Dear Duck Paradox community: The response to this game has been amazing ever since we started working on it for a Game Jam, and we are happy to announce an entire new dimension with more levels, mechanics, enemies and surprises you have not seen before! It would mean the world to us if you gave it a chance one more time, especially because YOU helped us build the game into what it is today.
For the last couple of weeks, our Discord community has been extremely helpful playtesting, debugging and sharing great new ideas and scrapping our bad ones. We are so grateful for this, and really want to thank every single user that played the game, talked with us or participated during the creation of this new dimension.
We are really looking forward to sticking with this project, and taking care of it together with you guys. Duck Paradox will remain FREE and Early Access on Steam while we put together a strategy for the future. Now, the show must go on! While you try all the new things, we are going to polish some details, fix some minor bugs and improve everything we can. As usual, we would love to see you guys streaming, speedrunning or breaking the game! Every single player, feedback, comment or review counts and pushes us to deliver a better game experience with every update.

Where does the shirt come from?
I've commissioned artist Toesthee to design us a nice little wolf in the void and the shirts will be printed by Redbubble. I will be paying 100% of the shipping and design fees, so the shirt is completely free for the winners!
When does this all go down?

We also Added, tweaked and fixed the following:
Tint all children button.
Lock all children button.
Props no longer spawn at centre of map on selection.
Snapping on X and Y is set to true by default. (`X` still toggles this)
Added a buffer to all ui windows to allow moving from the sides and bottom.
Browser input now googles if a website with the given address is not found.
File browser now has the Template folder and Downloads folders added to the shortcuts.
After selecting an entity in play mode you can now right click -> move here.
Increase camera WASD Speed.

Hey everyone! We planned to have a small patch to address Windless Woods update bugs on the 26th, but we ended up doing an emergency patch to address big issues earlier. And with the big things mostly out of the way, we wanted to spend a bit of extra time working out a lot of the other, smaller bugs with this update.
We heard you guys weren't happy with healing with the new magic system and we wanted to course correct as much as possible without compromising our vision for the new magic system.
The new magic system fixes a few major issues with the old system. One of these was the absolute cheese tactic of healing yourself over and over to level your life skill. Adding a magic resource fixed that, but we ran out of time to get all the cool healing spells we would have liked into the update, and we definitely failed at balancing the ONE tome we did get in.
This update addresses that by introducing two new healing spells and balances all the spell tomes way better. I think I speak for the entire dev team when I say that we're way happy with the new balance and I have a feeling many of you are going to be switching to a mage build here soon.
To go along with the new spells we also added a new feature for casters that lets you attack quickly with your basic ranged attack and hold your attack button to begin charging your spell. This feel so fluid and fun to use that we just had to rush it out in an update for you.
