Zombie Map 3 Is Almost Finish but I will still update it after it releases Zombie Map 3 is still not out yet ill probably release it this Sunday. I still got to fix the reload animation on blender but that will take a while and aiming a bit but u can still aim. im putting a few more props to the map. So After I finish Zombie Map 3 I'm going To Remaster Level 2 and make it a haunted house instead and Work on a Zombie Multiplayer map for 4 players Then I'll Work On level 9. There will be some fps drops in Zombie Map 3 but soon ill fix it once i upgrade my pc more ill fix that fps drop. We have a plan to add something to our Valguero shrine for Those Who Have Ascended for both Tony along with other community members who have passed. This week was mostly bug-fixing & cleaning up things here and there. Up next I think I'll tackle some of the UI for viewing and managing party health, such as treatments for injuries and sicknesses.
I first wrote the tile-based inventory for the exploration side of the game over a year ago, and have been putting off fixing some long-standing bugs. Namely issues with rotating asymmetrical items like the rifle shown below (4x1). Luckily most of the issues I had were easy enough to fix once I dug into it.
The core concept is that you can bring items with you from your party's inventory when you go exploring. For example, you could bring a rifle and ammo along for hunting. On the other side of the coin is being able to bring things back with you when you're done. Collecting things like meat, plants, fish, and valuables will help keep your journey moving smoothly.
The limit to what you can carry will be determined by two things: your weight capacity, and what you can fit on your person via the tiles. Certain tile zones will only allow certain types of items. Such as in the image below, the rifle will only be allowed to be carried in the backpack or shoulder tiles, and only small items can fit in the pockets.
A to-do item is to visually indicate where items can be dropped while dragging them so it's not just a guessing game.
The other semi-major change is finally getting an implementation of hooking into Steam's API, mostly for achievements, but also just to get events and info from Steam.

Steam: Setup tests for Steam achievements. Fix steam_appid.txt not having JEX's APPID. SteamUtil & build version check refactor. Check Steam persona when initialized. Exploration: Fix PerimeterSlots never being cleared properly in a TileSlot. Fix TileSlot opacity being reset when it was a perimeter but became the root (ShiftDrag). Fix issue in the TileInventoryController where ColumnCount was no longer being updated correctly because the Tile size changed. Add external inventory as a TileInventoryController so items can fall back to there if they can't fit in the player's inventory. Fixed bug where self-intersections of Tile perimeter slots would cause a Tile drag to fail in inventory UI.
