A thing what i always struggled were the design of the rooms. I want to show you the reasons and some impressions of the new design here.
New Design
They had several problems, like when the ship is spinning, it causes motion sickness looking outside. Due to the "cut ceiling" feature i added latest, its now possible to create fully closed rooms. Another point was the general design, to have a better pressure capsule, a cylinder design is way more effective. So in case of realism it should be changed to this kind of design.
New ResourceBox Design
To create this new tube design with the old logic was complicated, due to the resource-rail system below. Due to that i changed that completely, so the resources are now above robot, that will move the boxes over the floor, where also the persons are walking.
Room Configurator
The main thing was now, that the tile based old room configurator was outdated, and replaced by an easy to use room configurator. The player can drop the start of the building and can than extend the tube or attach others next to it to extend them. There is a maximum of 3 tiles per tube and 3 tubes per building, to prevent too large room. The system supports more room styles, so the old Greenhouse design or a design with a glass roof can be added easy.
New Storages
Due to the resources are not moving below, all the storages needed to be updated. The wall height was also reduced from 3m to 2.5m, so the large storage wasn't fitting anymore. To still support that, i restyled them. The new Buildings can have a bit less space, so i also added an outside storage. This feature is also needed later when i change the shuttlebay and supplyship landing to the new interior items.
Hallways
The old Walkway had many special cases and was not included in the interior drop system. But it would be great to be able to let the player to customize them too, so i also used the new Room Configurator for them. Till now, this is the only way to create multiple exits at the rooms. The other advantage is, that it now way easier to create the whole circle of the cylinder, by "just" dropping large hallways blueprint the user can create. The disadvantage is that the player need to plan the exits in front, so it cause more early planning.
Animation System
All of that change also affected the Animation System, that i completely refactored several times, to a now more easy code without the need of the old special cases, that caused a lot of complexity.

This patch gets rid of a two rather frequent crashes - very sorry about those! let me know if there are others and I will do my best to get rid of them ASAP.
Thanks to the past: With the game online so far, Little Red Riding Hood has found her grandmother, some of the villagers who were killed and injured by black magic have recovered, and Black Swan has recovered her memory from the mirror world and finally had a chance to identify with Little Red Riding Hood ...... Many Night of Full Moon players have turned from students to become independent socialites. I am honored that the full moon can accompany you through these times, and I very much hope that the full moon can also accompany you in the future through every ordinary and happy day of your life. In this period, we launched five new professions in classic mode, as well as two DLCs, Diary of Little Red Riding Hood and Memories in the Mirror. it seems like a lot of content, but for our entire development team, the time has passed like a flash, and we still have a lot of gameplay that we want to try before we can put it into action. However, because of many unspeakable objective reasons, our team is facing a crisis. Our recent status: As a tradition, our DIDA Studio should update twice a year with new versions, and the revenue earned from these two updates can barely sustain DIDA Studio's livelihood. However, in the period of 2020-2022, we did not update as we did before. The reason is that we tried new gameplay and the R&D team was trying hard to make it successful to face the players. However, we failed. Therefore, we are now struggling on the edge of survival and have to send out this announcement to explain to you players what is really going on. At the same time, the development cost of Night of Full Moon is getting higher, and the labor cost of art outsourcing, audio outsourcing, translation, anti-foreigner, etc. has been increasing. We cherish the game Night of Full Moon. It has brought us honor and hope, brought us like-minded partners, and allowed many players to experience the fun of card games. So over the years, all the paid professions of Night of Full Moon have remained at the lowest paid slot of 0.99USD and have not changed. But with three program partners being transferred out of the project team and one designer partner leaving, I can't help but ask: is it that their labor is cheap and worthless? It's not true, everyone deserves to be recognized for their creativity and work. However, we are all ordinary people who have to run around for three meals a day, food, clothing, and shelter. I really don't want to see partners who have struggled together side by side leaving anymore ...... Future Plans We still feel that the positioning of "Night of Full Moon" is a fun single-player game, more like making a movie and providing players with an interactive experience after each shot. At least the players who like and support "Night of Full Moon" now are expecting an experience that is not selling numerical growth. As long as our project team can still survive, we still want to cherish this opportunity to make a single-player game and stick to this direction to continue doing it.
Because of the rising R&D and outsourcing costs, as well as the above reasons, in order to live and to bring you more exciting updates, our payment model will try to adjust.
1. Part of the DLC price increase
This adjustment is expected to be updated after a month (that is, everyone can still enjoy the low-price DLC now). I especially hope that the card masters, who are the parents of the food and clothing, will understand that this time we are adjusting, indeed, to be able to live ......
Of course, we also believe that in order to cope with the rising R&D and outsourcing costs and to keep DiDA Studio alive, the most crucial point is to create content that players will enjoy, which is our only original intention. Therefore, we are still working overtime to prepare the subsequent update. First of all, we love the classic mode of play as much as everyone else, just dwelling on the past and not moving forward is not our pursuit, we hope to make new and interesting ways to play in the future. But when we want to go to a new beginning, we should say goodbye to the past, so for the next DLC update, we will try to update two modes at the same time as followed by:
1. More in line with the classic mode of the new play, will soon be online This new mode, still follow the classic mode DBG group card → play cards to challenge the BOSS experience. Also will continue to write the main plot, after the last Morin explosion, Little Red Riding Hood embarked on a journey to find the little carpenter clues ... As well as new fairy tale characters and power relations will also surface, what will happen between her and Little Red Riding Hood?
2. Players who like the auto chess mode can also experience the fun of two new lineups that can build a new genre combo. We expect to update the mall adjustment in December, and then update the DLC material (new mode + self-travel DLC) at the end of January. Of course, there will be other experience optimization, here will not be one by one exposé!Please stay tuned. Conclusion Back to the question of whether Memory in the Mirror itself is fun or not, I think every player has the right to express their dislike, and it is true that the game content does not satisfy the players, we will improve the game play according to the suggestions made by the players, and I am grateful to this part of the players, it is their criticism that makes us realize our shortcomings. Of course, I can't express my gratitude to the players who support us as always. Finally, I hope that more understanding and tolerance can be found between different players, less quarrels, maybe not arguing at all is impossible to do, but still hope that as much as possible we have more understanding.
