The Global Beta Test will start soon! To help you get going with your smooth gameplay, we announce here the current known issues.
If you experience issues during gameplay, please refer to the details below. When we detect further issues or workarounds, we’ll keep you updated in this notice.
We will try our best to create an enjoyable test environment and we appreciate your understanding.

■ Game force-closes under certain conditions. (10/27 added) → 1. Please check your in-game settings if your PC specifications are below than that of the recommended. [Recommended Specifications] 1) Press the [Esc] button in the lobby screen and go to [Game Settings]. 2) Lower the quality options by a level. 3) Under [Display], change the Anti-Aliasing Method to FXAA. 4) Under [Quality], turn off [Environment Interactions], [Character Special Effects], [Detailed Corpse-Stone Effects]. 5) Under [Advanced] settings, turn off [Vertical Sync], [Motion Blur]
→ If you experience game crash even after changing the settings, try the below steps. 1) Press the Window+R key and enter the following texts: %LocalAppData%\HPPrototype01\Saved\Config\WindowsClient 2) When a folder opens, delete the [GameUserSettings.ini] file 3) Restart the game. (In-game settings will be reset)
■ Receive ‘Undefined Error’ pop-up and cannot access the game when the Download Region in Steam Launcher [Settings – Downloads] is different from your actual region. (10/14 added) -> Change the Download Region to your Region

■ Unable to interact with Footholds and Frostlocks as Interaction key (F) won’t appear after relinquishing Incarnation. (Added on 10/13) → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Unable to access the game with the ‘Failed to connect to the lobby. Please try logging in again later’ pop-up. (Added on 10/13) → Disable Web Secure function in your vaccine and try accessing the lobby. → Please refer to the Steam Notice about the issue.
■ Hard to play the game due to low-frames even with a PC that meets the recommended specifications (Added on 10/13) → Frame drop occurs when Fasoo Drm program is running and you access the game Delete the Fasoo Drm program and access the game. (*Fasoo Drm is a program installed automatically with e-book viewer)
■ Rewards are not sent when you press [ESC] quickly exit the ‘Daily Login Event’ screen. → Wait about 1~2 seconds until the correct event date gets a check mark. If the reward was not sent due to your quick exit from the Event Screen, please go to Lobby [Event > Daily Login Event] and receive the reward.
■ Game force closes when Win64-Shipping.exe is detected in bitdefender, Panda vaccine. → Disable the vaccine.
■ A character is trapped in a certain location and cannot be moved → Press the Return button (Keyboard ).
■ Trapped in slinger intermittently → Press the Return button (Keyboard ).
■ Unable to start the game with the pop-up “Party Members are not ready” when you are not in a party → Reboot the client.
■ The “Invite to Party” button disappears when the invitation duration is over → Disband your party and restart the Menu: [ESC]> Lobby.
■ Receive “Insufficient resources to unlock” pop-up even when having enough resources during Hero Level Up → Used resources may not be reflected in real time when the level-up button is clicked continuously. Restart Lobby by going to the [Esc] > Lobby menu and check the current resources.
■ The previously equipped perk will not display in the list when the first slot of perks is replaced → Press the Menu: [Esc] and click 'Restart Lobby'
■ The League Challenge screen does not update when accessing the game during actual reset period → Reboot the client. ■ Retry Tokens for the League Challenge will not be sent when your account reaches level 15 → The token will be sent normally when you reboot the client.
■ Retry Tokens for the League Challenge will not be sent when you are accessing the game around UTC+0 → The token will be sent normally when you reboot the client.
■ No in-game sound when you use Bluetooth earphones → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Characters appear to be transparent under certain conditions → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Raven’s Elude [E] Skill cannot be canceled under certain conditions → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Spawn Tent cannot be destroyed under certain conditions → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ (Squad/Team) Marker won’t work under certain conditions → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Accept/Deny All friend requests won’t work and the received requests disappear when you access the game again → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Challenge achievement progress for certain skin unlocks won’t be updated → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Some skins won’t be applied in Spotlights or Battle-entering screen (Fixed on 10/14) → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ The Best Record of a Multi-win Challenge Round will not reset → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Client doesn’t shut down completely → We are currently investigating this matter. The issue will be fixed as soon as the cause is confirmed.
■ Rewards won’t be sent after a League Challenge is over → League Challenge Rewards won’t be sent during the Global Beta Test period.
UNDECEMBER will be undergoing a server patch on Oct. 13 to address existing issues.

