Commanders! Welcome to Battle Pass Season VIII, running from June 1st, 05:30 CEST (UTC+2) through August 31st!

The new Season is the result of a creative collaboration by World of Tanks and Warhammer 40,000, a rich universe based on tabletop miniature wargames and also comprising countless books and video games.

The backstory of Battle Pass Season VIII is set in the grimdark future where humanity is engaged in an endless conflict, threatened by heretics, mutants, and aliens on a million worlds. The three commanders who join your side once you complete the respective Chapters are the main characters of this story. The reward progressive 3D styles for the three Core Vehicles are inspired by their adventures and by the factions they represent: the Ultramarines, the Death Guard, and the Evil Sunz Orks.

The Rewards

While the narrative of Season VIII takes a new and exciting turn, its mechanics remain the same as the previous Season, from earning Battle Pass Points to the possibility of starting with any Chapter and switching to another on your whim.

The prizes are lucrative, as usual, and even more so with an Improved Pass.

The 3D Styles

There’s plenty of great stuff to be earned in battle during Battle Pass Season VIII, but some spoils of WAAAGH! really stand out. Like, for example, the brand-new Warhammer 40,000-themed progressive 3D styles for the Season VIII Core Vehicles.
  • Your E 100 can proudly wear Ultramarine colors (which is mainly the namesake one).

    [expand type=details]

    [/expand]
  • Your Object 430U can experience the influence of Nurgle, one of the powerful Chaos Gods.

    [expand type=details]

    [/expand]
  • And your STB-1 can turn mean and red for more DAKKA—and because “red goes fasta.” Just look at those fangs!

    [expand type=details]

    [/expand]
The New Commanders

Meet the commanders from the grimdark future! Completing Chapter I—"All Shall Rot"—will bring you Dolgoth Sepk of the Death Guard, putrid but competent. Finishing Chapter II—"Courage and Honour"—will make valiant Volusad Thassius of the Ultramarines available for recruitment. And seeing through Chapter III—"Red 'Uns Go Faster"—will put energetic and jovial Kroglin da Facegrinda of the Evil Sunz Orks on your side.

           Dolgoth Sepk
         Volusad Thassius
                     Kroglin da Facegrinda
        of the Death Guard
        of the Ultramarines
                      of the Evil Sunz Orks
Please take note that, this time, you are free to assign the commanders’ Major Qualification but not their nation (the latter corresponds to the Core Vehicle associated with their faction).

The 2D Styles

Last but not least, we’d like to mention the three fit-all 2D styles, each coming as a reward for completing a Chapter. Take a peek at them in the gallery below.

"Flyblown" 2D Style

"Moar Dakka" 2D Style

"Son of Macragge" 2D Style

[expand type=details]

The Cobra

We would also like to draw your attention to the Cobra, one of the vehicles available for Battle Pass Tokens. There are two reasons for that. First, Season VIII is the first time you can obtain enough Tokens to claim this powerful medium tank. Second, the Cobra’s stats are currently being finalized (see the preliminary ones below) so that it’s ready to burst into the game in full power. This Tier IX Brit offers a bombastic combination of HESH shells and an autoloader, which is pure Waaagh!

Reminder
Select a Chapter once the Season starts so you can complete Stages and claim the rewards. Remember that you can pause the current Chapter and switch to another at any time, without losing the progress you’ve made. Keep an eye on the number of Battle Pass Tokens you’ve accumulated. During this Season, the most dedicated will be able to obtain the Cobra, this year’s key prize. Once you’ve completed all three Chapters, you’ll become able to get crew members, 3D styles, and great goodies (such as bonds) for excess Battle Pass Points. Don’t forget to spend them all before August 31, when Season VIII ends.
Earning Battle Pass Points

As it always goes, you need Battle Pass Points to claim the goodies. During Season VIII, you can earn them in Random Battles and by completing Daily Missions. (Keep in mind that Points awarded for Daily Missions are given even after you reach a vehicle’s Point Limit.) The Core Vehicles of Season VIII—the E 100, the Object 430U, and the STB-1 — have extended Limits for maximum Points.

