Here's a new version of this level that already had a couple of major revisions before. Hoping this will be the definitive one.
A bit of background: Tortuga was very open and lineal, quite different from some of our classic maps. While variation is welcomed sometimes, in this particular case I think most players didn't appreciate its unique layout and features. So here's a version more in line with what you would expect from a Fistful of Frags map: more connections, escape routes, tight gameplay and controlled line of sight.

Version 0.5.1 brings some large balance and game adjustments. The list might not seem very long but these are important changes that adjust the feel and pace of the game, especially at higher levels.
One major game change is that building upgrades are mostly no longer building level gated, allowing you access to more hero job classes from the start of the game. However buildings now cost more Crystal so you'll have to choose your upgrade path more carefully.
Overall this will make the game slightly harder - you'll find yourself short of gold more often and equipment is a less powerful. However this also fixes the quality of equipment found, so you should no longer be finding chests full of wooden bracelets in higher level dungeons.
Balancing will continue, there's still magic vs. melee adjustments required as well as overall economy balance.
Here's the full list of changes:
Change cost of building upgrades, especially crystal
Reduce or remove building level requirement for most additions
Tune item loot drops to be more powerful, less accessories
Fix issue with items not properly selecting materials by quality
Adjust the ATK/DEF of higher quality items
Hide prices for fully upgraded building
Reduce gold found in chests, especially at higher levels

UH-1H
Development Report
New engine modelling methods have been in progress during development of the Mi-24P and AH-64D modules. The new UH-1H engine model was in many ways a test bed for the methods we then used in the AH-64D engines model. We’ve been gathering feedback about DCS: UH-1H over the years and thanks to our forum users; Piston85, Ramsay and others, we have pinpointed changes we would work on during the new engine model development. Now we are finishing the deployment of the new engine model to UH-1H and are eager to let you try it. Please make sure to give us your feedback.
The new model represents fine tuning and here are some points about why we were working on it:
Some of the old engine model parameters did not match with their real counterpart, especially in transient regimes.
We wanted to improve temperature regimes compliance to match the real world counterpart, like EGT for example and other engine parameters changing, depending on altitude and outside temperature changes.
We wanted to model some of the mechanics better, for instance a new model has allowed us to expand states for connection of the free turbine and main rotor.
The new model allowed us to improve details of start-up and shutdown procedures, because of expanded modelling of compressors and free turbine.

The image shows that we are now accurately modelling auto-rotation situation readings on the tachometer. The real aircraft dial is on the left and the DCS: UH-1H Huey dial on the right.
