CHEMISTS: Area of infection - RPAX_GAMING
The update affected many places in the game, some were able to enter the current list.



1) Construction of the city.
Territory planning.
Placement of buildings with the ability to go inside the premises.

2) Optimization of the ground surface material.
Removed the parallax effect technology, as it greatly affects the performance of the game.
Simplification of materials and change of visual rendering algorithms.

3) Optimization of the starting map.
Reduced number of some objects.
Changing draw distances and applying loding.

4) Rain optimization.
Reducing the number of raindrops.
Adding puddle draw distances.
Simplification of puddle material.

5) Adding places with loot.

6) Adding accommodations.
In order for the player to wait out the night, there is an overnight stay in the form of a mattress in the places of NPCs and large places of interest.

7) Preparing for Halloween.
Themed pumpkins are placed on the location.

8) Filling the location.

Tower Escape - SlightlyMadman
There's a whole lot of new content to try out here, so I'm going to keep this short and let you discover most of it yourself. I've added new minions to each clan, as well as a 3rd tier for the starter minions (imp, goblin, shroomy, zombaby) so they can now be combined an additional time. The new minions have all unique abilities to discover and I think you'll find some of them really fun! I've also rebalanced many of the existing minions, and tweaked or changed their powers.

New features

  • 20 New minions (2 per clan, plus 2 upgrades, plus 4 new tier-3 starter minions)
  • Shields all take 3 hits (including gold shields and summoned shields)
  • New relics
  • New spells
  • Minion and gem stat tweaks
  • Increase difficulty on later waves on hard
  • Show spawned minions in hand panel

Bugs

  • Fix spawn ability bugs
  • Fix bonus colors on minion cards

Morbid - Zorak556
Alpha 3 has been pushed to the main branch. This update includes bug fixes, working Steam Achievements, and some performance improvements.

  • A few changes have been made to the storyline.
  • Subtitles have been added to give more context to the game and improve playability.
  • The item spawning system is currently being updated and should be included in Alpha 4.

First update! I've been unable to work on the game as much as I would like recently, but I finally got enough bug fixes and new features together that I felt it was time to push out an update.

New Features:
  • Updated the hat generation for Random mode - lots of hat effects that were previously exclusive the challenge hats can now appear on random hats in Random mode.
  • Animated the firepits on Feudal Fairways
  • Added a camera pan when you start each hole. The camera will start focused on the hole, then pan to Brian. This will give players a better sense of where the hole is on each level.
  • Speedrun mode countdown - Along with the camera pan, there is now a 3 second countdown before the timer starts. You can still do things like move the arrow or pick a powerup, but you cannot start the power bar until the timer starts.

Bug Fixes/Tweaks:
  • Updated to a newer version of Unity - this appears to have solved several bugs that were hard to track down and fix, including a bug where your score was not saved after finishing a course, and you got to open 2 of each type of chest.
  • Spaced out Star image and the numbers showing how many you mad on the course select screen
  • Fixed a penalty that was not collectible on Candy Country normal hole 3
  • Made almost all of the course stars easier to obtain. A lot of these were balanced around the best scores of the 5 or so people playtesting the game, and I think they may have been a bit aggressive.
  • Forced the max frame rate of the game to match the refresh rate of the monitor. This was supposed to help with the screen tearing that I've noticed while playing on my laptop... Other players do not seem to have this issue, so more research needs to be done here.

Planetary Defense: An Orbital Turret Defense System - SorryImHigh
The Fall Update
Greetings Planetary Defenders! Its your boy Natedog769 and I welcome you to the Planetary Defense Fall Update! Version 1.5! I am excited to introduce to you 2 new game modes as well as the new enemy type AND a new currency mechanic!


Under Attack!
2 new game modes called UFO Attack and Asteroid Attack have been added. These feature 20 minute sprints of orbital turret chaos against one of these enemy types. The last patch introduced light, medium, and heavy versions of the Orbiters and Roamer UFOs and here you will battle against them with 5 orbital positions (instead of the full 7). The original game mode is now called the Invasion and previously it was never ending, a see how far you can make it, but now there is definitive end after 15 3-minute waves.
2 new tabs have been added to the scoreboard for these games mode scores.