The Story

THE ANNOUNCEMENT TRAILER of Battle Pass Season VIII left our main characters as they were preparing to battle for the Standard Template Construct on the desolate world of Tahnicus Mundi in the light of the twin suns of the Hursprari system. To be most precise, the millennia-old relic containing long-lost advanced technology is coveted by the Ultramarines and their former brothers from the Death Guard. The Orks are in for a fight—and for some scrap.

So what happened to the commanders after the battle? Who ultimately prevailed? And what is the true Ork way of opening reinforced blast doors?

[expand type=details]

Upon entering the atmosphere of Tahnicus Mundi, we came under heavy Xenos fire but were able to land. No losses were reported.

We swiftly moved towards the projected location of the STC in a Spearhead formation, meeting some resistance from the Orks.

Our task was eased: The Xenos had already engaged the traitorous Space Marines, who arrived to claim the STC for their own nefarious purposes.

Driven by either madness or mere spite, the traitors’ commander challenged us over the comms. This allowed us to spot their main forces and avoid falling into the trap set by the Death Guard.

A surprise attack by the Xenos was also a factor, turning our confrontation into a three-way battle. Its course was quite… disorderly.

The entire engagement turned out to be a gauntlet of sorts. But we are the Ultramarines, and we are prepared to overcome.

The Bundles

Over the course of Battle Pass Season VIII, numerous themed bundles will be available in the in-game Store. Among these, we would like to highlight one featuring the devout Natalestra Aspais of Adepta Sororitas as a crew member and the awesome-looking Ignis Purgatio 3D style for the Bat.-Châtillon 25 t .

Join the fray and fight like the Ultramarines, Commanders!

What is Azur Lane?
The Azur Lane mobile game has been developed as a shooting RPG based on "shoot 'em up" mechanics.
  • Players progress through levels by taking command of a Division that includes several naval warships turned humanoid.
  • Enemies deliver a squall of fire, and the player's main task is to avoid the shells, minimize damage, and blast away foes by returning fire.
  • There are more than 400 ships, or rather "Ship-Girls," in Azur Lane. They are based on ships of different nations from the World War II era.
More information is available on the official website of the Azur Lane game (in Japanese).

Egg Over It: Fall Flat From the Top - production
Some minor bugs fixed
Age of Jura - Mystic ERA games
Age of Jura - Release Notes - v0.2.3
Build ID: 8694495

  • New research: "Sharp Arrows" (Archers do more damage) - only available after research 'Archery' is completed

  • Show a notification somewhere in the screen if any of your structures or units are under attack

  • Villagers are now able to repair damaged structures

  • Create selectable groups of units to have more control (quicker selections when attacking) usage: select a group of units, press CTRL+1 to assign to group 1. Select another group of units, press CTRL+2 to assign to group 2. Now you can quickly press the key 1 to select group 1, and press the key 2 to select group 2 (works for all number keys 0-9). Comes in handy when for example you want your warriors to be in the front and your archers following at a distance: create a group for your warriors and a group for your archers and while attacking switch between the groups.

  • A Dinosaur will first go to sleep at the spot where it will create a new nest, to make it visually clear that a new nest is being created (you can quickly kill that dinosaur if you don't want another nest)

  • Got rid of the difficult calculation for new nests, now: after a dinosaur of any nest is attacked, a random dinosaur of that nest will wonder off after a certain time to create a new nest (it will first sleep at that spot)
  • New nests will be created further away from the current nest
  • Added an option in the menu to change the brightness of the game

