Hammer of Virtue - Jahasajaju
Hammer of Virtue has powered up its might and will now release with split-screen Co-Op and deathmatch.

10 Unique levels have been designed for some Co-Op madness. The players need to embrace the chaos and use the destruction to their advantage or why not just hit their Co-op partner into the enemy from a safe distance. When one of the brave hammering soldiers perish a perfectly timed block from their partner will revive the fallen soldier. A Couch Co-Op experience tailored made for laughter and chaos.



The players get to control their very own army in Deathmatch. Cunning use of armored bears and monkeys will show who is the true champion. Here the players are presented with hard strategic choices, should the army attack the other player or should it be smashed into the enemy with a good hammer swing? Two game variations are created to get most out of the hammer bashing: first kill wins and scored match.

Furthermore, a deep fast travel system has been implemented to quicker get the player into the action. Smashing the hammer into the ground will make the player fly uncontrollably forward. And if a structure is in the way of the flight path that structure is no more.
A Demo is out today on STEAM with 2 Co-Op Levels and the new extremely deep fast travel system.

Torchlight: Infinite - 不安分树精
Greetings, Hunters of Torchlight!

It's been more than a month since the start of the Black-sail season, and we've seen that many Hunters have already overcome the Lord of the Void Sea, the most difficult challenge of the game, which means it's time for us to spend more energy on enriching the gameplay content.

We are very sorry that the experience of the game this season wasn't as good as expected. We will reflect on this deeply and make changes. We urgently need to enhance quality control for the version, adjust the game's balance, and improve response and processing speed when issues arise. Although many people on my team are veteran players of ARPG games who have played many similar games, it's the first time for many of them to actually use the UE4 engine to make a game with such complex data types and such a high degree of freedom.

But this is only the second season of Torchlight: Infinite and we're confident that everything will be improved in the updates we'll roll out in upcoming seasons. Naturally, we'll need the support, company, and feedback of all our Hunters.

We're now focusing on developing the next season, so we'll resolve the problems we couldn't fix in the Black-sail season in the new season. We'll also try our best to improve the game experience in the new season.

【Game Content】
Although we set the duration of each season to be about three months, there hasn't been enough actual gameplay content to support this period of time. So in addition to adding new gameplay content, we're also considering extending the progression cycle and providing more goals. Naturally, if the progression curve changes, we'll also adjust the corresponding stage difficulty curve.
  • One example is that we may adjust the crafting system to make it more exciting to make gear. At the same time, it'll also become more expensive to craft late and end-game gear.
  • Another example is that we may adjust the difficulty of Netherrealm Timemark 8 when using a relevant compass in the new season to increase the difficulty and benefits at the same time.
【Loot Experience】
We've noticed that everyone seems to have been too focused on grinding Flame Fuel this season. At first, we did want to give more Flame Fuel drops to give everyone a more stable drop experience and the feeling of always getting something, with the additional effect of making it easier for everyone to learn and try out the crafting system, which would help players pick up the game faster.

However, this made the progression and drop experience of the whole season too monotonous, which is not that desirable for a loot-based ARPG. For the next season, we may add more crafting base material drops. These materials will be particularly important in the new crafting season mentioned above. Of course, we need to design corresponding filter prompts to help players recognize the corresponding gear quickly.

【Other Optimizations】
We've been working on optimizations and developing new contents at the same time. The following are optimizations we plan to launch in the new season.

Control experience:
  • More skill casting settings and options, such as auto-channel, auto-aim, and instant cast, will be supported. These options can be enabled or disabled according to players' own control habits.
  • Controllers will support more interfaces, and it'll be possible to call out the navigation wheel and customize it.
  • Pactspirits will support the saving and switching of different point allocations and bonding schemes. However, it'll only be possible to adjust and switch Pactspirit builds in the Hideout, and the adjusted build will only take effect the next time a new battlefield is opened (which means players cannot change their Pactspirit build in the battlefield or by changing their Pactspirit build in the Hideout and returning to the battlefield)
PC version:
  • The Inventory interface will support a floating UI feature. Instead of clicking on a piece of gear to view its information, the information of the gear will appear as floating text when the mouse hovers over it.
  • Some graphic materials will be processed in HD.
  • Changed some UI into windows. For example, other interfaces will no longer be blocked when displaying the information of two equipped One-Handed weapons and one weapon in the Inventory.
Trade House:
  • It is now possible to conduct advanced searches for the same affixes in the Trade House. For example, it is now possible to search for a Chaotic Ending with two or three "Max Tenacity Stacks +1."
  • We've been paying attention to everyone's feedback on the trade tax and actively increasing the distribution of Tax Refund Vouchers. We issued Tax Refund Vouchers as rewards in the Special Hunter Training event that was recently held and will distribute more Tax Refund Vouchers in the future. For example, the more times you farm Timemark 8, the more Tax Refund Vouchers you will be able to get, or you may get more Tax Refund Vouchers when your second or third character reaches a certain level in the current season... We want to minimize the impact of the tax on normal active Hunters to make everyone's experience better.
Visual experience:
We will add an option to adjust the transparency of skill effects to provide better protection for Hunters' eyes.

