we’re adding. Stormcaller here wields the power of lightning so we think it’s important for us to start nailing down some of the vfx you’ll be seeing in game. Here’s a sample of our recent work in that area

Hush Hush - Only Your Love Can Save Them - Sad Panda Studios
Hello everyone!

We hope you're having a great weekend so far! We have quite a few small quality of life improvements coming into the Hush Hush build today.

  • Fixed inconsistency with character sprites during Elle Date 5
  • Fixed an incorrect voiceover line in Cassie Date 4
  • Artist Panda re-recorded a line of dialogue in Mio's Intro
  • Added support for escape and arrow keys to interact with many of the in-game popups (escape will close windows, left/right will navigate pages left/right)
  • Added padding to the achievements page to fix a visual glitch when controller support is enabled
  • Smoothed out animating of the affection bar if you mouse back over it while it is closing
  • Addressed a few places where ultra-wide aspect ratio monitors made the game behave odd, including the bottom navigation bar and scene that had a parallax effect (such as the beach during Iro's Intro)

Hello Again Hockey Fans!

Like to start off by thanking again those of you that already have the game and I am working hard to get it completed! The big challenge again is getting the game in front of my audience to show them that yes there is a game that's just like some old 8-Bit titles but actually plays like hockey haha! So always working on that, a little bit of success with advertising, but still not where I want to be but also I am working on the game to finish it so I can't exactly devote all the time I have to making the game known anyway Alas... Let's get some updates going!

Gameplay Update 0.79

Gameplay Changes
-Adjusted Collisions
-Smoother, Responsive, Skating.
-Puck Physics adjusted
-Default Rules are now set to no Icing and no penalties (can still be enabled in the options menu)
-Goalies Pass More!

Sounds and Aesthetic Changes
-New Sound FX added for Shooting, Poke Check, Passing, Board impacts. Also a new menu song!
-Graphic changes to Main menu and Title Screen.
-Music will now shuffle in menus.

Work Progress Update!

Franchise Mode:
GOODNESS IMPLEMENTING THIS IS QUITE THE WORKLOAD. But hey, I'm working on it! Right now, the Draft stuff is working, the Challenge aspect is working, The Rink Schedule Generator seems to be working haha. Doing a lot of work with all the data that's going into the mode. There is going to be at least 300 players in the Franchise Mode along with some special characters, special teams, and all that good stuff.

Achievements:
I expect to complete Arcade and Exhibition Mode Acheivements by the end of April.

Gameplay implementations
-I will probably be adding on to the AI here soon, for more plays, and awareness.
-Imminent Goalie Control change after spending some time as Goalie ingame.
-Arcade Mode will be updated here soon, going to add some things.

We have released a new version of Kirac's Vault Pass! This league's pass can be purchased with points, and for the first time, has a free track available. Its premium track contains a new exclusive armour set and some mystery boxes, rather than unique item skins.

Get yours now by pressing M to open the store in-game!



Free Track
The free track of Kirac's Vault rewards you with items such as Scouting Reports, Scarabs, Sextants and Breachstones for completing bonus objectives of maps in Path of Exile's endgame. You can complete it once in each Crucible league you play, such as Crucible or Hardcore Crucible. The free track does not grant items in Ruthless modes.

You'll earn your first reward upon entering the Karui Shores, after defeating Kitava. You'll earn additional rewards by completing sets of map bonus objectives while exploring your Atlas. If you complete the bonus objectives of all 115 maps, you'll have earned all available rewards!

Exclusive Microtransactions
Purchase your premium pass and complete Atlas objectives to earn mystery boxes and the exclusive Igneous Emperor Armour Set. This armour set is purely cosmetic and does not affect your character's power or progression.



Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase the Pass and track my progress through it?
On the Atlas screen, there's a new Kirac's Vault Pass icon at the top left. Clicking that will let you buy the pass, see the rewards and travel to Kirac's Vault.


How do I claim my rewards?
The Pass has a progress bar that tracks how many bonus objectives of maps on the atlas you have completed. Once you have unlocked a reward, you can click a button on the Pass screen to travel directly to Kirac's Vault, where a chamber containing that reward will unlock for you to claim.

Once claimed, items are dropped on the ground, while the cosmetics are stored in your microtransaction stash, alongside your existing microtransactions.


Is the Premium Pass still good value?
You're now able to buy it using 300 points, rather than $30 cash. Note that spending $30 on a supporter pack gets you 300 points, so for the same cost of the Kirac's Vault Pass, you're now able to receive an entire supporter pack as well as the Kirac's Vault Pass and its contents.


Do I get anything right away for buying the Pass?
Yes. The first reward is available to claim as soon as you purchase the Pass, providing you are able to access the Karui Shores (at the end of the campaign) in order to enter Kirac's Vault.


Is this pay-to-win in any way?
No. Access to Kirac's Vault and its cosmetic skins offer no gameplay advantage over other players. Items from the free track are available to all players regardless of what they've paid.


Do I need to have bought the Pass before I complete my Atlas? Is there a penalty for just waiting until near the end of the league and buying it then?
No. The Pass costs the same amount regardless of how many objectives you have already completed, and the relevant rewards will unlock instantly if you buy the Pass after completing objectives. There's no penalty for delaying your purchase until later in the league, though you'll need to purchase it before the league ends.


Can I pay more money to unlock rewards that I have not been able to unlock through gameplay?
You can't pay to unlock rewards (other than the first one, which comes with the Pass). Everyone you see with one of the exclusive skins from Kirac's Vault will have completed the bonus objectives required to earn it.


Is the Pass available for Standard players?
No. At this stage it is only available to players in the current challenge league because many Standard players can instantly unlock their whole Atlas by completing a single map.


Will I have access to my exclusive skins in Standard or future leagues?
Yes. Any cosmetics earned during this league will be available account-wide and can be equipped to any character you make in any league.


Are the Pass or its cosmetic skins available after this league ends?
No. The Pass can only be purchased during this league and its cosmetic skins are exclusive to this Pass. They will not be available again. If you want to have them in your collection forever, you must purchase the Pass this league and complete the objectives for any skins that you want.


What happens if I'm playing in multiple Crucible leagues? Which league does the Pass track progress from?
The pass tracks your highest Atlas progress from any Crucible league you are playing in (including private leagues based on Crucible).

We’ve been listening to all of your thoughtful feedback, tuning into your live streams, and crunching the numbers, and we’re about to push out a balance and bugfix patch.

During these tests the development team is greeted every morning with the play metrics from the previous day. Tests like this are how we figure out what is broken, what is fun, and what could be fun (or more fun) if we made some tweaks.

Big changes this patch include a Europa tweak that should rein her in early in the match, while still letting her scale into a menace as Spell Power items come online. We’ve also poked and pulled at Bleed strats that were becoming a bit too dominant. And while we know Cage is counterable – especially at higher ranks – his Slam Dunk was a little overtuned.

Those balance changes and more, plus bug fixes, art and UX improvements, all going live right now. The game client will prompt you to restart and patch before your next match.

We'll continue to listen to feedback and look at data throughout the entire test to maximize learnings and ensure the game continues to be fun and doesn’t get stale. Thank you for playing so many games! Let us know what you think in the #game-feedback forum. We’ll see you in ranked queue!

Art AI Compass: Prompt Randomizer & Manager - AktOn1
I was finally able to make a new update, it's a bit rough around the edges but i'm sure you'll like it. It should take over all you word themes and settings without problems, but just in case before updating, in you Steam library go to AI Art compass > manage > local folder and make a copy.
The beta password is magneticfield.
