We're pleased to present the v3.6.3 update. The major points of this update are as follows:
• Multiplayer mode has been added.
• New environmental features have been added. To see the new environmental features, you must create a new character (don’t worry—an update is coming in the near future to allow past characters to receive the same updates).
• Minigames have been added for certain actions.
[Multiplayer]
• For the balance, a maximum of three players can occupy one room.
• You can create or join a room with your past character(s). When joining a room, you’ll enter with the inventory of your chosen character.
• In Multiplayer Mode, the four stats—Health, Stamina, Food poisoning and Hydration—and the natural reduction rates for Stamina and Hydration are adjusted to 70% of the stats and rates in Single Player Mode.
• Whiteboard installation is now included on the crafting list. You can write anything and hold it or install it on a wall.
[Environmental Features]
• Breakable walls now display cracked decals when health falls below half of the maximum amount.
• Upon creation of a new world, doors that make squeaking noises when opened now register randomly and have distinguishing decals underneath.
• Broken plates are distributed more randomly and their registration info is safely and normally reloaded (which fixes a bug in the previous version).
• In certain areas, objects and decals have been added for the narrative.
• Certain areas contain new breakables or the positions of past breakables have been adjusted.
[Minigame]
• A new minigame for opening the door slowly has been added (losing the minigame causes the door to open normally. A squeaky door will make a loud noise and a create a big stimulus).
• A pump minigame for collecting water and fuel oil has been added (losing the minigame results in major food poisoning damage).
[Balance Modifications]
• The damage of Sniffer has increased from 10 to 12.
[Miscellaneous]
• The bug which periodically multiplied Sniffer's attack damage is now fixed.
• Mattress now has durability which decreases whenever a player jumps or lands on it.
• The stimulus range when a player is activating the generator has increased from 40m to 60m.
• Stimulus detection for the glass and fireworks has improved (when they were hit on the wall in the previous version, detection didn't work properly. Also, stimulus range has increased from 30m to 40m).
• "Storage" now spawns items stored inside when destroyed.
• Player name is now displayed properly on the corpse info indicator.
• Left and right mouse button functions when equipping "Throw" or "Consumable" items are now uniform.
• The English name for the oil item has changed to fuel oil.
• Inventory items now feature outlined highlights.
[Bug Fixes]
• "Metal barricade" has been removed from the craft list.
• The bug which allowed items to be dragged—or activated inventory navigation while being used inside the inventory—is fixed.
• The bug which prevented a player from spawning properly after falling out of the building has been fixed.
- Added new enemy Type - Fixed sinking Scav Beast and Quad Bot - Options menu is easier to navigate with controller - Added new controller default button menu - Fixed issue with enemies being out of bounds in Jungle 1
Just a small update today to address a few recently reported bugs aswell as some nice quality of life changes!
Fixes - • Fixed bug with 'Spider Killer' achievement not unlocking correctly • Fixed a glitch that could potentially spawn multiple horses when riding fast • Fixed some clay tiles sometimes showing incorrectly as black • Fixed a rare bug that could cause some NPC's to de-spawn • Fixed bug with john rescue cinematic which could hide the GUI after playing • Fixed a bug which caused the dragonhide armor to lose some fire resistance when upgrading
QOL Changes- • Upgrading an item now repairs it's durability • Chests that were not placed by the player are now destructible • Reduced bed hitbox so it is harder to accidentally click it • Improved wooden fence and stone wall collision masks • Improved entity follow speed
Localization - • Fixed some NPC names being missing when changing languages during gameplay • Added a few missing UI translations • Fixed a few newly discovered spelling mistakes
