I've had several messages of Steam deck owners experiencing problems with touch controls. Sometimes, a region to the right and bottom of the screen can't receive input.
While I'm trying to fix the issue, a user on our discord has verified that this problem doesn't occur when running the game in desktop mode. I hope this helps Steam deck users until the game is patched!
During this time, we have died (downsized our team drastically), gone to hell (moved to a new office space), and been reborn (reworked the base gameplay and committed to it)!
Having finally landed the fundamentals of the game feels really nice. Before, we were trying to piggy-back off current events, trying to make our game appear super nice, but without a super nice game as a foundation, it felt like cheap tricks to trick people into buying an unfinished game. Halloween updates and and Qatar 2022-themed trainers sounds fun and all, but in the end it felt like we sprinkled candy on top of a cake shaped poop, not a real cake.
Sorry for trying to make you eat poop.
Regarding the game:
Yesterday we tried playing it for the first time in many weeks, and to our relief: It was hysterical!!!
The game is now a proper cake :D It was a confidence boost I sorely needed, and it inspired me to break the silence and write this update! We have worked on the game's underlying systems for so long, we had almost lost sight of why we were doing anything. Playing the game reassured us that our ridiculously violent arcade football RTS deserves to exist, and that it contributes with something new and fresh in the realm of gaming.
And to all you early accessors out there, expect an update late next week featuring revamped level designs, new ball behaviour, zombies, air-drops and other delicious work-in-progress stuff.
Stay tuned for more updates about the development and the soon to be announced date for the full release.
Thank you for your patience <3
See you in hell.
-Alex

Firstly, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all CLUB members who continue to show interest and enjoy DEAD CIDE CLUB.
Currently, TEAM DCC is preparing several measures to provide a high level of satisfaction for our services. In particular, we are focusing on improving the areas that customers want or have experienced inconvenience with as quickly as possible.
Before announcing the patch schedule, we would like to provide a preview of upcoming updates so that you can see what will be improved and added.
- Bug and Balance Fixes We are currently fixing some weapons' issues with excessive knockback and balance issues. Also, we are fixing problems where players cannot progress to the actual game from the pre-game waiting room (BOD) or where the game does not start properly.
- Addition of Battle Royale Solo Mode (Beta) A PvP mode, Battle Royale Solo Mode (Beta), where 20 players participate, will be added. The goal is to survive against 19 hostile players and monsters.
- Addition of Bot System In Battle Royale Solo Mode, AI bots will be added. If a certain number of players do not join a match for a certain amount of time, bots will participate in the match. Also, we are preparing a system where members who are playing DCC for the first time will play against bots first before joining a game against users.
- Developer-organized GOD Mode Event We plan to regularly hold GOD Mode and create events where members and developers can communicate together.
- Gift from TEAM DCC Finally, we are preparing a gift that expresses our apologies and gratitude to our members who have enjoyed DEAD CIDE CLUB despite various inconveniences.
We promise to always listen to our members' voices and provide more stable and satisfying services.

This time we're adding, by request of the community, a brand new version of Out Zone that we've named common.
Back in the day, Out Zone was modified over time, and several versions exist. Our "normal" version that was part of the release on February 14 turned out not to be the one many players are familiar with.
"Common" is similar to the "hard" version already included but has differences we hope you'll enjoy.
The full Japanese ending is translated to English when playing in a region other than Japan