Frigates!
A new enemy ship has been dispatched! These Alien battleships come wielding several Sat-Turret destroying guns! These ships are heavily armored so fire power needs to be concentrated on its weak spots or shoot down the many onboard guns!



Digital Currency!
Oh no! Not more crypto talk... Don’t despair! This game mechanic is a play on digital currency, as a way to add a little tension to the earning and spending of the in-game coins. Previously there was just a basic earn and spend system but now with 3 new digital currencies, each will offer an additional challenge, each bearing a unique function that will make the coin lose value, become harder to acquire, or straight up burn your unspent surplus. Details on how the system works will be in the newly updated Help menu.
The in-game UI was also updated in the last patch but has been cleaned up and expanded to feature a new Digi-Coin panel. Hover over the coin value with the mouse and it will display the important values of the coin.

Additional changes
There have been a few changes and additions to certain systems
UFO attacks have become inaccurate. Now UFOs won’t have a guaranteed hit on certain targets especially at farther distances.
The Console has been updated to feature new bits of lore to help set the stage of the game and give fun context. The Console is updated to display the speaker of the message, whether it be an advisor or the in-game 'AI computer system'
The Console can also be toggled on and off with a new button at the bottom of the screen.

In the works
The next update will be in the winter called the Lunar Update to be available in time for the Lunar New Year! For this update I have planned one more new game mode that should really change up the gameplay in a couple ways.
I also will be working on revolutionizing the score system for more detailed statistics and make way for for in-game achievements!
I have ideas for a few more coins but I want to see how these first 3 will pan out.
I will also continue working on artwork for sprites and UI and visual effects and balances for stats as well.

Felling lonely in your ship far away from any outpost? Join servers with 2 clicks so you can feel lonely with your friends together. Supporting 3 server types:
> UNET, fast and simple but require port forwarding and no server listing
> Photon, higher latency but always works without hiccups
> Steam net(not tested) which is a mix of both.




New airlock


Realistic model ..... check.
Nice animation ..... check.

New Maz assault riffle


What looter shooter would Adro be without a assault riffle? Sleak design, high dps, custom sound effects.... it can even damage drones, I mean, what else could you want?




New shotgun


Gone is the smg placeholder model, with custom animations and buffed stats the new shotgun will be your go to choice for raiding.




New models for several blocks


Introducing the new screen, with a better design then the predecessor it features additional info regarding grid levels, propulsion stats and ship dimensions. Landing pad and solar panels got refitted as well.






New ui design


It was about time to pump some quality and cohesion into the menu. All elements are organized properly and use the same aesthetic.



New station missions


Brand new Distress signal, Investigate Unknown signals and few more missions were introduced to replace the useless previous ones.

Targetable markers


Yes, get them juicy nav assist intel for distant locations as well.



Damaged blocks show on ui


Tired of running around the ship to find the damaged blocks? Say no more. Ship maintenance is gonna be way easier when you can see which blocks were damaged with the new damage indicators, just hold a tool in your hands.



Balanced loot and recipes


Removed lots of unneeded or abundant items, added few more intermediary recipe ingredients and removed all weapons from loot since you can craft them now. Added recipes for some blocks and simplified others.

New item icons


Did I mention this is a overhaul update? where I mostly improve a preexisting part of the game, well lots of items got new 3d renders as icons of AAA quality. Would you believe me if I told you some of them were 5 years old?



Updated consoles


Redistributed the buttons to the rest of the console, some new text and new functionalities and added few more buttons, I mean, Who doesn't like more buttons?

New sound effects


Reloading, firing, boosters and airlock sounds got a level up and it's not in volume.

Many bugfixes


I even wonder how could some bugs make it so far into development without getting caught...

Performance improvements


Drastically reduced draw calls by batching meshes of the same type into a single call. Made planet bases spawn around the player instead of having precalculated spawn positions to reduce save file size. Less triangles and draw calls from the new blocks. Also recycled materials for multiple blocks to prevent expensive gpu context changes.

Other changes


New material for fps hands, instant crafting and speed info on driving ui are some of the new additions as well as improved item and mission modding. Steam integration is in prototype phase so next update expect full support. Vehicles and current time are shown on UI. Tools have further reach and undocking can be done from cockpit.
