It’s time to set sail on another Playtest! During our last playtest we showed off the quest log and new questing features. We’re still working on your feedback from that and the player survey, but wanted you to check out something new we’ve been cooking up.
One of the most common bits of feedback we’ve seen is regarding perks. During this playtest you can test out the initial stage of our perk system. We were inspired by constellations in the night sky which pirates would use to navigate their ships. Please let us know what you think and what direction you’d like us to navigate towards.
The next preview window for Arcane Waters will open around noon EST on August 22nd and run through August 28th. Set sail with us and take our new changes out for a spin.

The team has started working on some localization for different languages. You can test the currently implemented languages in the ESC/options panel. During this phase, the translations are made automatically. We know this isn’t always ideal and will be looking for help from our community to fine tune them so they’re more accurate translations. More information on translations will be coming soon, along with additional languages.

Energy We are using a basic energy system to keep things fair. Every time you join a ranked game, you use 1 energy. If you join multiple streams at a time or jump around frequently, you will lose energy. Playing several matches on a single stream will replenish your energy. Your score will not be counted toward the global leaderboard as long as you are at 0 energy.
Rewards The top 3 players on the leaderboard at the end of the season will win a reward. Here are the rewards by rank:

The Wandering Ark, the first milestone of EA, has finally been completed. In this version, human factions will encounter visiting Mozi ark, and trade learning points, blueprints and skill chips with the ark. The relationship of each other will be improved during the transaction. With the increase of relationship, more advanced blueprints and chips and more learning points can be purchased. When the relationship is max, a mysterious event will also be triggered. And if the Omnic Apocalypse can successfully pursue and destroy Mozi ark, it will also open another road for them. Along with this version, a number of new collections and achievements are available.
Another important thing is that RustyRed, a player on discord, proofread the English text of the whole game and carefully polished it. Let's thank him for his dedication!
Gameplay improvement:
1. Now when we start the game, we can choose the economic bonus settings of players and AI. 2. Improved the governance effect of fleet commanders staying on the planet. 3. AI won't start attack until the third month. 4. Reduced the number of months and cost spent for the policy of Luna Battlecruiser. 5. Removed one Cog Tradeship from the initial fleet of Duke Liefeng. 6. The exiled Princess Jing will not visit the Imperial factions that have become vassals. 7. In auto-battle, the pirates can no longer capture the units that have Indomitable and the Omnic units mastered the Policy Omnic Liberate. 8. Some text descriptions are adjusted.
Bug Fixed:
1. Fixed a bug that might cause crush in auto-battle. 2. Fixed a bug that the fleet buttons on the right side would be invalid after clicking the Next Month button and cancel. 3. Fixed a bug that the Omnic units mastered the Policy Omnic Liberate are still affected by the tactical skills that reduce morale. 4. Fixed a bug that the battlefield has a 21st turn.
From tomorrow I will start work for the version 0.8.0. It is expected that we can play the Blackdragon Spawns after two weeks' development. Please look forward to the coming of the black dragon!

A demo is now available for you to try! Explore the Finnish mythology inspired world of Lempo and try to escape this treacherous forest of the first level.
If you want to get all the update about the mysteries of Lempo, follow and wishlist the game!
As some of you may have noticed, the demo of The Evidence is no longer available on Steam.
The decision was not easy for me, because the demo was a complete success! However, I am no longer satisfied with the result of the demo. There have been way too many changes, so the demo is in an outdated state.
As soon as the game is 70% finished, I will prepare a new demo for Steam. This demo will contain all the features of the main game.
Thanks for all your feedback - it helped me a lot! ❤
