🪐Reduced victory point requirements for the number of techs researched (Novice/Adept/Veteran Researcher). This should help with situations where a victory point cannot be achieved because too many techs were scrapped.

This update includes bug fixes for "Battle Charge," a medieval RPG game currently in development. The update specifically addresses issues related to shield blocking, death animation, audio, shield commands, slope climbing, state transitions, and NPC movement.
Changes
The following changes have been made:
Fixed a bug with shield blocking that caused the player to still be able to block attacks after releasing the shield.
Fixed a bug with NPC death animation that caused some NPCs to stay standing instead of playing the correct animation.
Fixed an audio bug related to the "follow" command that caused repeated, fast audio loops.
Fixed a bug related to shield commands that caused the "shields up" command to work on enemy armies even when the player was dead.
Fixed a slope climbing bug that allowed NPCs to climb up steep inclines and on top of each other.
Fixed a bug related to the "follow me" command that caused the player army to loop between idle and chase states.
Fixed a bug related to state transitions that caused NPCs to get stuck and/or transition between idle and moving states.
Fixed a jitter bug related to NPC movement that caused NPCs to jitter when moving towards a target.
Impact
These fixes will improve the overall gameplay experience and ensure that the game is functioning as intended for players. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to work on "Battle Charge."