Netherrealm gameplay:
  • It will be possible to collect cards faster in the Chaos Invasion gameplay to allow Hunters to use more card strategies.
  • It will be possible to end God of War early before the countdown ends if all rewards have been claimed.

Hunter Profile: The Hunter Profile (including Hunter Profiles opened in the Hero Ranking) will show more specific information, such as the specific talent allocations, skill connections, Pactspirit info, etc.

Hero Emblem: From the next season, Hunters will be able to obtain up to 100 Hero Emblems, which will allow Hunters to try out more Hero Traits.

Of course, we're working on far more than this. We're already developing the content for the next season or even the season after that in an orderly manner. Planning and developing the content of the next few versions in advance allows us to deal with emergencies more calmly and arrange more time to verify and optimize the game.

As we intend to keep this game running healthily for a long time, the seasonal system and improvements are key to maintaining the vitality of the game. Although Torchlight: Infinite has just started, with the support of all the Hunters, we're confident that we'll be able to keep improving the game through the seasons. 问:通关后,萤在主界面消失了怎么办?
答:其实您正处于“通关了但还未完全通关”的状态。在您一周目通关以后,二周目会解锁隐藏结局(隐藏结局在最后一夜银行剧情的末尾),此时只需在一夜银行剧情部分那里存好档,然后快进即可。
通关隐藏结局之后,萤就会在主界面回来了。

问:解锁隐藏结局之后,游戏相比未解锁之前会发生什么变化吗?
答:第一是萤在主界面回来了,第二开发室会发生一点小变化(空子会驻留在开发室里),第三开发室的系列介绍功能模块会完全解锁(不再是寥寥几句话)。

问:解锁完后的开发室里的空子有什么小彩蛋吗?
答:当然有!不过具体是什么请自行去探索。

问:自己快进太麻烦,我想直接解锁全章节!
答:当然可以!只需要摸一摸主界面的萤的头,和萤对话以后,就可以进入解锁界面了(仅限主界面的萤还在的时候,但没有通关条件限制)

问:主界面能摸O吗?
答:仅限真通关(或是在萤那边提前解锁全章节)

Hello everyone!

As always we are keen on your feedback and doing our best to implement your ideas to fit our vision for the game. Today we are releasing the latest patch for A Hero's Rest, including some of the most requested features to date.

To make it easier we put together a patch-highlight video, for those who prefer to get the news in that format.




As always, below, Patch notes for Version v0.400.27:

New Features:

Active Pause:
  • This highly requested feature, will allow you to pause the game and take the time you need to craft, build, manage your inventory and more.
  • Active Pause can be accessed by clicking the pause icon in the Speed controls or by pressing the slow speed hotkey [1] twice.
  • Some upgrades & actions that require time to pass will not be available during pause.
  • Active pause can be used in all difficulties.


Daily Quests:
  • Quests can now be set as daily from the inventory menu. This will allow you to set a specific number of quests to be repeatable and automatically post them once they are taken by Heroes.
  • The Standard posting fee applies when posting a quest in this manner. If you don't have the resources to re-post that quest, the quest will be removed by the Hero taking it and you will receive a Warning Notification of what quest failed to re-post.
  • Daily quests are limited and are unlocked by defeating new Bosses that threaten your Town for a total of 10 Daily Quests, with an additional 2 quests given for reaching Barren Reputation in Relaxing difficulty.
  • A counter in the Inventory window will show how many Daily Quests you have still available.
  • With the introduction of Daily Quests, the maximum quest limit has been decreased to 5/8/12/18/30 down from 5/10/14/20/99 from Deserted to Glamorus respectively.
  • Daily Quests can also be set as High Priority or Reserved to a specific Hero in the same fashion that normal quests can.


Hero Retention:
  • When the Hero's Morale is depleted, they will now protest in front of the innkeeper for a day's length, during this time you will have the opportunity to pay off the hero and convince them to stay at the price of 500/1000/1500 gold per Hero Level based on the current difficulty.
  • Selecting a protesting Hero will prompt a pop-up in the Hero Sheet, that will allow you to pay the Hero's Demanded sum, or release them from your roster immediately.
  • Heroes that are compensated, will continue their business as usual and finish their shopping routine. They will also have their morale restored to Neutral (50%).
  • If the Hero protesting is in your favourites list, a notification will inform you that he is considering retiring.
  • Heroes that are not paid off in time, will permanently retire from your Hero roster.


New Proficiency: Focus
introducing a new set of Items for your Heroes - Magic Focus! Equip your heroes with everything they need to succeed in their journey, with 32 new customizable foci that can be crafted at the Tailor.
The Foci are the ideal item to boost your Heroes' Intelligence and bring a mystic appeal to them.




Changes:
  • When checking classes in the Class Manager, it will now display the number of Heroes currently recruited for each class.

  • When Hovering over the fast travel buttons to check the Vendor's Stock, it will now show the stock in detail for the separated categories at a glance.


Fixes & Improvements:
  • Improved the tracking of the Trader & weapon Master through gameplay sessions, reducing the spawn time of either, especially during the period of short sessions
  • Fixed a bug where in some maps teleporting to the Traveller's camp would cause the camera to fall through the ground.
  • Replaced the "Town" Icon in the objectives tracker to represent the new Standard Reputation icon.