Please be advised that players may experience temporary disconnections while the patch is underway. UNDECEMBER will strive to provide a more stable service.
Arena Mode is a new game mode that will be added to 'A.V.A Global' in the upcoming October update. As the arena mode will be opened for the first time through this update, the arena season will be held in the form of 'BETA SEASON' for the first & second seasons.
Arena mode is a high concentrating intense mode that is quite different than any other mode. And this mode is focused on the users' skills. We have to state that everything we are sharing today along with any mentioned timelines may be subject to change.
ARENA RULE: The seasons are short however, it will not affect the Arena rewards users will receive.
First of all, until the official Season, users with the rank of 'Staff Sergeant lvl 1' or higher can participate. *Don't worry. We will hold an experience boost event for users who have not yet achieved the class.
The Arena Match will be held with 10 participants in a 5v5 match. The team that has 7 Wins out of 13 Rounds wins the game.
In Arena mode, you must participate more carefully since friendly fire is applied.
Finally, the Arena Match is a team match that can accommodate up to 10 players, so if you escape from a game that has already started playing, your ranking points will be deducted immediately. Therefore, users who participate in the match hope to fight together until the end of the match to win and achieve a higher rank.
ARENA Ranking: Arena season rankings can earn ranking points according to users' play, and if you win an arena match, you can earn ranking points, and if you lose, ranking points will be deducted. However, as we are hosting the beta season for the first time, we will set a "novice safety section" for users *You can check the ARENA RANKING from the 'RANKING' ICON.
So users with 1400 points or less, the ranking points will not be deducted even if they lose the game. * Users with 1401 points or higher will be deducted from their RP in case of defeat, but will not be lower than 1401 points.
At the start of the Arena season, all users have 1200 base ranking points, and if they have not participated in ARENA for 10 days at the time of the last change in RP, 5 points per day are deducted up to 1200 points of RP, and users with an RP of 1500 or less are not deducted.
ARENA Map:
Arena Rewards: As we mentioned in the last post, we plan to provide this arena reward in as many forms as possible. As long as you participate in ARENA BETA Season 1, users can receive a 'Unique Soldier Box' as an Arena Mode participation reward. *If you participate the ARENA MODE 50 matches, you will get one Unique Soldier Box.
In addition, users who rank 1st to 100th in the season will receive Arena Season Limited 'HG21C Sand' Skin Reward. Arena Personal Rating Rewards can be received on a rank point basis that you earn every season, and if you earn a higher tier, you can receive a better reward. Arena mode is a new mode being added, if you take your time and play this mode, you will definitely have fun playing it!

We are focusing on a more standard Team Deathmatch mode for launch, with a potential Ranked mode and general Ladder System. There will be a Revive Mechanic included in the mode, where players can revive their teammates to not lose a point. Upload is still contemplated as a more competitive mode, but we wanted to create a more competitive mode with the community while players wreck stuff in TDM.
PROGRESSION
We will be adding progression to the game as well for launch. Players will be able to progress through each drone once they're unlocked to mix and match different modules combinations to open different playstyles for each drone.

Players will have access to new maps. We hope to launch with multiple maps, we will announce more as we get closer to the launch date.

MOVEMENT
We feel we’ve created an exciting and unique flight model that includes multiple movement mechanics that are yet to be seen in any aerial combat game. These are designed to be easy to learn and difficult to master, so the focus is not just in downing enemies by firing weapons and launching missiles but also by using movement mechanics to stay alive. Together we feel this makes for a very engaging, tense and exciting experience that we hope others enjoy as much as we do!
BOTS
We are working to improve our bots in the game so that players can enjoy a decent challenge Skirmishing against them to get to know the different playstyles available. At some point we hope to get those bots to the point where they can prove more of a challenge to players and start including them in future game modes.
POLISH
We are working hard on general polish as well focusing on the following main areas: Making sure transitions are smoother. Improve player understanding of combat scenarios by making them more intuitive, Players can now locate others by just listening for example. As well being able to see or feel from where they are being fired at. More clear combat utility and improved feel of Smoke in game. All sides should have proper feedback from each ability and item. Polish for shiny purposes Improve sensation when spawning/respawning Each drone will have a unique sound for its engine. Idle and active effects for the engine. Clearer indications of which movement mechanic is under use. UI upgrades all around, In game Tab screen Matchmaking flow HUD improvements

Pandora and Split: Smoke floors replace water in several maps and smoke clouds have been added to provide cover, supporting close range combat and escapes. Split now will open areas when 6 or more players join the match.

While the game is now completed content-wise, we are at the stage of having finished major development operations months after originally planned. This is the result of a couple of technical issues that came up and had to be figured out as well as the addition of a couple of late-stage features that were added as the result of feedback from testers.
Unfortunately, this has thrown off our beta testing, copy editing, and QA timeline by months.
Our beta testers have done a great job and I am very happy with what they have accomplished so far. Our copy editor has been doing a great job and working hard to deliver excellent results. This delay is NOT the fault of the QA team.
At its core, it's because we expanded the scope of the game by expanding features, adding some entirely new features, and adding more content. I think these additions were worth the delay and resulted in a much better game. I think adding the features we did was the right thing to do.
We could maybe have tried to rush the QA at the end here to make the release date but I have decided not to do that. I have decided in the interest of the players and to honor the work that has already been put into the game, to not rush the QA team, and to take the time needed to do it right.
I apologize to anyone who feels negatively impacted by this delay and ask you to allow us this additional time to ensure quality gameplay.
The original launch date of November 3rd, 2022 is now delayed until Feb 3rd, 2023 to allow for beta testing, QA, and polish work to be completed.
