This patch completes the overhaul of the Magic Staffs weapon line that was kicked off with the Into the Fray update. With entirely revamped visuals and animations, along with new and reworked abilities, Arcane and Frost players will enjoy a fully refreshed and revitalized combat experience. With the statues safely back home in Conquerors’ Hall following the Living Legacy event, a new face has joined them! So congratulations to Season 15 winners Elevate, whose statue now sits at the entrance to the Hall, along with the banners for second and third-place guilds Team Pilas and RAQ.



To give active PvP participants a better chance at gaining and keeping the spoils of their battles, changes have been made to loot restrictions in the Black Zone. For the first 90 seconds after a black-zone kill, the dead player can only be looted by their own allies, the player who dealt the killing blow and their allies, or the player who dealt most damage and their allies. After 90 seconds anyone can collect the loot again.

Based on machine learning, LS1 is a small and fast general-purpose neural network optimized for scaling factors in the 1x–2x range. LS1 has similar performance and image quality to FSR, while surpassing it in many cases.

We've been hard at work leveling up the planet visuals to match the increased cohesion we added to the ship. Additionally we've made Planet 1 and 2 clearer in both navigation and boss fights. Please give us feedback on the new features so we can continue to improve.

- All planets have been udpated to new visual style! (landscapes/fog/lighting/etc)
- Boss 1 Revamped significantly to make it more clear how to beat it.
- Asteroid Mining Ship has been reworked again in both controls and camera. Inside of asteroids should be more clear!
- Planet 2 should be significantly easier to navigate with new map colors. Additionally a new puzzle type has been added.

- Player Camera should be less jittery and collide with less objects.
- Production Menu updated with your feedback and suggestions.
- Health shrooms should be easier to distinguish from smaller foliage mushrooms and spawn blobs you must pickup.
- Ore is embedded less into landscapes to make it easier to mine the whole thing.
- Elevator is now 3x faster to make ship traversal quicker (we are evaluater switching to a teleporter system)
- Bomb now always throws at max distance. This make it easier to predict.
- Ship visuals have been further improved near engine and cockpit.

- Fixed a periodic hitch that could occur on players with a large friends list
- Fixed a handful of crashes reported
- Fixed some stretching happening on low-end machines for the spaceship
- Small foliage rocks no longer have collision
- Fixed a bug that could cause the planet 1 boss to become unresponsive and invincible

It’s no secret that with the help of animated videos we try to reveal the world of the Crossout project more deeply. And the current season “Big chase” is no exception.

The main theme of this season was the return of the “Chase” mode, which marked the beginning of a new conflict in the world of the Wasteland: the confrontation between the Steppenwolfs and the Syndicate. Such a “brief” idea was enough to come up with the concept of the video. Like many players, we have always been interested in finding out what the driver of a military build or truck feels when driving through the Valley. Using this idea as a basis, we realized that the video should be done in one take, from the eyes of the driver, from beginning to end.

After the animated sketch was ready, we switched to the trailer’s technical side. The main challenge in making this video was to seamlessly combine the passage of the convoy in the game, with the model and animations inside the separately created cabin. And that’s assuming that each stage (modelling, animation, setting up the convoy passage and the firefight) was handled by three different specialists.

In the end, everything worked out as intended. Perhaps not everything turned out perfectly. But we analyze each video and your comments and try to improve the quality in each next animated video.

Some interesting information:

• Many have noticed that Ichiro’s armoured car is equipped with “Kaiju”, but his cannon shoots single, more powerful shots and doesn’t decrease the movement speed. That’s right: Ichiro modified this “Kaiju” for himself and used it effectively. Unfortunately, after the truck’s cannon destroyed the build of a desperate Syndicate agent, the weapon modification was completely destroyed.
  
• Ichiro was able to pierce through the thick roof of the truck thanks to the neural boosters in his muscle corset and the energy boosters in his blade.
  
• Alex’s personal weapon is a special-purpose submachine gun, the armour-piercing ammunition of which has great piercing power.
  
• It is known that the truck driver wanted to be a pilot since his childhood. That is why he put a duck in a flight helmet on the dashboard of his truck.
