Farming Simulator 22 will receive the shiny platinum treatment: On November 15th, the Platinum Expansion and Platinum Edition (base game + expansion) add new brands, machines, gameplay mechanics, a new map and more. Both will be available digitally and in retail on PC and consoles. See the highlights below!
Platinum Edition contains base game + Platinum Expansion
Platinum Expansion contains 40+ new vehicles & tools
Enjoy new brands like Volvo and many others!
New gameplay features are introduced
New map: Silverrun Forest, comes with new production chains
After recently announcing Volvo joining Farming Simulator, you can expect the Swedish manufacturer to enter the series with the Platinum Expansion. IMPEX, John Deere, Koller, Komatsu, Pfanzelt, Schwarzmüller, and other brands alongside Volvo are represented in the expansion.
That includes the Volvo L200H High Lift wheel loader that was only recently unveiled to the public, the John Deere 843L-II and the John Deere FD55 wheeled feller buncher. More machines will be announced soon. More than 40 authentic vehicles and tools will enrich the farming and forestry experience.
Visit Silverrun Forest (And Bring Your Tree Markers)!
Inspired by the Pacific Northwest with its woody landscapes, the Platinum Expansion introduces Silverrun Forest, a map with many possibilities: Take on new forestry missions, plant new types of trees and even build a boat at the shipyard and other evolving projects - as Silverrun Forest is ripe with production chains and points of interest that develop based on your delivery of logs. The expansion also allows you to grab tree marking spray to highlight trees!
Platinum Edition: Counting 500+ Machines
With the base game of Farming Simulator 22 and the Platinum Expansion combined, more than 500 authentic machines and tools by over 100 renowned agricultural manufacturers from all over the world are at your disposal to take on agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry.
The Platinum Edition of Farming Simulator 22 is the ideal entry to the latest installation of the series. If you already own the base game, you might want to take a look at the Year 1 Season Pass - the Platinum Expansion is included, alongside three content packs: The Antonio Carraro Pack, the Kubota Pack and a third one, that is yet to be announced. Stay tuned for more information about the Platinum Expansion!

This patch is a small batch of bugfixes targetting ranked and campaign:
- Ranked preview: When viewing a ranked run played by another person, their settings would "bleed through" for a second, causing weird effects during loading - including resolution changes and even crashes, in some cases. This should no longer happen. This fix should also help with other issues you might be having if you're sharing saves played on different machines. - Campaign: Ghost in the Machine: Established planets would be so eager to help that they would redirect their income towards the reactivation effort even before they actually had anything to contribute. They should now restrain themselves until they reach "successful" and can actually help. - Campaign: Through the Looking Glass: Xenostudies is now usable inside rifts, as an alternate vessel-based version. This was intended from the start, but the relevant modification was missing from the mission files.
After this round of fixes, the version numbers should be up to v1.3(b1086) on Windows and v1.3(b1087) on Mac.
