While we let him settle down after all this excitement, let's check out our new trailer showcasing more from the game, a new awesome track and more fusions teased.

The stream will last about 2 hours and will pick up directly where the previous stream left off. If you missed the previous stream, the VOD is up on our YouTube channel here!
Do take note of Daylight Savings/Summer Time! If you are outside Europe, the stream will begin 1 hour earlier than usual.
Bonus: Solve this riddle to find out the topic of the next dev diary!
"I am a universal language, understood by everyone. What am I?"
Answer will be revealed upon release of the dev diary!
"Oh, don't be headed THERE, if ye value yer LIFE!" The old man in the shadowy corner of the bar piped up suddenly, "That place be under the ghostly sway of ORION'S CURSE!" He gave an unsettling grin, showing missing teeth, some of which had been replaced with electrum.
Ezichi “Apogee” Razzaq paused mid-sentence. She’d been having a quiet conversation with Ordinal, about to shoot down their new harebrained idea. She turned, leaning around, to give the old man a bemused look. Apogee was about to give him a piece of her mind but he continued loudly.
"The whole place, ye see, is alive, rather, it's risen from the DEAD! And it DON’T want no visitors!" The old man laughed a small, hacking, coughing laugh. Despite themselves, the two pilots found their hearts chilled.
We hope you enjoyed last week’s introduction to Drazhoath the Ashen from our upcoming Forge of Chaos Dwarfs DLC for Total War: WARHAMMER III. This week we talk about our third and final (and definitely cruellest) Legendary Lord: Zhatan the Black!
Zhatan the Black, the Commander of the Tower of Zharr, is a servant to Ghorth the Cruel, providing bountiful labour and sacrifice. But don’t let that distract you from his own propensity for unending violence and suffering.
Zhatan’s high weaponry demand means the workshops can barely keep up with his bloody expeditions. There is method in his madness, however – for the fiercest fires forge the hardest steel...
As a melee-first Lord, Zhatan can smash bones to bits on foot, soar through the skies mounted atop a Lammasu, scorch the lands from a Great Taurus or pin prospective new labourers with his Sadistic Snare net. Alternatively he can utilise an intensifying aura of Boundless Cruelty to strike fear into the hearts of those who oppose him. After all, the only thing louder than the screams of his broken foes is Zhatan's gloating laughter.
Armed with The Obsidian Axe, the Armour of Gazrakh and the Chaos Rune Shield to enhance his combat abilities yet further, Zhatan is one cruel customer.
Now it's time to see how Zhatan's Warhost of Zharr handle things on the battlefield!
Expect lots of fire, lots of factories and lots of very unfortunate skeletons... 💀
And that’s a wrap on our trilogy of introductions to the Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs campaign pack!
We’ll of course have a full suite of patch notes dropping alongside Update 3.0 and Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs, as well as another maddening surprise or two to go with it. Keep a close eye on all our official channels for further details, and we’ll see you on the battlefield!
Looks like REMORE: INFESTED KINGDOM is off to a great start! We want to thank you, our followers, for your continued support and we hope to be fully funded by the end of our Kickstarter Campaign so we can bring life to our REMORE: INFESTED KINGDOM!
Please continue supporting us and please help Back and Share our Kickstarter!
Penny Larceny: Gig Economy Supervillain - Fiction Factory Games
Welcome back to the Penny Larceny: Gig Economy Supervillain developer's blog. As promised, each Wednesday you'll get more lore and more game details straight from Fiction Factory Games.
Last week, we introduced you to Crimr, the villainous matchmaking service sponsored by the infamous King in Yellow. And lore is fun, but let's talk about how it actually works in-game.
Your goal is to pull off criminal capers for three different bosses: The Overmistress, HATE-4000, and Doctor Mayhem.
Each boss wants different things. Doctor Mayhem and The Overmistress may want you to rob a bank, but HATE-4000 is an anticapitalist computing machine and doesn't care about money. HATE-4000 and Doctor Mayhem may take an interest in stealing from a cryptocurrency techbro, but the Overmistress cares not for such things. And all three of them might be up for stealing a shrink ray, for their own reasons...
Across the eight available capers, you'll mix and match to run the jobs your boss desires most. You can do capers in any order, and different bosses have different angles on each caper, so every playthrough can be quite unique.
The more capers you run for a boss, the more loyalty you show them -- and the better your romantic relationship, should you choose to pursue one. (You don't have to. If you want to play it cool and professional, or prefer to stay friendly, you won't miss out on anything.) Each time you take on a caper for a boss, you dig deeper into their storyline, learning more about them.
Once you've finished three capers, the game is over! Thanks for playing!
...okay, no, that's a fib. Once you finish three capers, you enter an endgame caper which closes out your story. Which endgame you get depends on your loyalty to the three bosses. Did you stick by your favorite? Did you spread yourself out across all three? Did you meet someone interesting while out in the field, and want to switch focus to them? There are five different endgames you can reach, depending on your decisions, with other variations within each!
And once you finish your endgame caper, the game is over! Thanks for playing!
...mmmmmokay that's actually a bit of a fib as well. See, once you clear your first timeline... why not start a new timeline, and see what else you can find? The gigaverse is vast; I wonder what happens if you clear all of its timelines. I wonder if that might lead to something interesting...
I wonder if you can cheat the future.
Guess we'll have to wait and see. It's only a matter of time.
Thea, the legendary Speedster, has entered the Grand Tournament! You’ll usually find Thea kicking Asgard with herBattle Boots & Rocket Lance in Thundergard Stadium. She’s second to none in Brawlball, Dodgebomb, and all of Valhalla’s Eternal Sports tournaments.
Though her story was lost to ancient history, Theaklydea of Athens, the daughter of Medea, was sent by Zeus on an epic quest to retrieve the Winged Helm of Hermes from the fortress of Asgard. Once she arrived, she found she enjoyed the spirited competition in Valhalla, and made it her home away from home. Thea’s debut makes her the 58th Legend to permanently join the roster.
Patch 7.06 is also stacked with other exciting new additions like a new Volleybrawl Game Mode, Boomerang Gadget available in Experimental & Test Features, and several Game Improvements & Bug Fixes.

