We have improved the game tip messages displayed in the chat window to provide players
with more useful information. The translation has also been improved for better readability
compared to the previous version.

This will make it easier for players to receive important messages while playing the game.

As we are currently testing a version-up patch for Hero Plus, we are experiencing difficulties in responding to tickets promptly.
In December 2022, we updated our client-server, and we are now able to patch Hero's new OS version.
We believe that the new Hero OS version will be patched within the next 2-3 months.
We are truly saddened that some of our players are not receiving the support they need in a timely manner due to our delayed response to tickets.

We'd like to thank everyone for providing various feedback on the contents and system to improve GrandChase Classic.
The developers will check everyone's concerns and ideas and continue to strive to improve areas where lacking.
We'd like to share some of the improvement updates that could be considered important.

Currently, the developers of GrandChase Classic are reworking the Seal Breaker System, adding Coordi Fusion Disenchant and are working to improve the balance between characters.
Seal Breaker System Revamp and Coordi Fusion Disenchant system will be updated during maintenance on March 22nd
and improvements to character balance will take effect after we have gathered enough game data and players feedback via survey.
We look forward to your participation in the survey.

The first improvements we bring to the table is the Seal Breaker System Revamp.
The current Seal Breaker system uses a mix of drop rates and points and plan to adjust the system to solely depend on drop rates.
Since there are limitations to a system with drop rates as the only factor, we will be adding a drop gauge to insure a form of guaranteed drop.
We will also be improving other parts of the system for a better experience.

<Seal Breaker Scroll System Revamp>
1) Coordi Item Acquisition Method will be changed
- The point system will be removed so that Coordi items will be acquired based on drop rates.
- Players will have varying drop rates in acquiring a Coordi item based on the number of Coordi items they have yet to acquire.
- If the player successfully acquires a Coordi item, the player will get a random Coordi item that is not in current possession on equal rates.
- The rates for Coordi items will be announced separately.

2) Gauge System will be added

- Every time the player fails to acquire the Coordi item via Seal Breaker, the gauge will increase.
- If the gauge reaches full, players will receive an unacquired Seal Breaker Coordi item with equal rates.
- The gauge will reset if the player acquires a Seal Breaker Coordi item.
- There will be individual gauge that will accumulate and reset separately for each Seal Breaker Coordi.
- The gauge will reset after the Seal Breaker Event ends.

3) List of Non-Coordi Items will be improved
- Remove Large Potion Package 1 and Medium Potion Package 1 since the value of these packages go down as players reach higher levels.
- Add Demons of Yore Potion Recovery Package, Demons of Yore Potion Special Package, Harrier Monster Card Box, Another World Monster Card Box, Grade 15 Reinforcement Scroll, Grade 13 Reinforcement Scroll, and Grade 11 Reinforcement Scroll.

4) Sealed Gems will be removed
- Players can now use Seal Breaker Scrolls without Sealed Gems.

5) Consecutive Seal Breaker System will be added
- A new function will be added that will allow players to attempt Seal Breaker consecutively.
- Consecutive Seal Breaker will continue to unseal until the player acquires the Coordi Item, the player runs out of Seal Breaker Scrolls, or the player reaches max gauge.

The second improvements to follow is the Coordi Fusion Disenchant System where players can restore the appearance Coordi Item used in Coordi Fusion.

<Coordi Fusion Disenchant System>
Coordi Transformation, Coordi Fusion, and Coordi Fusion Disenchant function will be integrated into 'Customize Coordi' tab.
1) Coordi Fusion Disenchant: Fusion Disenchant is a system where players can disassemble the Fused Coordi Item to restore the stat Coordi Item and the Appearance Coordi item.
- How to Use: Go to Inventory > Press [Customize Coordi] > Press [Fusion Disenchant] > Register Fused Coordi Item to be Disenchanted > Disenchant
- Players can consume GP to perform their first Fusion Disenchant.
- Players will not be able to perform Fusion Disenchant if they have no inventory space.
- The Fused Coordi Item will be separated into Appearance Coordi Item and Stat Coordi Item.

2) Fusion Disenchant
2-1) Appearance Coordi
- Disenchanting a regular Coordi Item causes the items to be disenchanted back to their original rank and stats.
- Disenchanting an equipment item causes it to be disenchanted into the Coordi Transformed Item following the rules below. (Players can check the stat changes if they transform the disenchanted Coordi item back as the equipment)
1. Cash Equipment: Restored as Epic rank and with selectable stats.
2. Certain GP Equipment (Fixed Rank): Restored as fixed rank and with random stats.
Ex) Legendary Rank Phantom Phoenix, True Iron Dragon, Event Dungeon Equipment, etc.
3. Other GP Equipment (Random Rank): Restored as Rare or Epic rank and with random stats.

2-2) Stat Coordi
- After the Disenchant, Stat Coordi will be changed back to the original appearance.

3) Other Improvements
- Added the following line to Coordi Transformation Tip: 'The rank and stats may change if you Fuse and Disenchant Coordi Transformed Equipment.'
- Fused Coordi Item will be changed so that it will not be marked in the apperance and stat list once it is fused.
- Added to following line to Coordi Fusion Tip: 'Fused Coordi Items cannot be used in Coordi Fusion.'

The third improvement will be the balance update.
We are reviewing all the community feedback and the game data to scrutinize which characters to opt for balance revamp.
In order to receive more feedback and to bring forth high quality improvements, we will conduct a survey to receive more opinion.