  • Disable the minimap in the Arena
  • Bugfix: The edges of the Arena were visible, they are now hidden
  • Bugfix: Remove the 'corner-darkness' (vignette) after a level has started
  • Bugfix: Fix the mouse hover bug when hovering over 'build structure' panel
  • Bugfix: Fix rare animation bug for archers
  • Bugfix: When a structure is placed on the edge of the water, the ground will lift a bit higher up to avoid water flowing 'into' the structure
  • Bugfix: Humans were getting stuckbetween two smelters if they were placed too close to each other
  • Bugfix: When the multiplier 5x or 10x was selected (at a structure) then the amount of costs for a new structure also did show they costs 5x or 10x more
  • Bugfix: When x-ray is disabled, and selection is still active, the selected units are still highlighted in green (instead of blue)
  • Bugfix: Fix bug where sometimes Villagers can be shown as 'idle' but they are not (they are just standing still a split second after dropping off stuff for example)

Fireworks Mania - An Explosive Simulator - Laumania ApS
Hey everyone!

I got a new update ready, but as the title indicates ONLY on the EXPERIMENTAL branch for now.

Changes
- Completely changed how maps and mods are loaded - this is a big deal and a big change! It is now loads mods faster and with a minimum of freezing :)
- Changed loading screen to dynamically change background and tip at timed intervals
- Added new loading screen backgrounds
- [EXPERIMENTAL] Testing out having the big fires emit some smoke to add to the feeling of mayhem if things catch on fire. What do you think?
- Added "Ambient volume" to settings so you now have the option to control the volume of the ambient sound in the game. You are welcome mod creators ;)

Bugs
- Fixed bug where some items made you fly around when pickedup
- Fixed bug where a lot of errors where logged in some cases when the UI is hidden
- Fixed bug where some object jumped around while picked up

For Mod Creators
Nothing changed in the Mod Tools, so therefore no new version.

You find the current experimental version of the Mod Tools here.

- Enjoy :)

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1079260/Fireworks_Mania__An_Explosive_Simulator/

What is this [EXPERIMENTAL]?
Developing a game is both a technical and creative challenge. Both takes time and multiple iterations to get "just right".

Therefore, its often a good idea to get feedback and help for testing from players. This is what the EXPERIMENTAL branch is for. It's a way for me to put up an new version of the game to a specific EXPERIMENTAL branch on Steam, so only the players who active select to get this version gets it.

Smart, right?

So, if EXPERIMENTAL stuff is not for you, just stop reading and wait for an official update of the game.

If you want to help test out new stuff by providing feedback like bugs, ideas etc, (with the disclaimer of it being more buggy), you are welcome to switch.

Please post your feedback in the "🎮-experimental" channel on my Discord or in the Community section here on Steam.

Watch this to see how you switch to the experimental branch.
Planet-A - ARStralian
Thanks to those who provided feedback for our early release. Some changes that will make a big difference:

- Found and eliminated an overly complex process that was causing long load times. Fast, now.

- Greatly improved PC Player UX of Waste Ninja

- ESC now pauses the game (on PC) and allows you to exit or use the side-of-screen functions

- Active world participation now earns you Neurons. Spend time with us and we'll spend Neurons on you!

Only thing which is now a known bug is webcam capture for Avatar Creation. Still awaiting a response from Ready Player Me.

Hope you enjoy the updates. Stop looking for Plan B (there isn't one!).

Weed Shop 3 - Weed Games
Hey guys, so It's been a while

GROW FIELD AUTOMATION

ːws_peaceː Grow field smart monitor upgrades (available via the Lab's Pimp It app) will serve as control terminals for the multipurpose "Cannabine" harvesters as well as display main grow stats.

ːws_peaceː The Cannabine harvesters can be purchased from the "Tools N S**T" section of the Dope Market. After being added to a grow field, the Cannabine will perform all the outdoor weed farming tasks for you.

ːws_peaceː While the field upgrades will last forever, the harvesters will degrade over time, just like the setup components, and will need to be replaced eventually.

WORKSTATION UPDATE

ːws_peaceː The workstations have been fully linked with the production devices and will allow you to control multiple devices at once.

ːws_peaceː You'll be able to add supplies, start production, and collect the final product from all the devices placed on a workstation in just a few clicks.