“Once Thea began winning in the Grand Tournament, a new world of possibility opened to her – endorsements. She single-handedly invented sports marketing in Asgard, and watched in delight as her Eternal Sports empire grew... At this point she's so rich she could probably just buy the Hermes' Helmet back from Odin, but she's staying around to win it back instead. She doesn't miss her life with the other Olympians. This crowd is so much livelier...and weirder.”
Thea sprints in with 3 new Skins:
Gorgon Thea – “Hope you brought a shield!” Bonus: Snakes react along with Thea.
Gridrunner Thea – “The goggles keep the bugs out.”
Mach 25 Thea – “If you're not first... well obviously you're not first if you're racing me!”
Thea also brings new swag into Mallhalla:
Eternal Pottery Avatar – “Legend says that the Olympian gods were ahead of the game.”
Thea BRB Emoji Skin – “Olympus is calling, be right back!”
For those who missed Thea’s Eternal Sports Avatar giveaway last patch, it is now available to purchase in Mallhalla!

We’ve added new experimental features! As revealed across our social media in the past weeks, we’re adding a new Gadget into the world of Brawlhalla – the Boomerang! This nimble Gadget hits anyone in its way when thrown, and while homing back to its thrower. We’re also testing a new short-hop accessibility feature that aims to reduce the barrier-of-entry to the advanced “fastfall” mechanic. See below for full details!
New Gadget: Boomerang
Available to try with Test Features on, in the Experimental queue, or practice with it in Training mode.
This Gadget flies in a large arc when thrown, homes back to its thrower, and hits anyone in its way.
The first gadget to travel through opponents!
Short-hop Accessibility
Designed to reduce the barrier-of-entry to an advanced (but often essential) game mechanic.
It allows you to more easily be able to fastfall after a jump by allowing the 'Down' input to be held any time after the jump. When the minimum height threshold for fastfall is reached after jumping, you will begin fastfalling at a near-optimal time without having to wait for the minimum height threshold before pressing 'Down'.
More optimal timing can still be achieved by short-hopping the old fashioned way – by waiting for the minimum height threshold before pressing 'Down'.
Disarmed Visual Effects Revisions
Based on player feedback & internal review, we’ve updated the colors on the Disarmed Visual Effects to be more distinct from other collision FX.
The Gadget Bounce Sound FX Test Feature that was introduced for Patch 7.05 has now graduated into all queues:
There is now a sound for when a Gadget is thrown and hits the ground. Each Gadget has its own unique sound that changes based on its velocity. The Sidekick Summoner Horn makes a special sound if you throw it just right!
Art & Animation
Brawlhaven and Small Brawlhaven now have animated backgrounds! Take a second to admire the grassy fields and cascading waterfall as you brawl.
Performance improvements for Fait, Isaiah, & Sidra – these improve game performance but do not affect gameplay.
User Experience
Players will now receive a fanfare at login every time they earn new Account XP Titles (I.E. Legend I) and Birthday Titles (I.E. Veteran of Asgard I).
Map Definitions
Fixed a long-standing issue where the offscreen bubble would display for 1 frame at the start of a match.
Gameplay
Adjusted the Battle Boots Down Light active input animation so that the user is crouched lower and longer, making it easier to tell when the attack is over.
Updated the Charged OG and Pact of Poison Color scheme exclusions.
User Interface
Fixed a bug where a "Legend II" or higher Title temporarily reverted to the previous "Legend" Title after a client reset.
Fixed bugs in Custom Online & Couch Party lobbies where toggling “Teams” to “On” after having selected a Legend for one or more bots would not update their Color Scheme.
Fixed a bug where clan names are displayed as "<null>" for bots in Offline Games. Bots will now not display noa clan name. at all.
User Experience
Fixed a rare desync that could occur if a player got KO'd right before sudden death started on a Map that has moving platforms, particularly in the Temple Climb Game Mode.
Fixed a bug where bots would still use the default Sidekick in Offline Games even if the player had chosen a Sidekick for them.
Art & Animation
Fixed an animation issue with Battle Boots aerial turnaround animation where large torsos would be misaligned.

Just a quick update today to share the new art style for our store page and game promotional assets. While it has no impact on content, it's an important part of the business of publishing video games and we'd love to hear feedback on the new look. We feel that it communicates the style of the game fairly well. The hope is this will make it more visible in lists and help us attract more people to check out the franchise. All this with the goal of a bigger player community, more multiplayer games, and a richer pool of opinions on how our games should evolve.
Furthermore, on the topic of visibility, YouTube videos have begun to appear from some well known influencers in the community. They've had access to the Beta and have done some really great deep dives into the content. We're still reviewing all their videos and gathering both feedback and bug reports. If you'd like to see how the game is looking so far, check out one of these videos;
