Since we are upgrading to Unreal Engine 5, we had to remake and rework a lot of things. You may encounter a whole lot of new bugs and issues as well as some features missing that were in the previous version. Please bear with us as we slowly work and make progress to fix bugs and remake all of the previous content Warbox has had in previous versions of the game.

Gore and wounds are still being worked on. A lot of our most recent work waws focused on the customization system improvements as well as the Unreal Engine 5 upgrade process.

Hello Creatures! This update is about fixing some things and adjusting from last update.
Thank you for your support for my first game ever made this is a dream come true <3
I have made 345 changes to the game in 2 updates working my ass off, I'm trying my best to make everyone happy while keeping the vision for the game.

New Content:
Alien Elite (found in some of the flying sauces in the overworld)

General Changes:
  1. Made Skeleton hitbox bigger.
  2. Increased Koh basic attack range.
  3. Increased Haalk basic attack range.
  4. Fixed Kinglers Quest to give the crown hat.
  5. Increased Charred Wood breaking Ash gain from 1 to 2.
  6. Removed Branches from Charred Wood harvest.
  7. Added Trophies Inventory UI.
  8. Added Bounty Coins Inventory UI.
  9. Lowered the font size on some UI.
  10. Adjusted Ambient color in Dead Grounds.
  11. Adjusted falling safety net in Dead Grounds.
  12. Added more environmental things to Dead Grounds to make it look and feel better.
  13. Increased the amount of monsters in Dead Grounds to make it more dense.
  14. Increased Orange Lavacus Boss rewards massively and item drop to 10, static spawn in the center of the 3 volcano's it spawns tentacles across the map.
  15. Fixed some spots that you could fall thru the ground in Dead Grounds.
  16. Fixed some things you could get stuck on in Dead Grounds.
  17. Fixed PVP in Dead Grounds to not attack colony members or allys (no ally pvp).
  18. Adjusted falling safety net in Overworld.
  19. Adjusted border in Overworld.
  20. Removed some map effects that caused lag in the Overworld.
  21. Smashed a bug with camera clipping making chunks flicker.
  22. Reduced skill points per level from 1 to 0.5.
  23. Fixed a issue with not hitting monsters sometimes.
  24. Buffed Magma Armor Pain Armor from 10 to 15.
  25. Added more damage and less armor to Red Fire Keeper.
  26. Reduced armor to Yellow Fire Keeper.
  27. Removed block stat from all Fire Keepers.
  28. Removed F key to pickup items due to a unfixable issue - walk over items instead for now.
  29. Increased Item drop rates on human lieutenant from 3 to 10 and lowered the spawn delay from 300 to 5 seconds to make farming humans more viable.
  30. Entrance for Dead Grounds remade.
  31. Spawn for Dead Grounds changes.
  32. Changed the spawn rates for Dead Grounds so the monsters stop dropping nothing.
  33. Changed the spawn rates for Skeletons so the monsters stop dropping nothing.
  34. Changed the turkey hat drop from %5 to %10.
  35. Added trophy rewards to dungeon monsters and the bosses.
  36. Fiber rate increased for dungeon monsters.
  37. Changed the spawn rates for Skeletons so the monsters stop dropping nothing.
  38. Nerfed Eye Of The Predator item from giving 30% dex to 1% dex per level.
  39. Buffed Toxic Scythe changed attack speed from 0.005 to 0.015 per level.
  40. Removed the extra duration per level on Scorpoid Rage Skill so its a flat 20 seconds.
  41. Adjusted Scorpoid Impale skill so it will root target also increased stun duration for leveling the skill up.
  42. Removed a lag effect on Dripple Pepper, increased the EXP gain reduced damage and duration.
  43. Now there's a chance that you can loot roll random trophies from dungeon monsters.
  44. Increased trophies amount on killing monsters in the dungeon.
  45. Increased movement speed on both crystal bosses, raised the attack area, increased damage a bit and attack speed on purple crystal king.
  46. Fixed a few stuck and exploit spots in the dungeon.
  47. Changed Haalk natural armor gain, from 0.5 to 1 pain armor per level and removed the 0.01 armor per level for other damage attributes.
  48. Removed % of block rate from Dragon Knight Armor
  49. Removed Leaf Wand giving Bash skill levels.
  50. Lowered Tremor Ice Chomp Freeze duration per level from 0.10 to 0.04.
  51. Buffed Titan set to give more HP.
  52. Buffed Titans will to give more HP, critical and block rate.
  53. Buffed Strong Bones to give more HP and gave it block rate also removed % block rate.
  54. Removed % block rate from Magma Core.
  55. Removed % block rate from Magma Armor.
  56. Increased Charred Wood HP from 100 to 5000.
  57. Removed Crystal King summons, added some monsters in the room.
  58. Fixed NPC shop UI and prices.
  59. Changed how Haalk skill blast hits and increased damage.
  60. Fixed some typos on Kill 10 Red Firekeepers Quest.
  61. Fixed a issue with jumping and movement on some creatures like skitter.
  62. Adjusted Summons UI.

This week, we released Soul Mountains Storyline for beta testing, and continue to polish and improve the Heaven Storyline based on our community’s feedback.

Final Chapter: Soul Mountains Storyline is available for Beta Testing!
Please note that all updates are currently on the pre-release branch. Make sure to switch to the “pre-release- Release Candidates” branch to test (currently in Simplified & Traditional Chinese only , and we are working on the English version for plots).


Introduction to Soul Mountains
Soul Mountains is the final chapter that you can enter after defeating the Fallen Phoenix in the end of Chapter 3.

Based on your encounters and choices before, you will be able to collaborate with Golden Eyebrows and Fallen Phoenix, encounter the Goddess of Cruelty (Goddess of Mercy’s sister) in elite combat, confront the High Buddha, defeat the ultimate evil, and choose the true love for Holy Monk!



Conditions to enter Soul Mountains:
  • Wukong: Collaborate with Golden Eyebrows, or Evil, or Good and not directly confront the Demons during your journey;
  • White Dragon: Collaborate with Golden Eyebrows, or Evil, or Good;
  • Holy Monk: Collaborate with Golden Eyebrows, or Evil, or Good.

General Chapter 4 Update
  • Background music: add final chapter boss and elite fight ending music and improve BGM looping logic;
  • Art Assets: add final chapter boss icons and 3 ending scenes;
  • We are developing and implementing the last storyline: the Dark Omen, adding plot, dialog and performance.