ːws_peaceː The multi-device control feature will only work with the devices of the same type, so if you put two auto-rollers and one auto-packer on the same workstation, the packer will be ignored.

PWNED LIFE

ːws_peaceː After a week-long soft launch, the PWNED SHOP is officially open for business!

ːws_peaceː When trying to sell your crap, you'll be able to haggle for better prices than in the Dump It app.

ːws_peaceː The used items sold at the Pwned Shop will also be cheaper and sometimes even show up before they get unlocked on the Dope Market. They will be restocked periodically so make sure to swing by daily (game time) for the latest deals.

ːws_peaceː You'll also be able to buy rare items made by some of our community members and sell obscure but valuable crap found around the map as soon as next week.

Palallel - NOOT NOOT
Palallel is now out on steam ːzaggrinːːpraisesunːːcozybethesdaː

It's been a year and a half since we started working on Palallel on our spare time and we're delighted to see the game taking form and to be able to share it with you today.

Before we go into the thanks part, we have two small messages for you :

  • If you encounter an issue in game, please contact us on the steam forums or on Discord. If a level is too hard for you, you can skip up to two levels for each world (on the pause menu). Choose wisely !
  • All levels have been neatly tested one by one, but we lack time to properly test it with external players. We know some levels might feel frustrating or even be particularly difficult. We'll do our best to solve the issues you'll encounter in the next few days.

GoatApe is composed of three members : Thomas Lourties, Simon Colin and Corentin Pacaud Boehm. All musics have been composed by Lucas Kleffert (Youtube) and Romain Pelloux. We also had help on the programming part from 4pi and Galeniium as well as Anasthasia Kasyanik (Artstation) for the GoatApe logo and for the AD (Thank you !). Final thank you for all our playtesters of the frist and second wave, the game would'nt look like that without them.

If you have any issues, a remark or feedbacks to give us, please contact us on Discord, Twitter or on the steam forums.

Finally, thank you for all of us who supported us and those who will support our future projects !

Police Simulator: Patrol Officers - wladi | astragon

Fellow officers,

with the upcoming Traffic Management Update (the beta starts next week!), we're introducing a lot of AI Improvements with a focus on the overall behavior of NPVs (Non-Player-Vehicles).

As the team has put a lot of work into the AI Improvements, we want to show off some of the changes we made over the last few months. In short: NPVs will now react a lot smarter to sirens, they approach intersections better and their lane switching behavior is more advanced.

In this video, you can see that we've blocked off the lane on the very left with one of our brand-new road barriers. The NPVs will understand it as a way to turn back and accept the need to take another route. In turn, this allows you to better work on, for example, accident sites, and resolve traffic jams.

In this video, you can see how NPVs begin to drive slower once you have your blue lights turned on. They begin to drive faster once you turn them off again. A nice side effect: On wider streets, you can easier drive through the gaps between cars and react to their movements.

NPVs now react a lot faster to your blipping and find a parking spot immediately. No need to drive around 100 blocks with them (and that always felt like an eternity).

Here, you can see how far intersections are being blocked by your siren. They stand still until you have driven past them, which makes it easier to drive to the location you are required at.

Speaking of intersections: NPVs which are very close to an intersection will not react directly to your siren and will try to make space so that you have a wider gap to drive through.

They also clear the intersection if you have your siren enabled continuously, making sure that you have all the time and space in the world to reach your destination.

If you disable the siren but keep the blue lights shining, the cars will begin to traverse the intersection.

Let's get back to your road barriers: In this video, you can see how smooth NPVs react to blocked-off lanes. They spot the barrier and immediately move to a different lane.

It's not just barriers, though! NPVs also react to cones and will switch to a different lane - if a different lane is available. Otherwise, they would turn around and find a different route.

You're at full speed, crossing an intersection with sirens and blue lights enabled? Then, NPVs crossing an intersection as well will brake fast so that you won't crash into them.

NPVs are smart enough not to brake and halt should you drive in a different direction than them, and will continue to drive their desired route.
