Good day Travelers!

There is several additional information that I would like to address on our "Recruiting Moderator" program.
1. Our main objective is to recruit passionate, active, and responsible travelers who are familiar with Chimeraland to create a healthy community by helping other travelers with gameplay and other problems!
2. Due to our community consisting of a large number of people and information, it’s unavoidable that we might encounter times when we overlook some of the travelers' precious feedback. Therefore, we hope we can collect more feedback and solve your issues by utilizing a moderator's help.
3. Regarding the reward as moderators, we will have special in-game rewards as gratitude for their hard work. The level of rewards will be evaluated based on the performances, such as how active the moderators are. The rewards levels are listed below:
A. Sage*2000/month for qualified moderator
B. Sage*2600/month for moderators proven to be particularly active.
(NOTE: rewards will be released at the start of the upcoming month)
4. There is no fixed work time for moderators. However, we will need to coordinate with the moderators to distribute the work appropriately and manage our moderator team.
5. All applicants for the moderator position will need to go through an intern stage. Finally, we will establish a moderator team based on other travelers' feedback and the performances of the intern moderators.

We are looking for responsible Travelers who are capable and willing to help others join the moderator team. As a moderator, you will be interacting with other Travelers as a bridge between the dev team and players - of course, you will gain in-game rewards according to your work!
In other words, the main purpose of a moderator is to serve as the frontline of Chimeraland in their community where you are responsible to provide adequate customer service & translation support, handling various managing & communication tasks in both directions, for both players & game developers.

Responsibilities:
1. Guide players, answer questions, report problems, and spread a positive atmosphere in the discord group.
2. Guide players, answer questions and report problems under facebook post comments
3. Share suggestions about the game
4. Accept qualified admissions and pending posts
5. Investigate and mediate disputes between users to help both parties reach a positive outcome
6. Be present in the work chats so to be informed
7. Have enough working & online time

Requirements:
• High level of empathy
• Excellent communication skills
• Adept at dealing with ambiguity and using advanced judgment, negotiation, and creative problem solving skills to resolve member’s issues
• Experience with positioning sensitive issues and handling escalations through to resolution
• Desirable: Previous experience working as a part of a customer service team or in a contact center environment

Updates, including the addition of a time trial mode

TRAIN CREW - Mizotsuki Rail (Acty)

-Time trial mode is implemented.
In this mode, the train departs from a station with a delay and measures the time to the end of the station.
-The train configuration can now be selected in conductor mode.
(However, only for commuter trains).
-The door sound of the 4300 series has been changed.
-The stop position of the 2 car train down at Hamazono Station has been changed.

［Time Trial Mode Regulations]
-Emergency braking immediately when ATS operates due to signal speed limit.
(Normal braking for stop station patterns, etc.)
-Seconds penalty is set for speed limit violation, uncomfortable driving, and stop position error, depending on the degree of each, and is digested in the stopping time.
-If you try to accelerate before the departure buzzer signal, the conductor will apply the emergency brake.

I'm currently working on extending the route.
I'm targeting an update by the end of the year.

タイムアタックモード追加などのアップデート
・タイムアタックモードを実装しました。
駅を遅延した状態で出発し、終点までのタイムを計測するモードです。
・車掌モードにて編成を選択できるようになりました。
（ただし、通勤型車両のみ）
・4300形のドア音を変更しました。
・浜園駅下り2両編成の停止位置を変更しました。

［タイムアタックモードのレギュレーション］
・信号関係のATS動作は即非常制動（停車パターンなどは常用）
・制限速度違反、乗り心地の悪い運転、停止位置誤差はそれぞれ程度に応じて秒数ペナルティが設定されており、停車時間にて消化
・出発合図前にノッチを入れると車掌側で非常ブレーキ

現在路線の延伸作業を進めております。
年内のアップデートを目標にしております。
