I want to tell you what to expect in future updates to The Forked Road!
Сhapter 7 Chapter 7 will be available in November! It will be very different from the previous ones. Many of your decisions made in other chapters will be reflected in what you see here.
Knowledge Before Chapter 7 comes out, you will have an improved dialog system. There will be "knowledge" in the game. "Knowledge" can be obtained by reading notes, finding items to explore, or in dialogues. The acquired knowledge opens up additional answer options in the dialogues. Knowledge will appear in the game in the near future.
Survival I also plan to improve the survival elements. Food will play a more important role than now, and there will be campfires, resting near which will give the character various boosts.
-Three characters, "Nue Houju" "Komachi Onozuka," and "Ekisha," were added. -Character balance was adjusted. -Fixed and added some stages. -Some bugs were fixed. -Proficiency levels for each character have been implemented. -System adjustments have been made.
Items you can interact with now have a blue ring around them.
loot is now picked up one at a time rather then all at once in a given radius, this helps single out items to keep and sell.
Fixed some issues with the defense healthbars not working or showing up with the incorrect numbers.
Bug Fixes/ minor changes - the healthdrops from enemies can now be picked up at a larger range. - left shift now opens and closes the player menu so you dont have to press the close button inside the menu. - loot was not generating correctly inside of multiplayer. - defenses had the wrong stats in multiplayer, they will now scale off of each players stats. - Omnibolt's health was not working with multiplayer. - fixed some ai navigation errors on the throne room and the dungeons.

Hello everyone. We're at the end of October now and with November in sight, the update looms closer (yes, we're still on that HOPIUM road saying we'll update the game in November). With that said, we'd like to show an extra content we've worked on while finalizing other systems, a new hunt mission.
Here, you'll find yourself in a dried-up waterway inside a shelter, facing against M.A.S.S. units, helping the W.D.F. test their version of unmanned units. As always with M.A.S.S. units enemies, it's going to be a mayhem of explosions and we hope you'll have fun with it.
One question you might be asking is why a Deluxe Edition? Well, unfortunately game development is expensive, server costs are insane, especially as we work on improving the online portions of the game. We also wanted to give you guys access to super cool stuffs that would make the 4 DLC already in the game obsolete.
This version of the game is barebones at this current time, but we plan on adding more to this DLC as time goes on, we want to give it as much content as possible while not restricting gameplay features. One thing we can confirm is that we'll be working on exclusive skins and other cool stuff.
This will be released next month and will include If purchased as the Upgrade DLC a HEX Colour Picker and Early Access to new Game Modes. If Purchased as a bundle All of the above AND Colours DLC 1 & 2.
We'll also be increasing the perks of the Deluxe Edition as time goes on.
