We added support for the Steam Deck in this patch. Now you can have Dreams of Desire with you on the go and access the full gallery from anywhere!
Well, maybe don't open the gallery on the bus or something.
Or do - I won't tell you what to do!

Hello everyone.
Just to share some updates as we've been quiet recently.
I want to be clear that if we're not updating/tweeting it doesn't mean that things aren't happening, it just means we're super focused on development and moving things along.
Thank you for your patience and understanding on that point. :)

Progress is still happening consistently and we're working on a few different areas simultaneously.

We have about 30-40% of the final scenes designed and being animated slowly and we expect this to speed up quite a bit in the next 2 months as we have some more time for development coming up.

We did some small changes to the UI so it's a lot more user friendly and visually pleasing.

While that was happening we are having a lot of conversations to finalise items and passive skills for the character.

Most importantly, the team is still happy and motivated and we're all looking forward to sharing this game with you all as soon as we can.
We are all putting a lot of effort into this to make it as fun and rewarding to play as possible.

We would love to share some more of our animated scenes but we also don't want to spoil too much of the surprise.
We plan to work on some teaser animations that won't give too much away for future updates. :)

• Fixed a bug that would allow you to recruit 5 party members and thus deactivate enemy encounters entirely (because the enemy troops are selected based on the number of party members, and the case of 5 party members is undefined).
  
• Added the Fairy of Fixes, found in front of the Cathedral, who can remove the 5th party member (and swap between the two options).
  
• Fixed a minor bug.

There’s no point sugar coating it: As much as people love to play the demo in its current state, there are a few balancing issues that hold it back a bit. One of them is that some guns haven’t quite found their spot in the arsenal and seem a bit less than useful.

The next patch will bring many changes, and one of them is the removal of alternate firing modes (semi/burst) and the introduction of five new ammo types. Here’s a quick look at three of them, also showcasing the new damage numbers:

🚰 The Water Converter is needed where water is a luxury, where there is only an atmosphere and there is no way to extract water from the bowels of the planets. The Converter "sucks" water molecules out of the atmosphere, purifies and then accumulates it in its tanks for further sending it to the pipeline web to consumers.



In terms of performance, it is not inferior to the Hydra-well, Water Pump and Drilling Station, and even leads in some aspects. For its correct operation, only 3 factors are needed - electricity, atmosphere and the place where the building will store the resource.

Rachel Nelson (36) - as usual - was in a hurry. Being her thoughts at the upcoming business meeting, without unnecessary thought, she ordered coffee advertised on the stand - Special Coffee to go.



There would be nothing extraordinary about it, if not for the fact that the Special Coffee she got was - indeed - special ... The coffee consisted of MAYONAISSE, TABASCO, and FISH SAUCE.




It happened by an accident. 'Sleepless Nights’ adds a new coffee recipe to the menu each month. Mark Smith (32), an experienced barista, was responsible for adding Special Coffee in July.



‘I was supposed to add strawberry sauce, cinnamon sauce, and heavy cream. I didn’t notice that my little son, Steve (5), waiting for me to finish my job, changed the labels of the ingredients! - said Mark.



‘When preparing that unfortunate coffee I was very tired... it was my last order that day’ - Mark added.



Do you remember the businesswoman from the first picture?
Rachel was a regular customer of ‘Sleepless Nights’ so she didn’t expect anything out of ordinary. She decided to order Special Coffee.



The most shocking fact about this whole situation is that Rachel actually ENJOYED her coffee! She even gave a positive review!



Unfortunately, after drinking the new recipe she got stuck in the toilet for a good while. As we know from an anonymous friend of Rachel, due to that, she missed her business meeting and the deal wasn't concluded. That was a billion-dollar loss for Rachel Nelson!

To make up for this mistake, the coffee shop gave her a lifetime discount.
"I regret nothing" - said Rachel.
