Hello dear friends. It's been a while since you heard from us but we are coming back. The new "Neko Waifus" game will be released this year - yay for that. But there is also a surprise project we have for you, that we are currently working on.
You can expect the new "Waifus" announcement around early October. Get ready to experience many exciting puzzles and catch up with 5 new girls, because the number of the game is "5" - it is only reasonable.
It looks quite different from "Mosaique Neko Waifus" games? Well yes but actually no. It is a game about trading cryptocurrency and dog memes, it's called "Doge Trader". Similar themes include:
• Abilities system you will feel quite at home with while playing "Doge Trader". Creating your custom build is also going to be quite familiar. • The Dialogues/Visual Novel aspect is quite a bit bigger than that in "Neko Waifus", and "meaningful choices" are the name of the game. • You can bank on Achievements, Cards, and Steam Point Shop Items being a big part of the experience • The game will be localized into 13 languages, including yours? • Humor!
And also there is some stuff unique to "Doge Trader" that "Neko Waifus" games don't have:
• "Doge Trader" is a Rougelite - it plays differently every time you try it • Trading crypto - easy at first, kind of like a one-button clicker, but becomes more challenging as you progress in the game. Watch out to not get too addicted. • Have you heard about "NFT-s"? The game dives into that slippery topic quite a bit and allows you to become a true Tycoon of JPG images. Is it scammy to charge money for internet images everyone can download? Of course not! • Doge Meme value! • There will be no adult content of any kind here (SORRY).
(Disclaimer: "Doge Trader" is not connected to any real blockchain tho - this is important to note as you are not at any real risk of losing real assets, just pure good fun)
If you think "Doge Trader" is something you might like, please wishlist it on Steam. Wishlists help us a bunch and we really appreciate them. "Doge Trader" will be released in 2023.
September 30 Karos and Karos Classic servers will undergo unscheduled maintenance. In this regard, the game may not be available from 10:00 to 11:30 Moscow time.
Please note that the time of the work is indicative and is subject to change. We apologize for any inconvenience.
With the 42nd Regular Update, it’s now easier to discover Workshop packs thanks to the new Workshop browse menu and tagging system! While you won’t find the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything, you might just find your next favorite trivia pack!
From today, the ‘Add new categories’ button will open a new in-game browse window instead of the Steam Workshop web UI. This lets you…
Filter packs by ‘Subject’! Only want to see packs created on ‘Mythology’, ‘Video Games’ or ‘Internet Culture’? Firstly, you sound very cool and should definitely join our Discord, and secondly, you can now do that!
Filter packs by their ‘Language’, as part of our continuing efforts to increase the accessibility of Trivia Tricks
Filter packs by the ‘Number of Questions’ they contain, useful if you like to pick a single category for your games and don’t want to see any repeats!
Sort packs by ‘Trending’, ‘Newest’, ‘Popular’, ‘Most Likes’ or ‘Most Played’, with the option to limit some to time periods. This’ll come in handy if you want to see what's been getting attention in the last week or last months!
With this tool you can create some very powerful search queries within seconds. Like, ‘All the packs with a subject of ‘Fandom’ or ‘People’ with over 200 questions sorted by most played in the last 3 months’ then add any packs that interest you with just one click! Nifty!
Of course, if you like the Steam Workshop website that will continue to work as it always has, with the addition of the new ‘Subject’, ‘Language’ and ‘Question Count’ tags. For ‘Subjects’, we’ve included all of the Categories you’d find in the base game, alongside...
General Knowledge
Fandom
Fashion
Hobby
Internet Culture
Joke
Mythology
People
Other
Think there’s an obvious category we missed? Let us know, we’re open to adding more subjects by popular demand!
How does all of this tagging work for Workshop Creators? Whenever creating or updating a Pack you will now select up to three subjects and a language. We’ve taken the time to review all the packs on Workshop and have added the subjects we believed were most relevant to each. If you want to change the tags associated with your creation you can always do so from the 'Update' menu. The Question Count tag will be automatically applied, so you don’t have to worry about that one!
Lastly, we're happy to share that Steam Trading Cards will be arriving soon! Look out for them automatically popping into your inventory when they go live!
Phew, that’s a lot! Here are the changes in bullet-point format!
Trivia Tricks now has a built-in Workshop browser!
You can subscribe, unsubscribe, and browse all Workshop packs here!
You can search based on subject, language, question count and more!
The ‘Add more Categories’ button in the Lobby Categories Menu will now open the Browse Menu, as will the ‘Download More Categories’ button in the Manage Workshop Menu. Previously they opened the Steam Workshop page in Steam Overlay.
You can still add packs using the Steam Workshop webpage, if you prefer!
You can now tag your Workshop packs during the Create and Update process with subjects and languages!
Tags that display how many questions your pack has are automatically added during the Upload process too!
You might notice we have already gone through and tagged all the packs that have been previously uploaded - you can change your tags by selecting ‘Update’ from the Manage Workshop menu in Trivia Tricks. (We won’t be offended!)
You can now rate Workshop packs in the Statistics Menu!
You can also see what rating you have previously given Workshop packs in the Statistics Menu.
The generic error message when failing to upload a Workshop file will now suggest users check their anti-virus and firewall settings, as we have found this is a common cause of pack upload failure.
For clarity, the "Chat Enabled" option in the Settings Menu has been renamed to "In-Game Text Chat".
The 'Press A to join Chance Round!' text is now only displayed once.
Fixed a bug where the Lucky Kitty & Unlucky Kitty achievements were not unlocking when achieved in offline mode.
Fixed a bug where opening a Workshop item in the Steam Overlay would also open an empty tab.

It's been 5 long years of sweat and blood of solo development but it's finally here!
I hope you LOVE the game as much as I do. It might prove to be REALLY difficult at times, but once you master CHIBI NINJA's abilities you'll feel INVINCIBLE.
The real highlight of this game is the MULTIPLAYER mode, it's impossible to express in a trailer or in words how fun it is, but trust me, it's always 100% HILARIOUS so... grab a friend and get ready for the biggest adventure with the smallest NINJA!
September is coming to a close, but we’re starting October with a big announcement! We’ll be at the upcoming Steam Next Fest next week from October 3 - 10 with a NEW demo and two livestreams as well! We recently updated our Steam store page capsule artwork, take a look below and do wishlist us if you haven’t yet as wishlists are a tremendous boon to us in getting visibility for Remnants of the Rift.
Our new demo has quite a few changes if you last dropped by The Bast in last year’s Steam Fest including new Skills like the tricky Transference along with some tweaks to our Mods for the Skills as well. We also updated the UI as well across the game so do dive back into Remnants of the Rift next week. For now, here are some brand new screenshots for your eyes, merc!
One more hit left before this run is over.
Which one would you choose?
Looks like Big Boom, it is
Eyes up merc, it's boss battle time
We’ll have more deets about the livestreams as soon as we get them so stay tuned! During the festival, do join our Discord server so you can let us know any feedback or hang out with the community.
Hey all! We’re hard at work on the v1.2 update! We are revamping the overworld and separating each set of levels into separate overworlds! You can view the new system here (development footage)
Additionally, we have some new music to listen to while you wait!
That’s all for now! Get ready! v1.2 is gonna be full of cool stuff! ;)
This update covers some fixes and additions that I wanted to take care of before I start adding Apartments and other major content in the next updates. Let me know in the Steam Discussions if you find bugs and I'll patch them out quickly.
