The Creative Mode is a separate game mode (in addition to Sandbox and Campaign) that is only available in singleplayer
For this mode, several existing rules were changed or removed, allowing players to build freely without having to worry about workforce, construction costs or money
It also allows the placement of unlimited numbers of ornamental monuments, as well as e.g. hotels in the New World or Enbesa

Allows to create and save “Stamps” from existing buildings and blueprints
The Stamps are available in all local savegames and the files can be manually shared with other players

Between Horizons is a 2.5D pixel art detective adventure which puts you in control of a passenger aboard a massive spaceship known as the Zephyr. This brief demo will give you an opportunity to experience the enriching atmosphere of the Zephyr as a member of the ship's middle generation, a crew tasked with ensuring that the ship will reach its destination, but will tragically not live to see it reach there. This taste of gameplay is just the tip of the iceberg of a grand conspiracy that threatens to derail the flight of the Zephyr, and doom its crew.

This project has grown a lot since the initial steps were taken to make a "Marble run editor" that my son and I could play together.
Mod support, virtual reality and "first-person" (actually third person) racing are some of the features I hope will make this something that can be enjoyed for a long time.
To get you started, I've put together a playlist with videos on Youtube (Don't worry! Most are less than 30s). They go through camera controls and basic editing.

Sadly, I had to make a late decision to not release the Mac version. I don't have access to a Mac myself, and the test reports were inconclusive (some reported errors). It is still my intention to release it, I just need to see what, if anything, needs to be done first. Hopefully it won't take too long.
I'm planning on doing one or two more releases the coming weeks, with inevitable bug fixes, some additional polish and maybe even more sections. If you have requests for more building pieces, let me know and I'll try to add them in the upcoming releases!
In January and February, we held two closed playtests. We found out that people like our game, which motivates us to continue working and improving the project. Today, we want to share our upcoming plans.
For a long time, we thought about the pros and cons of the Battle Royale mode. It provides a storm of emotions during gameplay. At every moment, you're on the edge of losing, your adrenaline is pumping, and it's really great. And it works really well in games like PUBG and Fortnite, where you play in one big continuous session. However, in the case of a game like Chop Chop Guys, where the session consists of several alternating rounds, it's very frustrating to lose on a map that you don't like, even though you could show everyone how good you are on the next maps. But even that's not the most important thing. Battle Royale has a huge problem when you want to play with your friends. After all, the only thing better than multiplayer is multiplayer with friends. And you want to play with your friends from start to finish. That's why we decided to make another game mode!
We've already been experimenting with the new mode for a couple of weeks, and we'll be ready to show it at the next closed testing (playtest). We're still deciding when we can show it. Maybe in April, maybe in May, at the same time as the launch of the multiplayer version (spoiler!).
The essence of this mode is quite simple: you earn points for playing in one round. Whoever finishes first gets more points for "race" maps, and vice versa, whoever drops out earlier gets fewer points for "survival" maps. Whoever scores the most points over four rounds wins. Right now, we're testing this with 12 players in one session, and it's playing great. We hope you'll like it too!

Sentinel Alliance HQ
The world of Lost Region is about to get a lot bigger. As we announced earlier, we would revisit the old levels, and the time has come, with a special focus on the airport, which was the Sentinel Alliance HQ base. The airport has been transformed into a small military city, complete with traders, auctions, and a lot of guards to keep the peace. The base will be a hub of activity where players can trade, restock supplies, and pick up new missions. Players can also expect to find unique weapons being traded by Sentinel Alliance traders. These weapons will be available only to those who have earned a good reputation with the faction. Additionally, players will need to earn the trust of the faction to access certain areas of the base. The base is sprawling, with buildings and structures that range from sleek and modern to rusty and worn. The airport has a unique history, having been deconstructed for civilian and military needs. This history is reflected in the base's layout, with plenty of aircraft parts and other salvaged materials repurposed for military use. We don't recommend to storm the base, it would end badly.
Minor factions
The map is primarily controlled by the two major factions, Sentinel Alliance and Cobra, players will now have the opportunity to improve their reputation with smaller groups. Improving your reputation with minor factions will unlock new items and weapons to buy, as well as new perks. This will allow players to customize their gameplay experience and choose the faction that best aligns with their play style. Minor factions will be a source of new missions and will be integrated into the larger faction ecosystem of Lost Region. Players will have to make choices about which factions they support, as improving their reputation with one may slightly improve or decrease their reputation with the major factions, depending on their allegiance. Minor factions won't be able to control key points of the map like the major factions, they will be able to make life better or worse for those factions. This creates a dynamic and ever-changing environment where players will have to adapt to shifting alliances and power struggles.
